Lovely pool area, although not many sun loungers around the pool. people put towels on loungers early in the morning to reserve them but didnt use them till later. All you can eat dining options great value. Resort a bit tired. Sun umbrellas need replacing as are ripped. Staff very friendly. No blockout curtains in our room! Our room (block 6) near the road so was quite noisy with motorbikes. Not a 5 star hotel. Can get better a better value hotel.

Loved EVERYTHING about this resort!! We went for our honeymoon! We checked in late (around 8pm), but the staff were still so energized, enthusiastic, and welcoming. Indonesia is super hot and humid, and they gave us this tamarind drink that was very refreshing. They upgraded our room, gave us 2 free drinks and appetizers, and had dessert waiting for us in our room. The room was beautifully decorated and super clean. We drink a lot of water, and they ALWAYS replenished the water bottles in our room. Every single staff member was so sweet and so kind. Especially the concierge Perdi, who was INCREDIBLY helpful throughout our stay. He helped us with our luggages to the 4th floor (no elevator), gave us contacts for drivers, snorkeling tour guides, and much more. The beach was nice, the pool was even better! Very family-friendly but also had a swim-up bar. Bartenders and servers were super attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner menus was amazing. I loved trying all the Indonesian cuisine, and my husband loved that they also had western options. Lastly, the property was very well maintained. The coconut trees, all the beautiful flowers, geckos, baby sea turtles, and butterflies all felt very authentically Indonesian. We had the BEST time and cant wait to come back!

Pool was filthy with green mold. No gluten free food at all offered at both restaurants, had to get a taxi and go to other local resorts for lunch and dinner to eat. I have stayed in Sheraton Hotels in many countries and this would have to be the worse. Very disappointed in the very poor standard. The beach was filthy with rubbish and plastic from a local drain, dare not put my head under the water. (forget snorkeling) Lots of Customer Service staff who smiled a lot and asked lots of questions, BUT did nothing! Maybe time for a new general manager and clean out some staff .... More like a 2 star hotel. Not happy at all !

We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton. It’s at the quiet end of senggigi but easily walkable to get to other restaurants and shops in the village. The beach off the hotel is pretty, and the sea is nice but it’s quite a busy ocean area with jet skis and boats, but it’s charming and not noisy at all. The staff are all lovely and breakfast is great. Excellent pianist playing each morning too. The rooms are not new but they’re good size and everything works and is comfortable. The gym is decent too, and the swimming pool is incredible. Lovely place- would recommend it and will come back I’m sure.

As shared by others, the hotel itself is older. However it is still the best hotel in the area. We moved from a different hotel after one night to the Sheraton and felt much safer, the pool and beach were beautiful. The spa was wonderful. The food was really good. Shout out to Madey at the pool bar for excellent service. Our family would return again

Slide was fun and pool was nice. A lot of activities for kids. Turtle feeding was one highlight. Food was excellent and the staff fulfilled all wishes, even the hat once. Great and friendly staff taking care of you.

I had a really lovely stay for 5 nights. The location was great (close to town, right on the beach), absolutely loved the gardens and pool, the food was beautiful (great breakfast buffet with changing menu), restaurants (typical hotel/resort prices) and staff were super friendly, polite, helpful and attentive. While the rooms were nice with clean sheets, comfy bed and good layout I think the bathrooms let them down. Tired and old and not super clean. This hotel has been around since the 90’s and it shows. Senggigi as a whole needs a refresh. Overall, a great hotel for families and relaxing comfy place to spend some time.

Udendørsområdet på Sheraton er fantastisk, det samme er servicen og alle de gode mennesker, der arbejder der. Dog fik vi et værelse, der lugtede vanvittigt af kloak, og de kunne ikke gøre noget ved det. Badeværelset og standen er absolut ikke 4-stjernet, nærmere 2 - dette bør renoveres, hvis de skal blive ved med at kalde det 4 stjerner. Det samme bør deres vandsystem, så man slipper for kloaklugt i hele værelset. De tog vores håndklæder og vaskede hver dag, på trods af at vi ikke lagde dem på gulvet - alt lys var også tændt, når der havde været rengøring, hvilket ikke ligefrem er miljøvenligt. Dog: udendørsområdet, poolen, liggestolene og strandstykket er vidunderligt, og det var trods alt her vi tilbragte det meste af vores tid :)

Love coming here, this was my second time visiting and my husbands first. The pool is beyond amazing and we spent the majority of the time there. The Buffett was excellent, and staff was the best. The house cleaning staff was so friendly and helpful and Riski was always checking in to see how our stay was.

