Hotel in desperate need of a refurb! Damp smelling room, bedding smelt awful, dirty windows. bathroom floor tiles with no grout. No water in the rooms. Breakfast was bland. I do not feel this is a 4 star hotel.

Really disappointed with my stay for the cost. I am a regular traveller that stays in modern 4* city centre hotels for lower than this stay. The room was extremely dated, the hallway to the rooms were dirty and in terrible condition. The doors to the kitchen area are well past their replacement dates. The pool was ok but changing areas were terrible. I couldn’t take my daughters in the men’s area due to being small and naked men very close. No family changing. Staff were all really helpful , it’s the cost and look of some of the hotel that lets it down. Great location for the green and walking distance to restaurants and the likes.
