Holiday Resort Lombok

Super schöne Hotelanlage. Die Familien-Suite liegt allerdings auf der anderen Straßenseite, und der Verkehrslärm dringt ins Zimmer. Da würde ich eher die Zimmer am Strand oder mit Meerblick empfehlen. Die Familiensuite selbst ist teilweise etwas abgewetzt, aber super geräumig, recht gute Betten, gut ausgestattet und alle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Dazu Balkone bzw. Terrassen. Fehlende Handtücher und Seife wurden erst nach dem zweiten Nachhaken gebracht. Das Personal war teils super (v.a. Restaurant), teils durchschnittlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist recht umfangreich, es gibt frisch zubereitete Eier, im Wechsel leckere Pancakes, fluffige Waffeln oder French Toast, mehrere asiatische Gerichte, Müsli, Joghurt, Obst, Brot... Barista-Cappuccino gegen Aufpreis. Lunch/Dinner teils prima, teils ein Desaster (Pizza, Tenderloin). Der Hauptpool ist sehr schön und angenehm warm. Der zweite Pool (für Erwachsene, ruhiger gelegen) sieht auch gut aus. Poolhandtücher sind frei, allerdings zu wenig Liegen für die Menge an Gästen. Bei gutem Wetter sind in der Hochsaison alle Liegen belegt. Das Hotel hat direkten Zugang zum Strand (ohne Liegestühle/Schirme), üblicherweise mit einer kräftigen Brandung, die zum Wellenreiten einlädt. Es gibt diverse Aktivitäten, unter anderem Wellenreiten, ein Tauchzentrum, Sonnenuntergang-Segeln (war bei uns aber nur Motor ohne Segel!) und Spa. Die Massage im Spa war die beste seit Jahren! Unterm Strich gab es verschiedene Defizite, haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön angelegt und sauber. Leider hat sich mein Sohn an einer abstehenden Bodenfliese im Babypool so am Knie verletzt, dass er für die verbleibende Zeit den Pool nicht mehr nutzen konnte. Der Hotelmanager Riham war daraufhin sehr bemüht, es wurde ein Arzt gerufen und wir wurden auf Hotelkosten zum Essen eingeladen. Nichts destotrotz dürfen derartige Verletzungsgefahren nicht sein, zumal es wohl laut seinen Aussagen in diesem Pool nicht die erste Verletzung ist. Wir hoffen, dass der Pool schnellstmöglich saniert wird, damit so etwas nicht nochmal passiert. Abgesehen davon hat es uns dort jedoch sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Essen im Restaurant hat gut geschmeckt, die Livemusik am abend war ebenfalls sehr nett.

I loved the outdoor bathroom with its rock wall & tropical greenery. The varied choice for breakfast. Having 2 pools was good as children kept to the one I didnt even try.

Beautiful property and surroundings. The hotel grounds are amazing, great pool, and well kept gardens. PROS: Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Gardens were fantastic. The pool was great, always space to sit or lounge around. Our villa was amazing - could do with some maintenance but it was a great experience! CONS: The food at the restaurant (dinner) was below expectation. (There was a cheap Warung next door - the food was much better there). The chefs need to lift their game, particularly because you are paying hotel prices. The WiFi connnections were hit and miss - not very reliable. (not that we always wanted it, but when you did it was sub-standard). The beach was average - black sand, so not a very nice beach to walk around on or to relax on. OVERALL: We enjoyed the experience, the staff were great, and we would recommend others to stay here. You will enjoy it for a true Indonesian experience.

What a great find in Senggigi Lombok. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are friendly beyond compare. Right on the beach with a huge pool to enjoy. A pool bar with a happy hour between 16 and 1800. The bartender Budi makes a killer x dry martini and is just a very nice man. A credit to the resort. But then everyone we interacted with from the front desk staff to the groundskeepers had a smile and a pleasant "hello good morning/afternoon/evening" during our stay. Our housekeeper Salim kept our room #542 clean and fresh for us and we loved the outdoor (private) bathroom. The only downside is that the hotel is not close to shopping and other restaurants. But if you need to Bluebird Taxis are dependable, numerous, affordable and will take you anywhere you need to go. And don't miss the baby sea turtle nursery on the grounds. Kudos to the resort for helping keep the species thriving.

