Broken AC. No Pool. Expensive for the quality.

The property was super clean, super big, if there was a more stars option I would give it more. The staff is friendly, attentive, very helpful and welcoming. I have no complaints at all I stayed for 5 days and everything was lovely. The food is great the drinks and even the coffee is great. The spa is beautiful is a must try. Overall very satisfying.

Bel hôtel bien tenue. Malgré les 5 étoiles pas de services voituriers facturant 25€ par jour le parking. Une qualité de restauration en room service médiocre… une piscine interdite aux enfants de moins de 16 ans. Bref à éviter en famille. Un rapport qualité prix pas au rdv.

Väldigt besviken på min vistelse. Hotellets spa och relaxavdelning som skulle ingå visade sig inte göra det, och hissarna var trasiga utan belysning under hela vistelsen. Personalen gjorde inget för att åtgärda problemen, och managern var både otrevlig och ointresserad av att hjälpa. Rekommenderar inte detta hotell.

It’s quite expensive, and the advertising is misleading. The pool is promoted as being included in your stay, but in reality, it costs €30 per person for just a 45-minute reservation. The bar is also disappointing, with limited options and several items on the menu unavailable. Overall, the property is elegant, but overpriced and not as advertised.

Great stay at the Eurostars! I booked a massage tower fusion at the spa and this was the best massage I had of my life. Great experience!

En las fotografías del Hotel pareciera que tiene alberca y no la tiene! Es la foto de un jacuzzi donde el acceso tiene un costo adicional y el trato de la persona que te recibe en el SPA es pésimo.

Stayed for 2 nights on business trip, so location was perfect for me, very close to where I needed to be. Very nice modern hotel. Rooms are comfortable, bed was firm. Great bathroom and shower facilities. Lighting and window blind automation. AC was a bit noisy for me to sleep, so switched off next night. The Gym is small but ok for a short trip. Wooden floor is very creaking. Hotel has a spa facility but did not use as there is a charge and booking for use. Hotel staff very nice and friendly.

Dentro de que el hotel está bien, encuentro que las áreas comunes están frías, la temperatura está baja. La limpieza de la habitación no es excelente, hay polvo y el suelo tiene suciedad. Por lo demás la comida es excelente y el trato del personal muy bueno

El hotel está bien, cama súper cómoda, personal muy atento y agradable, la comida en el restaurante buena, lo único es que la habitación no estaba del todo limpia y para ducharse hay que hacer un máster para entender los grifos. Por lo demás es un hotel muy bueno

Me dieron una habitación helada y no funcionaba el termostato. Me cambiaron de habitación. La segunda habitación la ducha no funcionaban los chorros de hidromasaje, no la alcachofa de mano, solo la de arriba, con lo cual era bastante incómodo si no quería mojarte el pelo. La ducha se inundaba de agua y se quedó el agua durante más de 24 horas estancando. La mampara de la ducha no cerraba bien. Esto lo comenté y le dijeron que me podrían haber cambiado de habitación. De nuevo? Esto no es lo que esperas de un 5 *. El desayuno lo probé el primer día y no repetí. Mucha bollería y cereales de marca. El pan horrible (de molde y de estos congelados baratos).

Very Comfortable Room, Bed and Linens. The Shower drain was slow causing the shower pan to fill and leak into the bathroom tile. But not a huge deal.

No funcionó el clima y nunca les importó arreglarlo , solo estuvimos una noche para descansar antes de un vuelo Largo y según ellos que era general y que lo arreglarían , mas no fue cierto porque íbamos con otros compañeros en otros cuartos y ellos no tuvieron problema .

We had to change rooms twice to get one with working air conditioning. Didnt get to bed until 1am because of all the craziness. The AC panels look like they were installed in 1982 - totally useless. If you want to be able to control your room temp, avoid this hotel.

Room was good size, 21st floor, good views and nice to have a separate bath and shower. Comfortable bed and all the amenities you need.

Impossible de mettre du chauffage dans la chambre malgré l’intervention d’un technicien, et la température dans la chambre en fin de nuit était basse.

The staff was extremely helpful. They took the time to explain and answer questions, even those related to suggestions for tourist locations. The hotel could benefit from more dining options. Finally, there should be USB charging options in the room. This is now standard world over. It was surprising that this hotel doesn't have it.

