This is a nice 1 bedroom bnb within a very quiet neighborhood. It was clean, well stocked with necessities for a brief stay. We went shopping for groceries twice during our stay and had no need to purchase anything "extra" for cooking utensils (as I have had to in a few other bnb locations). It was easy to contact Edgar if we did need something. He would get right back to us quickly. If we need a bnb in Lakeland again, I would be content yo rent here. Thank you for a great stay.

Our stay was wonderful. It was easy to get to and close to lots of sites for eating, relaxation, and exploration; such as Lake Morton. The rooms were all clean and prepped with things needed. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly use. Although we did not have many meals there, our breakfasts were without problems. We did not have much laundry to do, but the availability of the machines made what we had to do so easy. Edgar, our host, greeted us before our visit and met our expectations by living up to all the things we needed to enter the home and start our vacation. Also, it had a very good parking space that was specifically for the unit we rented. All in all, it made a terrific place to be during our week-long visit to a part of Lakeland we had never been to. It is definitely a place we would like to stay again.

Our stay was just what we needed for the week! We really enjoyed the location of the property... it was very convenient for our needa and we even walked to the lake many times during the week. The property manager was super great to work with and very accommodating. :)(Also, it was great to arrive with paper towels, diah soap, hand soap, toilet paper, etc so that we didnt have to run off to the store right away)My only suggestion would be for a few more kitchen cooking items, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Thanks for hosting us Edgar!

We have a daughter at Florida Southern College, so the location could not have been better situated for visiting with her and also being close to Lakes Morton and Hollingsworth, as well as downtown (farmers market, Harry's, etc.). The space was all ours, was very clean, and well-equipped had we wanted to cook meals. The TVs (one in living room and one in bedroom) had streaming services already available (or we could have logged into our own accounts). It was nice to have a washer and dryer, and the shower was modern and wonderful (huge rainfall shower head along with separate hand-held wand). We will likely return the next time we're in town! Edgar was also very responsive and friendly when trying to communicate re: check-in, etc.
