The staff was amazing. So kind and helpful. Seems like they knew you right away and remembered your room number!! So attentive. Beautiful views and such a large area you never felt like it was crowded.

A great hotel with 5 star service unfortunately we checked out earlier instead of 6 nights we only stayed 4 due to ongoing construction on the beach there were no beach loungers or umbrellas as stated and dangerous access to the beach. Unfortunately it's a European thing ( I've seen this many times where Germans do this in Majorca)where the clientele reserve or block all the pool sun loungers with towels before breakfast , so if you want to play the game then this is perfect for you, we checked out and found quieter hotels further south of Sengiggi. Apart from that food and drinks fantastic.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with an overall old and neglected feel. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, and it was clear that the hotel has not been updated or properly cared for in a long time. The service was also unsatisfactory. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful, and it often felt as if guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Issues were not resolved promptly, and there was little effort to make the stay comfortable. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. For the price paid, I expected at least a clean room and decent service, but unfortunately, neither was provided.
