The parking was easy enough, although there were some leaves and small twigs on the car after the two nights - maybe I should have parked the other side, away from the trees. It would have been nice to know there was a fridge in the room - I don't know is there is one in all rooms. The double-glazing sound proofing from the M62 traffic noise will help those who want a quieter room when it's not too hot.

I got a great price on Hotels.com. The communications were good and I was emailed the codes for entry. Good parking in the courtyard. My room was bright, clean and comfortable. The shower was good & toiletries and an excellent towel provided. There were coffee making facilities.

The hotel itself was ok, and reasonably clean, but there was someone banging about downstairs and banging doors from around 11pm until about 6am. We literally got no sleep, and I was doing the Leeds Marathon the next morning. Really did ruin it

The room itself was ok. Strange unpleasant food smells emanating from bathroom. Check in was well explained but tricky getting code on lock box outside in the dark. Relieved to be staying only one night and would not rebook
