The room was okay, but DO NOT park your car at the parking area under the bridge, which the hotel staff will tell you is safe. Look at reviews of that parking in Google Maps and you'll see many people reported car break-ins. We had our car broken into and our holiday delayed because of the broken window. The hotel did refund the parking cost, but I'm sure they will keep telling their guests to park there. Just park in a normal parking garage or on a well lit street. Or better yet, choose a hotel with a proper parking garage. We requested parking in the hotel parking garage when making the booking, but were told it was full when we arrived. Other than that, the breakfast can at best be described as mediocre. Even a random kebab roll on the street is a better and cheaper option... The only good thing was the room, which was comfortable. But the air conditioning was very loud and the shower pressure inconsistent. All in all, if you're driving, there are better and cheaper options with proper parking facilities a bit further from the center, but still convenient to go into the city with public transport.

Incredibly rude staff. Asking questions at the dining room, they bounced me around to each other, then spoke Chezc, without realizing that I understood some. Lots of nasty words “behind my back “. Similar situation at the front desk. One of the worst experiences ever. And that is after using about a dozen hotels throughout the Europe over the course of last three months.

Stayed Monday to Friday, the hotel has no atmosphere as the bar was closed the whole time and there is no evening restaurant so nobody about. The room was ok, but nothing special. Really is just a 3 star hotel not a 4 star.

Room was very clean, breakfast was rather abundant! You’ll have a hard time finding something for the price and so close to major tourist attractions and public transit. The spa wasn’t open, neither was the bar, but the breakfast was great! The staff were all super friendly! Most spoke English as well as other languages. Our only complaint was the heater couldn’t turn off and the shower door didn’t seal at the bottom causing water to leak out and onto the carpet. That being said, the staff were on top of it. We will certainly be staying here again on our next trip out in a couple of months. Thank you all!
