Toilet ran all the time. Told front desk and they could move us to another room but it also has a known toilet problem. Elevator was broken. Ice machine is on 3 rd floor.

They are in the process of remodeling so not everything was working. Our room evidently hadn’t been done yet. Mattresses were very old and springy, the toilet was installed right up against the wall so you could barely even sit on it.

Everything didn't seem to work. Free Breakfast. really. No coffee made, no waffles, no pancakes. Just a loaf of bread with better butter and jelly. Elevators didn't work. Ice machine didn't work. Most of TV channels didn't work. Pool wasn't available as advertised. Seems like H.S kids are managing this place. Escalated everything, but no sense of urgency. DON'T BOOK THERE!!!

Very discouraged. Booked a double room with 2 double beds. Overbooked so put me in a king suite with a pull out. There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed. When we went to make the pull out, there was a dirty sheet on the sofa bed with bread crumbs on it. The desk clerk came up with the sheets and blanket to make the bed. Got stuck in the elevator after dinner for about 5 minutes. In the morning, elevator button on first floor was stuck so elevator could not be called to first floor.

It had looked as if someone laid on the bed after it being made. The comforter had multiple stains, the sheets had multiple stains. There was someone else’s hair in the shower. We ending up just checking out after about 30 minutes and going and staying at the holiday inn.

The room was dirty and the carpet clearly unvacuumed. My wife got shards of glass in her foot after walking barefoot on the carpet in our room. The shower and toilet were also dirty. Nothing fresh for breakfast, just some cereal and packaged bread

Hotel needs lots of work. Hairs found in the shower and on the pillows. Smelled strongly of mildew. Mystery stains on the headboard. Shampoo and conditioners were used. TV didn't work. Elevator was sketchy. Left shortly after checking in. Decided to just drive the rest of the 6 hours home.

We should have been warned before we ever got in our room, but alas, we gave it a shot. Upon check in, we were informed that no key could be given because the machine that programmed them was broken. They let us in our room and we looked through the sheets and mattress lining and didn’t see bugs, however after laying down for a few minutes my husband noticed a bedbug on him. We immediately gathered our belongings and headed to the front the check out. The lady at the desk was nice, but didn’t seem too surprised to hear that we had seen bugs. She did process a refund right away, which I appreciated. In addition to this issue, the building is old, ran down, and appears to have had some moisture or flooding issues. Wall paper peeling, doors warped, etc. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

The elevator was broken, I had to take the stairs with luggage. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the window was open, the tub had black dirt on the outside and dirty residue in the inside of the tub. The bedding was dirty and stained. I requested a refund immediately.

Property is run down. Elevator didnt work. Bed bugs on the mattress. Trash under the bed skirt. I travel for work i understand dated rooms but this was horrible. I checked the room before even bringing bags in and walked right back out and booked another hotel

Vending was only in the lobby and kept under lock and key. Curtains were shabby and had holes as well as light shades. The toilet area of the bathroom is big enough to accommodate a small 10 yr old. As soon as we got out of the area on that second floor all you could smell was marijuana. The tv had about 15 channels..1 was worth watching. Also, upon entering the room we found the window wide open with no screen and I found 2 red wasps. The bed was semi comfy. I regret wasting my money.

We were at the end of the hallway on the first floor. Someone continued to bang on the door going to the outside and yelling several times during the night. Wasn’t a restful night. The hotel is tired. The bed comfortable.

It was a place to sleep while on the road. Tv didn’t work and was charged $40 when I chose to pay through the Hotels.com app. Not sure if it was supposed to be a deposit or what. La Bocca was a really nice place to eat and right next to the hotel.

There were no soft drink machines that were working. The room was clean but could use a good baseboard cleaning especially in the bathroom room. There were plenty of towels but not enough washcloths. Overall not terrible. The breakfast was definitely not the best— very skimpy. The air conditioning in room 222 didn’t work.

The facility looked aged but solid - nice location. The bed was very comfortable and clean - it was obvious the cleaning crew know their craft. The climate control is modern where you just set temp and it heats or cools as necessary. The room did show its age (door deadbolt did not work, door stop broken, cracked tiles, shower head floated atound, and water flow from shower head not consistent) but it was clean. The breakfast is very rudimentary so don't expect much.

