Nice, clean hotel with plenty of parking and convenient to restaurants. Unfortunately, the hotel has plumbing problems,noisy continuous sound coming from bathroom vent. Stayed there before but for some reason they gave us a smaller, cramped room.

The rooms are very nice. The lobby area is spacey. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is in kind of an odd spot. You exit the back of the hotel to walk to the pool which is about 15-20 feet from the door and it basically sits by the parking lot. The pool area was clean and well maintained. It just seemed like an odd layout for safety reasons. But the hotel as a whole has been very good. I would stay here again.

From the moment of booking, I was impressed with the hotels 9.4 rating listed on the website, so I had very high hopes and let me tell you, this hotel was AMAZING! We were in town to work on a project for our family farm and not only was the room cleaned immaculately every day BUT the entire facility was nice, quiet, and very neat and tidy. It was so welcoming and we were very pleased with the accommodations and the price! 10/10 and definitely would stay again!

Property needs better housekeepers. Got checkin one room 208 and beds weren't made and hair and dirt on night stands. I called he apologized and got me a room next door. Beds were clean but bathroom was horrible. The tissue holder is coming out of the wall, vents dirty and the tub was so dirty we couldn't use it. I have pictures as a reference. If you like clean, this ain't the place for you

Nice little hotel. Great price, friendly staff. Our room was nice and roomy as was the bathroom. Everything appeared to be quite clean. The only thing and I feel terrible to mention this because we were quite pleased, but the carpet smelled so bad, like dirty dog, it was bad. Had a hard time sleeping because of the smell. I would definitely stay again, but will have to make sure the carpet is clean, no dirty smell.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is so very clean. I would give it ten stars for that reason alone. The staff is super friendly . Breakfast is plentiful. The beds are amazing. Next time we are in jonesboro we will be staying there again

This may have been my first ever hotel stay with no complaints. The staff was friendly, the whole building was clean, the rooms had good sound proofing, the beds and linens were comfy. We very much enjoyed our stay and will 100% book here again if we visit the area again.

The first room we got had a dirty bathroom so we were moved to another room. That room was cleaner but after that first night it felt so cramped that I was ready to leave. It had no space for even a chair, but management offered to put us in another room (they called it an expanded room). The bathroom was twice the size and it had a chair other than the one at the desk.

The welcoming sign says newly built so maybe a few kinks to work out. The seal at the bottom of the shower leaked so there was water pooled outside the shower. We were on the 4th floor and it could be the HVAC unit was above us so there was a loud continual motor noise and the return vent in the bathroom whistled and was quite loud. We closed the bathroom door to hold down some of the noise. We usually use a white noise maker which we did not need. Upon entering the room and attempting to use the room temperature control device it did not function nor did the heating/cooling unit function. Staff had to come and repair unit, kept us from moving room. The halls in the hotel were about the largest we have seen, I estimate 15 feet wide from door to door. The rooms were smaller because of the large halls. Overall though the place was nice, just small things.

During our entry into the hotel at check in, the desk clerk didn't greet us verbally or with a smile. The desk clerk also seemed to avoid eye contact. Didn't seem like a friendly experience. Very different from the desk clerk in the morning when we came down for breakfast and checked out. Also after we had been in the room for about 30 minutes, the desk clerk called us in our room. That was nice but during the conversation I told her that the A/C unit in the room was noisy when it came on. She simply suggested that we could use the wall thermostat and turn the A/C off. That's fine except that meant it might get hot / humid in the room over night which it certainly did. We turned the thermostat on the wall up but it did eventually come on and woke us in the middle of the night. She should have offered us a different room. NOT suggest that we could turn the A/C unit off. That unit really needs a new fan installed rather than ignoring the problem and making the customer uncomfortable.

This was such a nice place to stay. Immaculate room and very friendly staff. I felt welcome immediately- the staff had written me a welcome note when I checked in. Offered many great ideas for places to eat that delivered, and even brought up plates and silverware when the restaurant didn’t include them in my delivery. Breakfast the next morning had many options. Bed was very comfy and the pillows were perfect for me. It was much appreciated after a long day outside. There were some hotels in the area that quadrupled their prices for this particular day- this one did not. Such a nice place at a great price!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was great! I was even suggested a great coffee place to grab a cup as we hit the road, and it did not disappoint. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying here!! The one front desk lady was even from our home state!!

Well, we are usually very impressed with the Comfort Inn this go round not so much. While eating breakfast a member of house keeping entered into our room without our permission or knowledge. She entered and removed towels didnt replaced them and pillows we had on the floor. Didnt remove the trash just left it. And when we asked her for more towels she stated they didnt have anymore at the time. We had to go to the front desk and get more. The hallways had crumbs all over it and the elevator floors stayed very sticky. We love visting this hotel and hope this is just a one time bad experience.
