Beautiful hotel and easy access to beach.

Petinos Beach Hotel, situated just steps from the renowned Platis Gialos Beach, offers comfort and traditional Greek charm. The hotel's whitewashed architecture and stunning Aegean Sea views create a perfect vacation. Our room is spacious with a private balcony right next to the pool that are charmingly decorated and equipped with modern amenities. Dining: Thea and Blue Myth Restaurant serves delicious Mediterranean cuisine with fresh local ingredients. The breakfast buffet is diverse and satisfying, and dining with a view of the sea enhances the culinary experience. Facilities: Facilities include a lovely outdoor swimming pool with loungers, a well-equipped fitness centre. Service: The staff at Petinos Beach Hotel provide exceptional service, ensuring guests feel welcome and well-cared for throughout their stay. Overall: Petinos Beach Hotel is an excellent choice for a memorable stay in Mykonos, offering a prime location, comfortable accommodations, superb dining, and outstanding service. Perfect for a family vacation. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Greek style property with a location that was phenomenal.

Really nice hotel. Pool was great for a quick dip and having comfortable lounge chairs was an added bonus especially when they cost between 20-40 euros per chair down o the beach, 50 yards away. The hotel is at the end of the bus line which is perfect to access Mykonos Old town for dinner. Overall highly recommend.

The hotel is right on Platis Gialos beach. We thought this was the nicest beach in the area after visiting all the others. The staff was great and the rooms are nice, clean and have what you need. The hotel rooms each have balcony’s. They all look over the courtyard so aren’t very private but are very nice. The pool and lounge area overlooking the beach is excellent. There is no beach immediately in front of the hotel but it is literally 5 steps from the property to the beach. We would choose this hotel again over the others with beach front for the private lounge chair area dedicated to the hotel and the beach proximity. We walked to hidden beach (5mins) Nikolas taverna (15 mins) and Paradise beach (25mins) to experience different beaches but preferred Platis Gialos. Complimentary Breakfast at the sister restaurant across the street is excellent and big. Combination of local and western food. There is late night pizza close and a bakery within 2mins for coffee. Only downside of the area is a small number of eating options walkable especially during shoulder seasons but that is the same on most beaches. We took the bus into Mykonos town for $2 euro one day for our fix of street food. We would stay here again for sure.

The hotel is in a really good location. The beach is nice and there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The bus that goes to Mykonos Town stops really close to the hotel, making it very convenient. The breakfast buffet was great with a lot of options. We didn't use the pool, but it is probably nice in the summer. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They keep the rooms clean and change towels often. We certainly recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel! We stayed here for two nights and the room was very clean and comfortable. The view of the sea was amazing from the patio or from the pool. The on-site restaurant served amazing dinner and continental breakfast. The day we were supposed to check out, the ferry service was on strike. The lady who worked the morning shift was so helpful and patient with us, providing us an extended check out, another night in our room if we chose to stay. She was very accommodating and kept us in the loop about the strike ending. Easy access to public transport to Mykonos town and the right next to the hotel beach was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

It was clean and the service was great. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They were also very informative about the island, it’s history and events.

Petinos Beach Hotel was wonderful!! The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed how clean they kept the property. There was a maid that was sweeping and keeping things clean all through the day! Loved the bean bag chairs overlooking the Sea. The food at the restaurants were delicious!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Petinos Beach hôtel. L’hôtel est propre, très bien entretenu et le personnel est très serviable. L’hôtel est situé sur la plage de sable de Platis Gialos, à côté de nombreux restaurants. J’ai beaucoup aimé sa décoration, la localisation, la taille de la chambre et la baignoire jaccuzzi.

Amazing views comfy rooms

Had a really nice time at the Petinos Beach Hotel. I’d only suggest to remodel the shower and remove the jacuzzi tub. It’s a very awkward entry and exit. Thanks

I'll start by saying we loved the location, outside appearance and pool. However, this hotel fell a bit short of expectations. The driver expressed annoyance at me because I called the hotel when he was over 15min late for pickup and hadn't called us to alert us he would be late. Registration person came across a bit arrogant and unfriendly at check in. Room was in not very good condition - in need of repairs. Included breakfast service was terrible and food quality was not good.

Had the honeymoon suite and for the money you pay and the hot tub didn’t work and so old you can’t even see the on and off buttons on side… if you don’t book excursions thru hotel the ladies at desk really don’t want to help or guide you with anything else. The location is great and food was good .

It was a great place, I liked it. The only thing was the shower which is very uncomfortable to get in and out.

Petinos Beach was terrific. You are literally steps away from the beach. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of the water and the beach. We spent a day on the beach at Yialo Yialo using their lounge chairs and enjoying lunch there. Giovanni, Vasilis, Kyriagos and the whole team at Yialo Yialo were awesome. The supermarket owner next door was great also. The restaurant at the hotel was great for dinner and the complimentary breakfast. We walked from Platys Gialos Beach to Paraga beach and there were beautiful views the entire way.

The room was spacious, clean, inviting, we had a deluxe room w/balcony overlooking sea. Hot tub was extremely difficult to figure out. The queen bed was leaning towards edges when you sat or laid down, used pillows underneath to prop the mattress. The staff was attentive for sure. Vasilio was excellent Went out of his way to help out. We found the local bus a less expensive way to travel to little venice and it made stops along the route,we just asked driver, It was 2 euros one way We also opted for airport taxi, it was 30euro for 3 of us -instead of hotel shuttle. booked same taxi to drive us back too. Unfortunately a good portion of the island was shutting down for season, we had limited things to do, it rained a few days too so that made it worse. Apparently the blue myth restaurant where we had the same breakfast each morning (included with our hotel stay) had just ended their greek nights the Wednesday before we arrived. The hotel did look busy so unsure why they didn't keep it going, it usually runs Wednesday and Saturdays as a means of entertainment. The sandy beach is not that long and in October we found it was comfortable and not busy. The water was refreshing , you could walk in sea for a while before it got too deep. Recommend September for better weather. We found the food,drinks expensive/the exch rate 1.7 Cdn $ =1Euro,we were paying $8.50 Canadian for one coffee. Meals ranged from $40 -$60 cdn with just water or pop. No alcohol. Wished for more sun.

Where do I begin!? An exceptional experience from communicating with hotel prior to stay regarding our port transfers, exceptional pick up, hotel check in and then the location! Literally 10 steps to a magnificent beach! 5 minute walk yo Nammos Beach club, easy bus ride to town! From being greeted by Gregory off the transportation, to Voula at check in the Caroline at the restaurant every single person made us feel welcome! Our room was amazing, the property is spotless, rooms beautiful, simple, elegant, super clean! Lounge chairs at the pool were so comfy, view of the beach breathtaking. Restaurant is great. We were fortunate to see the Opa Greek dancing show on Sunday evening. Soooo fun! Thank you Petinos Beach family. We will return to Mykonos and your hotel because of the love you showed us during our stay!! Book this hotel!!! You will not be disappointed! ❤️🇬🇷💙

Place is not as in pictures. Small noisy and the staff other than Voula was terrible. I would never stay there again.

Perinos Beach Hotel is a great hotel on Platys Gialos beach and steps away from the Platys Gialos bus stop. The service is incredibly hospitable and friendly. Voula in particular was particularly accommodating spending time to educate us on options in Mykonos and making good recommendations on what to do and how to do it. The accommodations were clean and large in the beach view hotel we stayed in. We would stay here again without question and recommend staying here to others looking for beach convenience, hospitality, and great food nearby.

I would have given 5 star but my only con is you only had a few restaurants within walking distance. But the Blue Myth restaurant at the hotel was the best of the few
