8035-WALK to Mayo-Chic and Luxury 1BR Apt

We absolutely loved this unit. It was quaint, comfortable, and extremely clean very close to the clinic walking distance. Thank you for having us. We will be back soon.

I really enjoyed my stay here, check in was smooth the host was helpful and it really felt like home. I felt safe and comfortable in the complex. There’s a lot of places nearby and it’s right in between the Mayo campus and Saint Marys campus which was very ideal, I was able to get around without having to drive at all. I would recommend bringing a cutting board though if you’re planning to cook at all lol. I was able to hear my neighbors and footsteps but I didn’t really mind, the floors are kind of uneven but It didn’t bother me so yea, I don’t really have any other complaints, next time I’m in Rochester I would definitely come back here and book again.

This is a nice property and the hosts are amazing! We have stayed in several of their properties. Always as expected.

There were only plastic chairs to sit on . No couch, only a day bed to sit on to watch tv. Very uncomfortable. No body soap in the shower. Just shampoo. lots of street noise. People above us were either very heavy footed or stomped around. Not a good experience.

Much smaller than appeared. Clutter in hallway - unable to walk safely ... my husband had heart surgery and there were more stairs than quoted.
