We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Our room had everything we needed and we loved having the lounge space as well as the fridge and microwave. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, arranging for our taxis to the city centre and organising laundry (to pay for). Our room was cleaned and tea/ coffee/ small water bottle replaced each day. Woolworths next door was handy for snacks to take out for the day. My only negative was the bed was a bit soft for me (that's my personal preference!) Great place, lovely restaurant. We highly recommend the Colosseum Luxury Hotel.

Loved staying at the Colosseum Hotel. Clean and staff are friendly. However, the Hotel has a tired look and is in desperate need of an update. Everything is exactly the same as 20 years ago and nothing has been upgraded,

The hotel was nice and clean, however the staff were not very accommodating and everything we asked for seemed to be a “mission” for them. Had booked to stay again the next week for a couple nights and have cancelled and are staying somewhere else

Hotel with a beautiful location and exterior but outdated and poorly maintained on the inside. The rooms are extremely outdated, poor lighting that does not work well, toilets need a proper scrub, bathroom doors used as room doors in the 2 bed apartment. though the front desk staff have excellent service - Delano and Ronelle stood out.

This place was so far from luxury. Extremely narrow hallways smelling of smoke. Rooms with cheap parquet and filthy upholstery and you could hear every word from the hallway. We checked out within a few hours of check in, it was so cringeworthy.

Rooms was not as per the pictures seen online. Also no tv in room while in bed. have to sit on a seperate small couch and watch the bare minimum stations available on tv. the shower is right next to the toilet which makes everything wet inside. not very nice.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, ein bisschen vom Tafelberg kann man sehen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Wir hatten in einer Nacht das Problem, daß die Balkontür bei starkem Wind immer wieder aufging und es dadurch sehr laut und zugig war. Das wurde am nächsten Tag schnell und unkompliziert repariert. Wir haben im Hotel nur gefrühstückt. Das war okay, wurde nach einer Woche etwas eintönig und - very english.

we checked in, not a family room, asked for a family room, none was available, Bath was situated in the open where the bed is, we had our 7 yr daughter with us, no TV in the room, furniture was horrible, not comfortable at all. Although what I can say was positive was the staff members that assisted us. Luca is a great asset to your business

The rooms air conditioning system was out on some very hot days. I was unhappy that they didn't contact me before hand to give me the opportunity to make other arrangements. They didn't let me no until I reached the property. And then i was notified with a sign in the elevator that indicated no AC. Very unhappy stay.
