Was inside for about an hour total. The lobby is under construction and looks like they were robbed. Front desk staff was not helpful, had zero answers for anything, claimed it was his first day and he didn’t have his bosses name or phone number. First room given had exposed wires, everything that was supposed to be attached to the wall was on the floor, it smelled like mold, mildew, and smoke, and on the way to the room I had to step over a drunk guy in the hallway that was cussing someone out on the phone and not willing to move. The 2nd room was upstairs and I had to navigate across multiple diabetic needles and lancets on the floor on the way to it. When I got to the upper level, opened the door and my room was in the first 4 room pod. All 4 doors, including mine, was wide open and 2 of them had tvs blaring loud. Nobody answered but at the end of the hall was a guy standing in the hallway looking down at me. He never moved. Immediately outside the stairwell was an opened maintenance room with a large knife on the counter. It was unsanitary, unsafe, and worse than zero stars. I went back to the desk again to let the attendant know I wouldn’t be staying. He argued with me and refused to refund my room. I left. NEVER EVER book this hotel.

Someone tried to sell drugs to my kids while there and there were sketchy people outside, in the lobby and in the next room across from us. Loud music and no elevator. The sheets were dirty and the beds were lumpy.

Hotel is right off of the highway, straight ahit to and from the airport. The front desk staff were professional and friendly. I believe that they all also lived there. Unfortunately, it is very old and outdated. The bed covers had cigarette burns and what looked to be bullet holes. The 1st 2 nights we asked that someone come and fix the television in our room and we were told they would be there in 10 minutes. No one ever came. They automatically charge you a $125 deposit upon check-in just in case you want to run off with something from this lovely establishment. There was a pool however, it wasn't opened and from the looks ov it, it hadn't been open in years. They should probably take that off of their amenities. At night, lots of people hanging out in the parking lot. On a good note, i never saw any ants or roaches..

As we drove up there were stacks of building materials around the front entrance. Then once I walked into the front office, it looked completely uninviting. It was empty of any furniture. Then the front desk didn’t just have a plexiglass panel or two, but a complete glass cage. This was making me feel even more uneasy. If the clerk needed to be protected behind a cage, what would I need to watch out for. Then while I was waiting I started to read the multitude of signs posted. One in particular started that they required a $125 deposit or you couldn’t get your room. Then they had to inspect the room on check out to make sure you didn’t steal or damage anything. All of this made me turn around and walk out without checking in and go down the street to another hotel.

Place was a dump and the website was all lies. Said it had a pool, no pool. Said free breakfast but no breakfast of any kind at all. Took a half hour to check in. No elevator to upper floors. Had to carry everything up flights of stairs. Will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

under renovation, carpet entrance so damaged that sharp metal edges caught my skin, broken sheetrock laying along the floor, carpet molding laying along floor away from way,never put back after wall painting, ceiling light didn't work, hanging out of ceiling, could not work at the desk without any light. no pillows, no blankets

Smelled really bad. Room's chair was too torn up to sit in. Vending machine was broken. Room's AC unit had been kicked in and barely worked. Room cost $300 when it should have been $50-60. There was a cleaning fee if we left a clean room and a much larger deposit in case they decided anything was broken or missing.

The place was filthy. I had a roach run across my foot in upstairs room. I had holes in the wall, stained sheets, broken lamp shades, stained carpet, and too many broken things in the room to list. I have many pictures to share with the health department.

As soon as we opened the room door there was a nasty odor that didn’t go away. Secondly walk over by the window and there was dry wall all over the floor. From where I’m not to sure. As we were getting set for bed I put my charger on the table between the beds and next thing I know there are a bunch of cockroaches and then there was more in the bathroom. Was so disgusted grabbed our stuff and immediately left. Never been to a worse place before

1st room was filthy. Toilet was not cleaned. Shower was dirty. The room smelled like weed.Pulled blanket back & yep dirty crusty stuff on the sheets. They moved us to a different room. That room smelled like Bug spray, blood stains on the sheets, mold in the bathroom & something ( looked like dried food) on the wall. Nope, turned in the keys, asked for a refund, but the lady said I have to get the refund back from Hotels.com

Worst experience of my LIFE. First room they gave us had a cockroach in it. The whole place is filthy. Second room had old french fries behind the night stand. Who knows how long they had been there. Also in the second room there were two dirty yellow stained towels still hanging behind the bathroom door. I had read a review about someone else not getting there deposit back so I said something when I checked out that I better get that deposit back. Guess what I didn’t.