Broken tiles in swimming pool. Child cut his foot badly. Not much to do in the area. Had to travel nearly 2 hours to get to the nice beach areas. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A great hotel with 5 star service unfortunately we checked out earlier instead of 6 nights we only stayed 4 due to ongoing construction on the beach there were no beach loungers or umbrellas as stated and dangerous access to the beach. Unfortunately it's a European thing ( I've seen this many times where Germans do this in Majorca)where the clientele reserve or block all the pool sun loungers with towels before breakfast , so if you want to play the game then this is perfect for you, we checked out and found quieter hotels further south of Sengiggi. Apart from that food and drinks fantastic.

海岸にホテルから降りて歩けるが、泳げるような場所ではなく、しばらく歩いた場所で泳いだ。 子供が楽しめるプールと、大人が静かに過ごせるプールがあり良かった。 しかし、部屋に蟻がいたため、スーツケースから衣類を取り出して部屋に置く事が難しかったり

Abbiamo soggiornato un paio di giorni, una bella struttura ottimo la cura del giardino, lascia a desiderare la pulizia ma negli standard del posto. Tutto sommato siamo stati bene.

Great staff and clean hotel

Rummen va väldigt slitna speciellt badrummet. Fullt av myror, vaknade upp en natt av att där va myror i sängen. Fick byta rum men där va också myror. Behöver en rejäl upprustning. Poolerna va bra

部屋が下水の臭いで臭くて変更してもらって 部屋の下水臭さは無くなったけど、 換気扇を回していてもシャワールームは下水臭い状態でした。

Great location and staff. Overall good stay but the family villa we stayed in was in need of renovation. Water leaking from the roof in one bathroom and moisture damage on all walls…

We got to stay in the Oceanview Family Bungalow and had a great time. The bungalow is MASSIVE - so much room, and as good as the resort pool was, having the small private pool was an extra luxury (although the decking around it was in disrepair and needs some work) and much used also. The grounds are beautiful and it was amazing walking along the grass next to the coral beach to the restaurant and bar each day. Restaurant was good, but there was also some amazing restaurants very close by that we got to experience also. Bar staff were heaps of fun and made great (and cheap at happy hour!) cocktails, even venturing into suggestions that weren't on the menu. As with a lot of accom in Bali/Lombok, some of the finer maintenance and cleaning was a bit off, however, having been to Bali once before we kind of expect that in every place, and it did not bother us at all. We arrived late in the day after a rather large travel day and were unfortunately woken very early to an 'event' setup in the park right next to our room with full stage and PA (sounded like they were in our room) with the only notice given a note slipped under our door after we had gone to sleep. However, staff and manager were very apologetic and organised a complimentary transfer out for the end of our stay, and some complimentary treatments for the whole family at their onsite Spa which put us straight back into relax mode. Great spot to stay within the walls and chillout, but also fairly easy to go out exploring.

Las piscinas estaban bastante bien... la habitación bastante mal, sin mantenimiento, sábanas sucias, muchas arañas y limpieza en general muy mal, después de quejarnos de la limpieza nos cambiaron a una habitación superior, la limpieza era algo mejor, pero el estado de mantenimiento igual de mal, las paredes llenas de sangre de mosquitos muertos, únicamente la luz de las mesillas para toda la habitación y otras cuentas arañas por los y techos y paredes

It is a beautiful resort with its own huge pool and private beach. The beach, however, isn't ideal for swimming as the waves are big. More for surfing. Nevertheless, a nice walk at the beach in the morning is pretty nice. The staff are always friendly and helpful. No elevator but that is fine. They only have 2 story-buildings so not much of a climb. We ordered room service twice and we loved the food. Reasonably priced as well. Cons: The bathroom needs scrubbing! The tiles have dark spots/lines and the glass shower wall looks like it has not been cleaned in weeks! I could see the soap scams! Cleanliness specially in bathrooms is very important to me so this is a huge negative for me. Also, lighting like in most accommodations in Ubud (and I guess in Lombok as well) isn't adequate. They need better/brighter lighting. There were hardly any wall sockets available! You would think they would provide multiple sockets for charging devices specially when their guests are mostly from other countries and would need to charge multiple gadgets like phones, power banks, tablets, laptops etc. But they only have ONE available wall plug for charging. And they also don't provide adapter so if you forget yours, you're in bad luck! Our villa in Ubud last year provided an adapter so we were able to charge our devices.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with an overall old and neglected feel. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, and it was clear that the hotel has not been updated or properly cared for in a long time. The service was also unsatisfactory. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful, and it often felt as if guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Issues were not resolved promptly, and there was little effort to make the stay comfortable. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. For the price paid, I expected at least a clean room and decent service, but unfortunately, neither was provided.

