Candlewood Suites London South by IHG

We recently stayed from 8/21/26 to 8/24/26 and originally had a loft room booked. Upon arriving though, the AC was broken that left the room quite hot and stuffy. Front desk sent someone quickly to the room, who then brought a second supervisor and given the late evening, could only provide us with a fan for the evening. It wasn't a great start but first thing in the morning, the Manager on duty, Sunil acknowledged the less than ideal circumstances right away, gave us comp'd our breakfast and said the maintenance worker confirmed it was broken and that a new room would be ready for us after out meal. He then also went on to reimburse us back on our lodging fees for the trip given the situation. We didn't have to say a thing, he had read the notes from before and took care of it before we could say more- top notch thank you so much for taking such care and ownership. My family had a great rest of our stay and also thank you to Simmi at the front desk for being calm and so pleasant the entire time.

I stay at many hotels for work & this was a great choice. Separate living room & sleeping room. Kitchen so I can actually stay healthy while travelling. Staff were beyond amazing. Recommend.

Nice clean room helpful staff great restaurant

The staff was great and helpful but the rooms need more attention. The shower curtain had an unpleasant odor and some of the bathroom accessories were broken. There was a coffee machine with no disposable cups or coffee mate next to the coffee machine. Can’t say the overall experience was bad but I’d hope these tiny details are handled for future guests and visits.