The air conditioning wasn't working very well and we asked twice to have our room changed but the other rooms were even worse. You could hear the rats and mice up in the ceiling. We stayed three nights and we had to get her key card redone each time because it would stop working. The water in the sink had very bad pressure. You could hear everything in the hallway and the hallway stunk of marijuana and smoke. The staff were really friendly and our room actually didn't stink so that was good.won't come here again

Low shower pressure. Mold on ceiling of shower. Bathroom sink faucet sprayed water everywhere. Complained to front desk about bed feeling like it was slipping off frame or very worn out. He came and shoved the mattress over, mattress still felt like it was sliding off. Had to be very careful not to slide off onto the floor. Breakfast was underwhelming.

As I check in a man who can barely speak English tells me there is a $100 deposit required and by credit card it costs $5. No one said anything about that. The Good: The bathroom was good for a cheap room and the AC/heat worked well. The Bad: Smoke alarm on shelf without battery. Remote for TV found under table with dead batteries and gross black stuff on it. Bed was barely okay. Area is safe. Wi-fi? Yes! At about 0.5 MBN download, what a complete joke. There must be better places than this. Stay away.

Its an old super 8. You know what you are getting for the cheap price, however the first room I was checked into had a leaking ceiling. I let the front desk know they put in a service order and changed my room. The second room was equally dingy all the bed spreads are stained the carpets are sticky, the sheets are cheap and I killed a roach on the wall in the morning. However the staff was friendly. Not complaining just being honest.

Well pictures was not what it actually looked like our toilet wouldn’t flush, along with we had to wait for water to get hot and bedroom wasn’t cleaned by housekeeping after we would leave. Cords was out in our room as well. Just not what I expected it to be at all.

Weren’t spoken to until I took out my license and handed it to the girl. Hotel was very run down with holes in the walls and carpet and very strict rules you have to follow. Guest only allowed from 12pm- 4pm then must leave. If any noise complaints the first warning is $50 and then you’re kicked off the property (we are quiet thank goodness). Cant take breakfast to your room and they do watch you like a hawk. Walked out of the breakfast area with no food because there weren’t any options and the man asked what I was doing. They take a $100 deposit no exceptions and we took pictures of all damage when we got there. We left the room cleaner than we found it and still I only received $95 of my deposit back for no reason at all. The poor girl that checked us in was working all night and then again at the desk in the morning when we left. All and all I would never stay here again. Very rude and seem to have extreme rules I’m sure to protect against damage but some couples are quiet and just staying to watch their kids band competition haha. It was not a place I would recommend and I have stayed many places that weren’t the best but still nice and decent to customers.

This was a cheap place to stay overnight on a longer road trip. They do have a mandatory room deposit upon checking in. We checked in pretty late (11:30) and were initially given a room that hadn't been cleaned. When we went back to reception the attendant was very apologetic and friendly and quickly got us a new room. The same attendant was still on duty when we left in the morning and again apologized for the inconvenience. The room was clean and the beds weren't uncomfortable.

You get what you pay for here. It is cheap because it is next to highway and there are no hairdryers in the washroom and the breakfast is not really a breakfast. The good news is that a McDonalds is within walking distance and a Starbucks is not far. Also, the place is a 10 minute drive to downtown. So if you are looking for free parking and a cheap place to spend the night, this is it.

They take a $5 credit card fee from your deposit, so you won't receive your whole deposit back; and at least in my case, they failed to alert me of this before they charged it.

Booked because it said there was breakfast. There wasn't. Offered to see them in the morning & they would have something for us. In the morning the desk man said he must have forgotten & there was nothing. The hotel was so filthy & the room itself was really nasty. Called Hotels.com about issue & they gave me a small credit, yet didn't get back to me after saying they would talk to the manager, which noone ever seems to reach. Such a bad experience.

Poor breakfast, next to nothing in the way of a choice... cereal, milk, juice, coffee, waffles. No fruit or protein. First room had ripped and dirty carpet and smelled of smoke. I moved to another room. It had wood floors and seemed much cleaner. This is a very basic hotel for a quick overnight stop.

This property was decent. There were signs of age, but not excessively so. Breakfast was extremely basic. Mini muffins, mini donuts, make your own pancakes, and two sugary cereals. Juice machine was broken. I would stay here again, but skip the pre check in because it is pointless. I still got asked for a copy of my driver's license and a credit card to hold a deposit for incidentals and if you use a credit hold, they charge you $5 which they don't refund. I have never had that happen anywhere else.