Lovely place to stay for relaxing and beautiful views. Only complaint was the very hard bed.

Flot resort med god morgenmad og restaurant. Værelserne er flotte men slidte. Mange faciliteter inkl. 2 pools. Super venligt personale. Stranden er under “ombygning”. God beliggenhed i forhold til dagsture. Nemt at komme med taxi ind til byen.

One hour drive from airport. Stay beach bungalow as it has amazing sunset view. Staffs very friendly. Breakfast spread acceptable. Lack of lights as the room is so dim I hardly can find stuff from my luggage. One thing I did not appreciate that this resort organized family event from corporate company just right infront of guests bungalows. There were dancing, games etc. Its just like carnival. The music from speakers are so loud all through the night disturbing hotel guests who needs to relax after came back from day activities. One of the staffs said its a regular thing this resort hosting other companies too especially during weekends.

A good hotel but it needs some work: a renovation of the rooms & restaurant / bar is badly needed. Little things like menus and sunbed towels were very old. Room lights operating off the bedside table was a bit odd, and I think the breakfast was not very good.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa. It was incredible! Very spacious and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were huge. The private pool was fun for the kids. We also spent time at the big pool which has a good amount of loungers and shades if you get there early enough. We took advantage of the pool bar for lunches and buffet dinners, lots of good choices for everyone. The beach is good for a quick dip but not really for hanging out for the day. I found the staff helpful when approached, but service could be greatly improved at the pool area and at the restaurant (to remove dirty dishes promptly, to ask for orders, to bring items like cutlery, etc). Overall, thanks for a great stay!

This resort was incredible, the staff were just fantastic and we could not get the kids out of the pool. Dinning options were great and it had other options close by if you don't mind walking down the road a bit. My family just loved it here along with Lombok!

The place was beautiful, the room was large and clean. The service from staff was very inconsistent. Sometimes good and attentive, othertimes no one would help.

I gave the overall rating 4 stars only because I believe that the rooms could do with some level of updating, once this is done I believe that the hotel will be a 5 star resort. The staff who clean the rooms are brilliant and I would like to give a special shout out to Muskur, he was the one tasked to clean my room. He was just good and he took very good care of me during my stay. Overall the staff are warm and friendly and they go above and beyond to provide what you need. A massive thank you to the staff in the spa, they were very professional and very good at what they do. The restaurant staff were also great, my only complaint was that someone signed lots of alcoholic drinks on my room account, however the reception staff worked swiftly to remove this but a better system must be put in place to ensure that other guests are being honest as well as to protect other unsuspecting guests and the financial security of the hotel. I had a a wonderful time and I would definitely visit again and recommend it to others. Thank you Holiday Resort.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel aux multiples activités. L'hôtel propose en outre plusieurs excursions. Nous avons testé plusieurs massages et nous avons adoré. Nous avons été assisté tout le long du séjour par Syifa qui est une hôte incroyable, qui se soucie du bien être de ses clients et veille a ce que nous manquions de rien. Si vous souhaitez un séjour encore plus relaxant, demandez à ce qu'elle soit votre hôte.

We recently stayed at Holiday Resort Lombok, and it was a mixed experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome. Our room was cleaned every day and the pool areas were nice. However, our stay was disrupted by several loud, unannounced private events that went on late into the night. We also had issues with our food orders; despite the staff repeating them back to us, we often received the wrong dishes. The food was not very tasty and sometimes even cold. On top of this, many non-guests visited the pools with their kids every day, and they were being quite noisy and splashy, making it hard to relax for the hotel guests. There were no adult-only areas, not even the hotel’s Beach Club. Overall, there is potential, but the noise and food issues really affected our stay. There were some really nice neighboor hotels, and i would suggest going there instead.

Liegt direkt hinter einer sehr befahrenen Straße. Sonst schöne Anlage.

