Accessible Room was terrible—in so many ways it fell short of what any respectable accessibility consultant would have advised. High shower head only accessible if you could stand. Shower caused significant flood and pooling of water onto the floor due to poorly situated shower head and inadequate design of shower curtain. No hooks or surfaces adjacent to shower to place clothing, towel or toiletries. The large, deep sink in the “kitchen” near the bed was not remotely WC accessible. The entry door to the room was completely inaccessible except to a large strong capable male person. That left egress from the room by a special needs guest completely impossible. Why is there not an automatic door opener press plate—at least from the inside? Oh, and the closet has a pole to lower the clothes hanging rack, but it is stymied from lowering by the closet door hinges that obstruct the path. Surely this room was AI designed.

Very disappointing experience. The breakfast was of very poor quality and certainly not worth the price. The room rates are far too high considering the hotel's facilities. The lobby is very small, the elevator is tiny, and the housekeeping standards were below expectations. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel, especially because of the overpriced rooms and disappointing breakfast.
