Best Western Plus Kelly Inn and Suites

The breakfast is great! Lots of warm choices, eggs, sausages, hashbrowns. Danishes, donuts, yogurt. The pool is more for children under 10 in my opinion. Small and not deep enough to swim.

This hotel is very rustic in style. Log cabin like. Our room was very clean. We were missing mini shampoo. The vanity light were a little messed up. The heat/air was very loud. Shower wasn’t hot but warm enough to not be uncomfortable. There was a door to outside (parking lot). Breakfast was great.

Checking in the front desk lady seemed really annoyed with my questions; if it was closer to park in front or in back, what time breakfast was, etc. The room was okay, the shower was full of rust and the fridge was annoyingly loud, but the beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. The pool is as great for my 7yo, but the chlorine smell was overwhelming. Knowing that smell only happens because of pee makes me wonder how often the water drained. All-in-all I would stay again if my kiddo asked, overpriced for what you get— especially if you’re skipping the pool.

Great location, pool area for the kids, breakfast and staff

The pool was great. Breakfast was just ok. The staff was on their phone at the front desk and didn’t speak to us until we spoke first. It snowed several inches and the hotel didn’t remove the snow from the sidewalks until late that evening. It iced and we had to ask them to put salt out.
