Staff and hotel was great. Lots of parking!

Nice place, will have to pay for parking $20.00 per night

I just stayed for a night before picking up a friend at LAX for a road trip. It was perfect for that purpose due to the proximity to the airport. The hotel has a parking garage in the same building, which makes it very convenient when travelling with a lot of luggage.

Elevator was under repair. They compt our parking which was nice. Room was spacious and clean.

On going construction. Very noisy drilling?

The room was decent and while it had a kitchen with cabinets there was nothing in those cabinets so be sure to bring your own dishes and cutlery. The fitness center was good. The hotel was undergoing exterior renovations during my stay (April 2025)

The establishment was under construction so it was noisy, it was a hassle at time to enter the very small parking lot because of the work being done. Wished they had notified us about the construction going on.

- the breakfast were decent when considering the star rating of the hotel. The eggs were delicious! - the outdoor seating area was nice for the evenings, although they need to replace one of the fire pits - the rooms were adequate, although the bathroom and sink area lacked space - Sergio was great, he helped me out when I had an issue with my booking and was friendly every time he was on the desk. - Cleaning every 4 days is not adequate even for the price - the location is excellent, walking distance to Target and other small shops. - despite being next to the main road, our room was quiet

The outside is under construction so you might pass the hotel since the tiny sign comes up pretty quick the entrance is with 3 ft of the sign and the traffic light. Other than that, the hotel was very clean, water pressure very strong, you feel very safe and secure. The hotel is literally walking distance from everything you need including from the beach.

Very nice clean room, soft beds. Broken mini-fridge. The worst breakfast... muffins full of mold! Eggs like rubber disks and a broken toaster. So bad. However they had a really great coffee and hot chocolate bar and a nice firepit in the courtyard.

Parking and entrance of the hotel doesn't make sense

When I arrived in an Uber, I thought I was at the wrong place. The whole front of the property was a total mess, under construction. I asked the Uber driver to walk me to the front in case it wasn’t the place I had booked. It was! I told the desk clerk I was shocked at the condition of the property exterior, and she said it was noted on the website that renovations were taking place. I hadn’t read anything about it and when I looked on the website after settling in, I couldn’t find the info. I asked her on checkout, and she showed me a statement buried in the policy section about renovations. That should have been stated visibly at the top of the website, with photos so a person could see what they were walking into. I would have never booked if I had seen a picture or read that comment. Hotels should offer significant discounts for that type of issue. Also, some food and water were left in the fridge from the last guests, and there was something on the rug by my bed, which looked like vomit or doggie dodo. It looked gross but it turned out to be some kind of plant debris that had not been cleaned up before we arrived. The rest of the property looked decent and the breakfast buffet was excellent, but from my experience I would be hard pressed to stay at this property again, especially because I booked it as a meet up with other family members I haven’t seen for over a year.

Had a great stay, friendly staff, very clean and quiet!

The staff at this property are very friendly. Our room, however, was old and musty. The furniture, carpet, appliances, outlets, etc were super old and run down. I was tempted to drive back home, but I was tired so I decided to stay. While trying to fall asleep, we heard the people in the room next to us having a “good time”. I didn’t complain to the staff about the room or our neighbors because honestly, what could they have done about it? I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They didn't empty the over flowing garbage in the garage until the meeting

Only complaint was the noise from cars and Harley’s roaring by all night as my room overlooked Sepulveda Blvd. impossible to sleep.

Air conditioner so loud you couldn’t use and sleep. Mis-communication between hotels.com and this hotel, cost me additional money, stress I will not utilize this facility again. In addition to the air conditioner noise, our room was on the street side and the noise from the street made it impossible to sleep.

It was disappointing!! They had many rooms available but the room I was given was on the very busy street side of the hotel !!! Heavy traffic noise

I trusted Yelp when choosing an overnight stay here. It had received very positive reviews, but I did not have the same experience. First, mattresses definitely needed replacing. I felt I was sinking, but only in the center, so all night I was in a “jack-knife” position. Then I wanted to take a nice hot bath, but the drain stopper didn’t work. Toilet was also leaking so every 15 min or so it would fill up and turn off again.

The hotel had not received my reservation through Hotels.com so check in took over 20 minutes to sort things out.

The staff help me fight the laundry equipment. It almost had me but Yessie saved the day. The manager helped arrange a rate due to my long term project in the city.

The improvements to the property are nice, the offered breakfast and coffee bar were great. Room was set up oddly with bathroom sink on outside of bathroom. Staff at front desk could be a little nicer.

I have never had a problem once with Expedia and today. The hotel worker when I was checking in did not let me check in or he said he did not see the reservation. His name is Jeryl. He was blaming Expedia for not sending over the reservation to him. He had to charge me for a different room at a different rate than what I received from Expedia. Very strange because he let me book another room but I never gave him any identification nor did he have my information nor did I sign any paperwork. This makes this transaction very suspicious to me. When I asked for a receipt he said he had nothing for me. I really hope I don't get charged for two rooms. After driving for 5 hours then coming here to deal with this pain is very exhausting. Next time I'll be staying somewhere else and hopefully I can receive a full refund for my transaction and this ordeal

I stayed here with my son for a tournament and we had a smooth check in and check out. The staff was super nice and accommodating. We were a minute late to breakfast and the staff accommodated my son to quickly get some breakfast. I will stay here again.

This was one of the best hotels I ever stayed at being away from home. It felt like I was at home. The shower was amazing. It was super quiet. Breakfast was the best kid friendly endless options for breakfast. Great place to stay. Highly recommend

Really comfy, homely hotel with friendly staff, well equipped rooms and a buffet breakfast menu almost bigger than LA itself to get you powered up for the day. Courtyard with relaxing couches and lounges and conveniently close to LAX.