The staff is very friendly except one. After a long day and flight, we checked in and went for an early dinner so we could go to bed early. When we arrived at the hotel after dinner, the room was unbearably hot. I called the desk and they sent someone up. We needed to move rooms which was fine. We moved rooms and in the second room the tv didn't work. They sent a guy that fixed it but didn't add the internet to stream. We moved rooms again. The third room was not getting cool. The guy came up and put the temperature probe in the vent and showed us the probe, it was not cool. Then he stuck it completely in the vent at a different spot and showed us a picture on his phone of the right temperature. We could feel that the air was not blowing at all. We called the desk and started that the air is not blowing. I was told that the air is working fine. I said that is not correct since the second room was much cooler. I was then told that not all the air-conditioners at the hotel work the same. At this point, we were so exhausted and just needed sleep. I woke up sweating all night. In the morning when I went outside, it was terribly upset by how cool it was outside compared to my air-conditioned room. I called to get a room change. The person that answered the second day was rude when i called. This is supposedly a 5 star hotel and I'm sorry that I expected to have a working air-conditioner and tv. We were give free breakfast but it doesn't make up for the gaslighting

Esta es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel y, sin duda, seguiremos repitiendo. Desde el momento de la llegada, el trato del personal es siempre increíble, atentos y profesionales, lo que hace que la experiencia sea muy agradable. El desayuno es excelente, con una gran variedad y calidad que realmente marca la diferencia. La ubicación es espectacular, y ahora cuenta con un centro comercial cercano que lo hace aún más conveniente. Vale totalmente la pena hospedarse en un hotel de cinco estrellas como este en Madrid. Para nosotros, ya se ha convertido en nuestro lugar de referencia: cada vez que visitamos Madrid, elegimos el Eurostars Madrid Tower.

The staff was friendly, the hotel is clean and the amenities are out of this world. The place made me feel like I was James Bond. The rooms are very modern and the provided toiletries are appreciated. The restaurant staff as well are top notch, next time I’m in Spain I’ll definitely be staying here !!!

It’s a nice hotel but very busy and understaffed at the front desk. There is no clear way to call front desk.

Fronts desk staff was great, room was spacious and clean. Room service food was great but they did not know much about their own menu and were not open about room charging. Overall good experience, room service has a bit to work on to be great.

Half a year since our previous visit we were back. Still a great experience! Roberta our host was there to welcome us and was there when we needed her. We will certainly return soon to this great hotel!

La estancia ha ido bien. El problema ha sido el proceso de Check-In. Cuando me presente en el Hotel me dijeron que la reserva no estaba realizada. Hubo problemas para poder quedarme en el hotel e incluso al final tuve que hacer una nueva reserva y pagar de nuevo. Dicen que me van a devolver el dinero de esta segunda reserva, pero de momento yo he tenido que adelantarlo. No entiendo que ha pasado, pero es un error muy grande el que no existiese la reserva, y un problema tener que volver a pagar para poder quedarme una noche. Me parece un error muy grande por parte de Hoteles.com, es tan grande que incluso me genera desconfianza para volver a utilizarlo en el futuro, a riesgo de que vuelva a fallar el sistema de reservas. Creo que tienen que analizar que ha pasado en esta situacion ya que es un problema muy grande. Daniel Gonzalez.

Terrific on property restaurant and bar, but getting out into the city is difficult without a car or motor transportation.

Nice property and quite well kept. The only issue I had was with the electric car’s chargers. It’s a nice location but a bit away from everything. Convenient if you have or rent a car.

Great stay at this lovely hotel. It’s a little way outside the city centre but the metro is only a 5 minute walk away and is cheap and easy to use. There is a direct line into the city centre.

Nice hotel with large room. Definitely recommended for anyone explore north of Madrid. It does take 15-45 mins to get to city center. The surrounding area with shopping area/restaurants is nice. Close to two metro/train stations

Hotel excelente, ótimas instalações e muito confortável. Quarto de bom tamanho, banheiro também. Para o objetivo de turismo, fica longe dos pontos turísticos e o transporte público não é muito próximo.

Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht zentral,aber die Metro Station ist so 5 Minuten entfernt.Und auch mit dem Bus kann man ganz einfach ins Zentrum fahren.Da unser Flug so früh ging und wir nicht frühstücken konnten ,haben wir eine tolle Lunchbox bekommen.Waren total überrascht.

Camere belle e spaziose, ma nel bagno manca bagnoschiuma per la vasca (è presente solo nella doccia). Menù fresco, ma le uova non sono cotte al momento. Manca la spremuta che è sostituita da succo di frutta industriale

Great property. Highly recommend. Their breakfast buffet is pretty good and the views are great from the rooms. Nearby shopping complex is very convenient.

Overall the stay was nice. Hotel is clean and room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet is not worth it. Could've had better hot food choices and we had to find our own coffee; server never came to tabel.

Wonderful Hotel, The Breakfast buffet is the best you could ever find at a hotel in Madrid.
