The property is dated, with carpets on the stairs, gym is very small, needs completely updating

curiously this hotel and spa has a strange idea of customer service, residents staying in the hotel are not allowed to use the Swimming pool or gym between 11 and 3 every day, which is not stated anywhere on the website or booking site platforms this consists of 3 buildings and the far building where the pool is has steps down and up to access with no ramps to help with suitcases, also the pathway to the hotel is uneven and needs better lighting for the winter months moving from one building to another is outdoors so prepare to get wet going to get breakfast. food menu was varied and we eat on two nights, food on first night was very oily and plate was covered in oil and tasted odd, staff in the resturant were polite and nice although should not be chewing gum while serving and talking to diners. Housekeeping staff were very good and very friendly and rooms were very clean and we wel maintained air conditioning/heater was extremely noisy so could not be left running during the evening and night there are no available seating other than the bar during the day, staff did not apprear to be customer focused, which was disapointing

The hotel was tired and needed refurbishment, around the windows were dirty, public areas needed a good clean. The pool/spa had a film of dirty across it and we needed 2 showers to feel clean again. The pool area had areas of dried dirty of an unknown matter. Staff were lovely and the breakfasts good.

Had a nice 2 night stay for business purposes. The staff were all fantastic, the room was very comfortable and the gym and pool area were great also. I found the restaurant to be very nice with great food options and the breakfast was very good, using good quality items. My only gripe would be that the jacuzzi was very cool and the steam room wasn't working very well at all. Get these things sorted out and I will be rating higher.

Staff were extremely kind and helpful, the pool area was clean but really not happy with how the rooms are maintained one of our curtains came off the hook and was hanging uneven, the cleaning staff serviced the rooms 2 times but still left it unfixed. The carpets weren’t hoovered when we returned to our room in the evening it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. I had to specify everything at the reception and then they got it done for us. Also, the pool access timings are very limited which was not mentioned on the website when I was booking the hotel. The terms and conditions mentioned on the expedia website are quite different to the hotels terms and conditions. It was very confusing.

My first time here, friendly staff however the place could do with a complete update, the restaurant area in particular was quite dates, sticky tables, worn out chairs and dull decor, the gym and pool areas were pleasant as was my room.

Very good overall, small items like the steam room in the spa was broken, and not being able to use the pool till after 3 was not made clear when i booked

Lovely friendly staff, receptionist very helpful. Beautiful grounds and the spa and pool were lovely, we didn’t have any treatments but enjoyed the use of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, a relaxing experience all round, the restaurant was nice the service was a little slow but they all worked really hard as it was busy. The breakfast was lovely a massive range of choice. Everywhere was kept really clean. 2 of the young men working in the restaurant and bar were exceptional with manners and service.

Room was dated and a bit tatty. Pillows really flat and hard . Constant noise all night from what we assume was something to do with the swimming pool. Swimming pool unstaffed at desk, pool was freezing cold . Breakfast awful, sausages disgusting and coffee was cold . Wouldn’t return

Hotel has facilities that aren’t available in most, but it feels like nothing’s been repaired for a decade and overhauled for much more than that. Bathroom grouting was all cracked, the fan was really noisy, windows were dirty and the heating was crap. Breakfast was not great. Cheap nasty sausages and underdone bacon, with a ‘self-service’ setup where you have to queue and watch a staff member plate it up for you. Bizarre. The biggest positive is there’s good parking. Wide spaces and plenty to choose from.

Drink options great. Very clean room. Fixtures are worn and dated, but very clean. Room was very spacious and had every thing you need ie tea, coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries. If you need disabled room, you will need to ask as there are steps up to the rooms otherwise. Spa facilities are lovely. So clean and organised. Lovely swimming pool. The restaurant is tired decor wise, but the staff are so friendly, efficient, and the food was great quality, price and great portion sizes. Compliments to the chef. Breakfast too was very tasty, fresh, veggie option for me, and plentyful. We had a wonderful overnight break and are definitely going back for one of their entertainment evening's.

The hotel and facilities were nice enough but have definitely seen better days. Can’t fault the staff and their service though.

Checked in slightly early and was no problem. I was also told I could use the pool faculties and so glad I did, beautiful pool and relaxing beds to read a book or chill afterwards. Bedroom very spacious and so quiet, this to me is very important as started work early the following day. Couldn’t make breakfast as left at 5am so they really kindly offered me a packed lunch, I stay away most weeks and have never been offered this before. Will certainly be a regular now on my business trips in South Wales

Everything is great. The parking lot is huge, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good. However, the Wi-Fi signal is very poor if you are allocated at lower levels. I'm not sure about the signal strength in other areas. In general, it is a great hotel to stay.

Our room was lovely and spacious. The staff were incredibly helpful. However, the Sky box provided in our room didnt work.

Nice hotel, location etc, stayed here a few times. I would say its over priced and a lot of the rooms are looking tired, including my last one. The TV didnt work properly and the remote fell apart. Stained carpets and misty double glazing windows. The food is good but breakfast isnt, seems the food is kept warm.

Booked a twin room for 2 adult's and 2 kids. On arrival i expected more beds on the room( how other hotel do it). But only 2 large singles to sleep all 4. So i had to ask for more beds. Which they did find. But surely if a room is booked for 4 ....2 small beds wldnt b big enough.

The hotel room was shabby, the service in restaurant was shocking along with the noise outside hotel room from guests drinking under window in garden until late into night.. Breakfast while nice was service was shocking

Very disappointed with the reception because they demanded each individual completed the form for the rooms when I could have simply completed the form for my son and then he signed it. Also the spa didn’t allow any hot couple to enter the spa on their leaving day. Staff in pub and restaurant very pleasant and chatty… Overall poor experience and a good distance from the town centre.

Lovely stay. Really friendly and excellent staff. Great location if you don’t want to be in the city centre. Plenty of parking available. Excellent food and great choice for breakfast and evening meals.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Tower hotel and spa, the staff are super friendly and efficient and the food is delicious I had the roast lamb dinner both nights of my stay because it was so delicious, I didn’t sleep very well on my first night in the tower and mentioned this to a lovely lady who worked in the restaurant and in no time at all they moved me to another room, nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be returning.

A very comfortable and pleasantly warm hotel with good, safe free parking. Good amenities and good food. We would stay again.

First time in Swansea and needed a convenient hotel which had facilities to suit a quick stop over. This ticks all the boxes as it has a bar, restaurant, gym and ample space in the room to work too. The staff are friendly and the food was great. Good value for money and certainly worth the money. Plus it had TNT sports for the football as an added bonus.

The stay was good and all staff were polite and helpful. was close to Swansea arena for the show we was going to.A10 minute drive from the hotel.

Nice place and helpful friendly staff. They had a separate vegan menu with plenty of choice which I found very helpful and good food. Nice swimming pool. Gym small but ok. Overall good stay. The place needs a facelift. Some parts a bit dated and needs refurbishing

Fantastic hotel and the room was amazing. Francis couldn’t have been more helpful. We had Sunday lunch there which is a must when in the area and fish n chips on the night were amazing 10/10 brilliant

Ive stayed here a few times, always been good but it is going down hill slowly. Food id good and nice surroundings but the breakfast takes you back to covid days with soneobe serving your breakfast from a buffet, not nice....