Hotellet fremstår flot på billederne og som 5 stjernet hotel. Oplevelsen var et meget slidt hotel, som måske engang har været et 5 stjernet men nu har behov for en opdatering i billeder af de nuværende værelser som er realistiske (derved havde vi aldrig valgt dette hotel) Værelserne samt badeværelset ekstremt gammelt med dårlig bruser og ikke rengjorte fuger, føltes som et slidt 3 stjernet hotel. Udsigten ved vandet var når Lombok fremstår bedst.

Had stayed here before and rated it 5 stars BUT now though the service is good the room condition is poor. Furniture is in bad condition, wardrobe doors hard to open, shower facilities is not up to a 5 star hotel standard. Yes the swimming pool is still good well maintained, food and staff service are good. Will I stay again if ever I go back to Lombok- no. Unless management renovate the rooms.

Excellent hotel for our short stay in Senggigi. The staff was really friendly, the rooms super clean, and the pool was nice. Its not the best beach in Lombok (those are in the south), but the hotel did a great job in keeping it as clean as possible. The food was excellent! Would highly recommend this.

Good stay, the staff were brilliant especially Jaelani who serviced our room. The hotel has a great location on the beach and close to many restaurants and bars along the main road. One of the major pluses was a large gallon water bottle in the room. The rooms are functional but looking a little dated and could do with refurbishment. The other nice touch was the gift of a beach bag. Would certainly return.

Lovely pool area, although not many sun loungers around the pool. people put towels on loungers early in the morning to reserve them but didnt use them till later. All you can eat dining options great value. Resort a bit tired. Sun umbrellas need replacing as are ripped. Staff very friendly. No blockout curtains in our room! Our room (block 6) near the road so was quite noisy with motorbikes. Not a 5 star hotel. Can get better a better value hotel.

The view is amazing from our room and private beach. However, the furniture needs refurbish and clean the molds on the ceiling. So far, we had a geat time, friendly staff and beautiful view.

It was fine, just fine. Apparently we were upgraded but the room was extremely tired and in much need of a renovation. The location of the room and thin walls meant that we heard everything from our neighbour and anyone going the reception. Also my son’s roll out bed was awful- we paid extra for this and it was so hard and horrible. the beach and the sea were dirty. The pool guys were too busy trying to sell trips to help us find the hard to find sun beds too.

We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton. It’s at the quiet end of senggigi but easily walkable to get to other restaurants and shops in the village. The beach off the hotel is pretty, and the sea is nice but it’s quite a busy ocean area with jet skis and boats, but it’s charming and not noisy at all. The staff are all lovely and breakfast is great. Excellent pianist playing each morning too. The rooms are not new but they’re good size and everything works and is comfortable. The gym is decent too, and the swimming pool is incredible. Lovely place- would recommend it and will come back I’m sure.

Great place to visit at the lovely Senggigi beach. Most amazing swimming pool and gardens kept to perfection. Rooms were light and airy and well equipped for tea and coffee etc. restaurants were great and good value and the quality was awesome. The staff are excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommended.

Excellent séjour au Sheraton ! L’hôtel dispose d’une grande piscine parfaite pour se détendre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées et très confortables. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours aux petits soins. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est varié et délicieux. Une très belle expérience, je recommande vivement ! 🌴✨

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragendendem Pool, super freundlichen Mitarbeitern , grandiosem Frühstücksbuffet und tollem Park sowie gepflegtem Strand, der sehr gut zum Baden geeignet ist. Daher kann man das Hotel sehr empfehlen, aber es liegt direkt an der Straße. Im Bauteil 6 war unser Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk und die Straße war extrem stark zu hören. Da müssten die Türen viel besser isoliert werden. Zudem war der TV Empfang schlecht und fast alle Lichter des Zimmers nur über den Master-Schalter zu bedienen. Das sollte verbessert werden