When we checked in, there were hairs over our bathtub which is a clear indication that the room hadn't been cleaned. We also found some type of crumbs on the beds which was very uncomfortable and disgusting. On the day we were supposed to check out, front desk had came knocking on our door to see if we would stay for another night or check out. EXCUSE ME!? We have until 11 AM to check out. It was incredibly rude and disrespectful to knock on our door at 9 in the morning to see if we'd stay or leave. We had a long day before since my sons were at a chess tournament and needed some more sleep. But at 9 in the morning someone was already knocking on our door. Not only is it rude and disrespectful, but also unprofessional. We travel quite frequently and not once have we ever had that happen to us. Needless to say, if you're looking for a great stay, stay somewhere else. We only stayed here since we were on a budget and here for a chess tournament, not for enjoyment. Very disappointed in the staff who had knocked on our door and woke us up at 9 in the morning.

We arrived at 3:00 to check in, and there was literally not one single staff person present. We waited an hour and a half, and called every number we could find until someone finally answered and came over to try to help us. There was also no breakfast the next morning with no explanation from the front desk zombie girl who showed up at some point during the night with her poor baby who screamed bloody murder all night. I felt so sorry for that baby. The hotel was literally abandoned when we got there… We thought the rapture had happened.

Staff was very helpful. A+ My room needed a few repairs and there was no remote for the TV. It was great for what I needed and I understand it was a late night accommodation because another hotel botched my reservation. I was taking the only thing available and I really appreciate them hooking me u in a pinch. I will always be grateful for their excellent staff.

We ended up having the property cancel our Expedia reservation. Then charged us more money than the same room. We talked to the manger who refused to give us the Expedia rate, wouldn’t give us the property owners name or number, nor give us any receipt. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. On top of all that…we had our DO NOT DISTURB on the door and the maid kept knocking every 15 min starting at 9am-check out is NOON! Pick a different property!

We pulled up to the property and didn’t even risk staying the night here. 4 cars in the parking lot total and in the 10 minutes we stood in the parking lot deciding if we wanted to stay, there were 3 cars that pulled up, passenger went into the lobby and came right back out. Sketchy stuff happening here in our opinion and other locals opinions. Don’t waste your money.

The rooms are being renovated… so that’s good. The mattress (king) in my room was very comfortable. The rooms do not have a microwave and they need one, , And fridge needs something other than the floor to sit on. If the (no disturb sign ) is on the door , the house keepers still wake you up or knock. Great area for this town. IAnd a vending and drink machine is needed. Otherwise good place…. Hope this helps. And I will stay there again….

It just needs a lot of work wasn’t a clean place. Vending machines were empty couldn’t get anything from the hotel had to go to Walmart or somewhere. I guess it was like that because of the area. All I could smell was marijuana that really sucked.

Never stay here, I came for my graduation at it was a lot of illegal activity. Not to mention, the rooms were and not very clean. Total disappointment after driving 8 hours from Texas. I will not change my review.

Being renovated; needs a microwave in the rooms, and place for fridge, staff, housekeepers are nice,they just knock w/ the do not disturb sign on door… Otherwise comfortable be, nice and quiet, good location.

I am not a particularly picky person but I freaked out when I got to my room. It was disgusting. The hall reeked of weed, the room itself was so dated that there is no way it was actually clean. The elevator didn't work, our key card immediately stopped working... all I did was sleep on the bed and just the toilet (which i really tried to avoid needing to do). I wish there was some way to get my money back because this hotel was simply not safe. The only reason I stayed was because i couldn't find another room nearby.

Location was really good..... check-in was very easy....But things went downhill from there....the next morning...no coffee or breakfast...and this was at least an hour after breakfast should have been served....... coffee was not available in the lobby...... towels were not replaced at all.... very disappointed in Baymont... never would have expected this.....

We chose this hotel because we heard they have excellent breakfast! We went down to breakfast and the supplier didn’t bring their food the night before so they had nothing! The lady at front desk was panicing but she did send a worker out to get milk so we could at least have a bowl of cereal! She was really trying hard to please us! Other than that, the room so real nice!
