Stunning property stunning grounds great breakfast perfect location to stay right across the street from the beach and walking distance to all the little restaurants and city center perfect place to stay if you’re looking to do the beach excursions. Very beautiful hotel. I really enjoyed the serene views and having breakfast in the morning, staring out at the ocean underneath the pergola and grapevines, it’s very beautifully designed, my only wish was that the air conditioner worked a little better other than that I would definitely stay here again

This property is very, very special indeed. The lobby and living room are furnished with lovely and comfortable furniture with several sitting areas in the living room and a charming little bar. The open air restaurant (facing the sea) is picturesque with grape vines that cascade down from the trellis, and drape between the wood posts, to the stone wall that's below table height. This all literally creates a picture perfect frame of the sea. We had breakfast both mornings dinner the first night. Breakfast options were plentiful and very tasty (and included in our rate). The dinner menu was lovely and we enjoyed our food selections and the bottle of wine as well. We arrived around 7pm. We were welcomed by a very pleasant, kind, and soft spoken woman. She completed our check-in and the escorted us to our junior suite on the top floor with a private balcony with french doors facing the sea. The sitting room had two windows; one facing the sea (same as the balcony) and the other facing the coast line. And, that very same woman also took our dinner order. I asked if she were the owner and I got the answer I suspected. Pride of ownership is on display throughout the entire property and the unassuming customer service is perfect for property & the location. Nature abounds at the Hotel Costa Dorado. Everywhere you look you see something beautiful: architecture, design & decor, plantings, butterflies, bumble bees & even turtles. Had I known, we'd still be there!

This is a very charming hotel right at the seaside with beautiful views. Each room is decorated in Italian style - very charming. The gardens on the property are beautiful creating a charming atmosphere. The breakfast was fantastic! The breakfast eating patio looks out to the sea and the they served omelets made to order, fresh breads, jam and other sweets along with great coffee. I wanted to stay more nights!

Costa Dorada sits in a beautiful part of the world, with easy access to enjoy excursions in the area- be it beach, historical, or shopping. Their restaurant is top notch- both breakfast and dinner from their porch, which overlooks the Gulf of Orosei. Just a walk across the street to the beach!

Just stayed for the second time in 2 years. The location, breakfast, bar and staff are all very nice. Hotel has a tropical feel.

This was a lovely traditional property with a homey feel and a gorgeous view. Breakfast every morning on the patio was perfect. Being right on the beach with ample public parking made the stay much more convenient. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Adorei o hotel, muito bem localizado, perto de restaurantes, bares, em menos de 10 min caminhando é possível chegar no porto. O café da manhã é excelente. O estacionamento é público mas fica ao lado do hotel, só tem que pagar a diária do estacionamento. Eu amei a região da Cala Gonone. O quarto me atendeu bem para 1 pessoa. Não era um quarto enorme mas o tamanho me atendeu bem. A interner que às vezes não funcionava no quarto porém isso eu via como uma oportunidade da Ilha mesmo. Caso eu volte um dia em Cala Gonone, voltarei para esse hotel.

A lovely venue, well situated across the road from the sea. All staff from cleaner to Reception manager were friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms were suitably decorated, good size and included all appropriate accessories. As it is reaching the end of the season it also starting to show signs of needing a holiday.

Room had lots of bugs, air worked well, breakfast very disappointing. Staff very nice

This property was in a great area in Cala Ganone. Right on the main strip on the sea, the Lungo Mare. Walking distance to many restaurants and a small beach area. Also walking distance to the port where we picked up a boat tour that took us to some beautiful beaches only accessible by boat. The hotel was very clean. Great breakfast, even had omelets to order. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Flott sted og beliggenhet ved havet. Litt rufsete. Betjeningen i restauranten manglet interesse for å gi kunden en god opplevelse. Lite serviceinnstilte. rommet vi fikk var greit, men badet stinket mugg, toalettskålen hadde fuktskadet og falt nesten av. Knappen man trykker på for å tømme toalettet falt neste av. Manglet propp i vasken. Hotellet har et stor forbedringspotensiale. Stod ikke i forhold prisen på 2800,- pr natt.

Mysigt hotell i ett lugnt område Perseus vid stranden. Familjekänsla hos personalen. Hotellet är gammalt men fräscht. Vi valde rum med havsutsikt, balkongen är en gemensam loftgång så när du sitter utanför ditt rum, behöver folk gå förbi för att komma till sina rum. Frukosten var bra och speciellt att det fanns en omelettkille som fixade vad du vill ha.

Cozy little hotel. Fantastic service and lovely staff. The location is great right out to the beach. And the restaurant is great. Also, the hotel has two small ponds with turtles, nice little surprise! Overall had a great stay there. Only negative things to say is the beds is not the best and there is very limited WI-FI and phone reception in room.

I loved this hotel. The king room was spacious for me and my wife. The check in was easy and fast. They walked us to the room and showed us all the essentials. The dinner options at the restaurant were perfect. The dinner patio views overlooked the water. A glass a wine with dinner was perfect way to end the night. I picked this hotel because it was walking distance to our all day boat tour. It was also close to the Cala Luna hike. And last the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would come back again.

I wasn’t really sure about the booking, but I was so pleasantly surprised. It is a beautiful property with exceptional staff. We felt welcomed right away. My husband enjoyed the breakfast. The terrace overlooks the sea, and it is beautiful place to have breakfast and morning tea. We did not eat dinner at the property, so I cannot comment about that. We were able to borrow towels for the beach and boat trip at no charge. They also gave us an umbrella to use. There are several areas to enjoy the beach. It can be rocky, so bring water shoes. I love this place, and I really want to go back. One suggestion would be to provide the plug in insect repellent devices. Our room was fantastic with a view of the sea.

Grazia, Piero, and John luca provided excellence service. From providing information to arranging for transportation and coordination with touring companies. Very beautiful locale with beach views from anywhere in the property. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as 3 different beaches (5-10mins). Breakfast was always excellent and the sea/beach views were amazing, priceless!!! I recommend this place 100%!

Ich würde dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall als Viersternehotel bezeichnen. Es ist einfach viel zu teuer für das, was sie anbieten. Der Wert ist die Hälfte des Preises, was sie verlangen. Weder das Zimmer ist besonders gut und komfortabel, noch der Umgang besonders freundlich. Das Frühstück ziemlich eintönig und zu wenig Auswahlmöglichkeiten (Es gibt z.B. nur eine einzige Art Käse) und im Abendessen habe ich plötzlich Steine unter Zähne gehabt und sie haben nur gesagt, sie verstehen nicht, wie der Stein in das Essen reingekommen ist und das Essen einfach in die Küche zurückgebracht und sich nicht wirklich entschuldigt. Sie haben das Essen nicht mitgerechnet. Das ist aber wirklich das mindeste, was man machen kann. Hier erwartet man von einem guten Hotelrestaurant eine freundlicheren, netteren Umgang. Für diese schlechte Leistungen habe ich 1316 € für vier Nächte für ein Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück bezahlt. Essen war extra. Es war wirklich nicht Wert. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht weiter. Ansonsten ist der Ort schön und es gibt andere gute Restaurants in der Ortschaft.

Excelente ubicacion, habitacion amplia, comoda, cerca de todo. El unico comentario que puedo hacer lara mejorar es que deben mejorar la comunicacion con respcto a las comodidades en la playa, tienen todo pero tienes que preguntar