Loved EVERYTHING about this resort!! We went for our honeymoon! We checked in late (around 8pm), but the staff were still so energized, enthusiastic, and welcoming. Indonesia is super hot and humid, and they gave us this tamarind drink that was very refreshing. They upgraded our room, gave us 2 free drinks and appetizers, and had dessert waiting for us in our room. The room was beautifully decorated and super clean. We drink a lot of water, and they ALWAYS replenished the water bottles in our room. Every single staff member was so sweet and so kind. Especially the concierge Perdi, who was INCREDIBLY helpful throughout our stay. He helped us with our luggages to the 4th floor (no elevator), gave us contacts for drivers, snorkeling tour guides, and much more. The beach was nice, the pool was even better! Very family-friendly but also had a swim-up bar. Bartenders and servers were super attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner menus was amazing. I loved trying all the Indonesian cuisine, and my husband loved that they also had western options. Lastly, the property was very well maintained. The coconut trees, all the beautiful flowers, geckos, baby sea turtles, and butterflies all felt very authentically Indonesian. We had the BEST time and cant wait to come back!

The Sheraton was a lovely hotel. The pool, beach & staff were great. The 2 restaurants were ok the service wasn’t consistent we only dinned there twice the 1st time was great the 2nd not so good.

I was very disappointed when I checked in the Afternoon of March 3rd. The woman who assisted me was not very friendly and provided me with a Room as far away from the Hotel / Lobby / Pool as Possible. I asked this same woman on the Night of March 5th to change my Hotel Transportation pickup time from 6:15AM to 7:15AM, due to a Flight Change. Needless to say in spite of a lot of smiling and head nodding, this simple task could not be completed correctly. It is very unlikely many Tourists will return to this Hotel unless they are able to find and train staff to be pleasant and complete simple tasks.

I had a really lovely stay for 5 nights. The location was great (close to town, right on the beach), absolutely loved the gardens and pool, the food was beautiful (great breakfast buffet with changing menu), restaurants (typical hotel/resort prices) and staff were super friendly, polite, helpful and attentive. While the rooms were nice with clean sheets, comfy bed and good layout I think the bathrooms let them down. Tired and old and not super clean. This hotel has been around since the 90’s and it shows. Senggigi as a whole needs a refresh. Overall, a great hotel for families and relaxing comfy place to spend some time.

A lovely old fashioned hotel. No lift which did cause a challenge but we managed in the end. Tiwi in reception was fantastic, answered all my questions and helped organize a car to see some of Lombok. Alvira was great with her friendly attitude at breakfast. Thank you ladies. The area around the hotel is very dirty and this is the only negative as it spoils the Hotel .

Classic hotel slightly older but that added to the charm. Beautiful location and local conveniences a 5-10 minute walk away. Team here are genuinely lovely and very accommodating, the food is very good here and reasonably priced. I will definitely return

Property although older style is kept beautifully with there gardens and rooms. Always a friendly smile and hello from all the staff in particular Udin who works in the pool area he was wonderful. Location was great right on the beach and close to waterfalls and elephant park, would not hesitate to return.

Nice oldish hotel on the beach. Good value for money. The restaurants were too expensive, though, so most people had their meals outside. Not a bad option in Senggigi but the good beaches are some distance away.

Pool was filthy with green mold. No gluten free food at all offered at both restaurants, had to get a taxi and go to other local resorts for lunch and dinner to eat. I have stayed in Sheraton Hotels in many countries and this would have to be the worse. Very disappointed in the very poor standard. The beach was filthy with rubbish and plastic from a local drain, dare not put my head under the water. (forget snorkeling) Lots of Customer Service staff who smiled a lot and asked lots of questions, BUT did nothing! Maybe time for a new general manager and clean out some staff .... More like a 2 star hotel. Not happy at all !

Excellent hotel for our short stay in Senggigi. The staff was really friendly, the rooms super clean, and the pool was nice. Its not the best beach in Lombok (those are in the south), but the hotel did a great job in keeping it as clean as possible. The food was excellent! Would highly recommend this.

Room was very clean and staff were amazing. Breakfast was great and property grounds were beautiful. My only complaint would be the hot water there was none for shower it got lukewarm warm at best for my 7 day stay

The hotel was excellent. The staff was excellent the bed and sheets very comfortable. The breakfast delicious. The pool and spa amazing. Everything was top notch. Highly recommend!!
