Stayed 3 nights

Location was great for the reason we were staying, the hotel was small and pleasant and out the way which was nice so rather peaceful. There is no reception so to speak, it's actually the bar but it wasn't obvious with no signage to direct you. I get it's the UK, but AC would be a nice touch, it was a particularly hot weekend and the room was like a sauna, the windows only open slightly and a fan is provided but it wasn't much a relief. On a 3 night stay and the towels were not replaced which was disappointing, 2 nights is understandable but given the heat, additional showers were taken and clean towels would have been nice, I did ask for some but they never arrived. Also the toilet paper wast replaced and had to go and ask for some, again it never arrived so I had to take a roll from the bar toilets. This sounds negative but I'd actually recommend it as a place to stay, just be on top of what you need in good time and request it before you need it.

Lovely hotel set by a lake. Room was amazing as we stayed in a suite which was modern and spacious. Only missing a fridge which would have been good but not major issue as only stayed 1 night. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Food and Drinks very nice and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this hotel and will return!

Well decent place overall clean and good wifi nice room the only thing was food? Though it tasted ok the 45 min wait for dinner when only 5 people in was annoying? Breakfast needs a lot of looking at after paying for the cooked as there was no cereal available, I asked for juice but that was extra £4.50 and so I asked for tea an extra £3.50 on top of my paid breakfast? Then the 30 minute wait when I was the only one in the restaurant. Not great really and the guy was more interested in playing on his phone.