Um resort maravilhoso, com um café da manhã bem variado, tudo muito lindo, meu quarto era de frente para a piscina de borda infinita, e dava para ver o por do sol, o preço da comida e bebida é um pouco caro, e sair do hotel para um restaurante fora ainda havia a despesa do transporte. Great staff. Having someone to stop traffic for us whilst crossing from our room across the road was nice. Lovely pool. Grounds were really nice.

Nice serene hotel. Good for family. Nice stretch of beach linking other villas and sunset was great. Hotel itself above average. Convenient to go the Senggigi Centre for food and amenities. Near boat trips to Gili Islands.

Barista-Cappuccino gegen Aufpreis. Lunch/Dinner teils prima, teils ein Desaster (Pizza, Tenderloin). Der Hauptpool ist sehr schön und angenehm warm. Der zweite Pool (für Erwachsene, ruhiger gelegen) sieht auch gut aus. Poolhandtücher sind frei, allerdings zu wenig Liegen für die Menge an Gästen. Bei gutem Wetter sind in der Hochsaison alle Liegen belegt. Das Hotel hat direkten Zugang zum Strand (ohne Liegestühle/Schirme), üblicherweise mit einer kräftigen Brandung, die zum Wellenreiten einlädt. Es gibt diverse Aktivitäten, unter anderem Wellenreiten, ein Tauchzentrum, Sonnenuntergang-Segeln (war bei uns aber nur Motor ohne Segel!) und Spa. Die Massage im Spa war die beste seit Jahren! Unterm Strich gab es verschiedene Defizite, haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great choice in this area. Relaxed atmosphere, reasonable prices, super friendly staff. Really excellent happy hour from 4-6 pm, gets everyone out to the pool bar area. The food is the biggest area for improvement. it's ok but not as good as other places in the area, or really up to the standard I would expect.

Lovely stay and great value we thought. Breakfast great and grounds well kept. Pools lovely Highly recommend having an evening meal at the kliff restaurant next door - awesome food and view !

Um resort maravilhoso, com um café da manhã bem variado, tudo muito lindo, meu quarto era de frente para a piscina de borda infinita, e dava para ver o por do sol, o preço da comida e bebida é um pouco caro, e sair do hotel para um restaurante fora ainda havia a despesa do transporte. Isso limita as opções

Loved the pool, beach and activities. Kids loved the life sized chess board and ping-pong table. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Not a lot of walkable dining options, but a small drawback.

Beautiful property and surroundings. The hotel grounds are amazing, great pool, and well kept gardens. PROS: Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Gardens were fantastic. The pool was great, always space to sit or lounge around. Our villa was amazing - could do with some maintenance but it was a great experience! CONS: The food at the restaurant (dinner) was below expectation. (There was a cheap Warung next door - the food was much better there). The chefs need to lift their game, particularly because you are paying hotel prices. The WiFi connnections were hit and miss - not very reliable. (not that we always wanted it, but when you did it was sub-standard). The beach was average - black sand, so not a very nice beach to walk around on or to relax on. OVERALL: We enjoyed the experience, the staff were great, and we would recommend others to stay here. You will enjoy it for a true Indonesian experience.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 nuits. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. L’hôtel est très propre avec plusieurs piscines donnant vue sur la plage à seulement quelques mètres. Les repas sont très bons, le petit déjeuner est vraiment très varié. Le personnel adorable. Je vous conseille cet hôtel sans problème.

A good hotel but it needs some work: a renovation of the rooms & restaurant / bar is badly needed. Little things like menus and sunbed towels were very old. Room lights operating off the bedside table was a bit odd, and I think the breakfast was not very good.

We recently stayed at Holiday Resort Lombok, and it was a mixed experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome. Our room was cleaned every day and the pool areas were nice. However, our stay was disrupted by several loud, unannounced private events that went on late into the night. We also had issues with our food orders; despite the staff repeating them back to us, we often received the wrong dishes. The food was not very tasty and sometimes even cold. On top of this, many non-guests visited the pools with their kids every day, and they were being quite noisy and splashy, making it hard to relax for the hotel guests. There were no adult-only areas, not even the hotel’s Beach Club. Overall, there is potential, but the noise and food issues really affected our stay. There were some really nice neighboor hotels, and i would suggest going there instead.
