Farmhouse 3 bedroom downtown by River Walk No cleaning fee

Delightful location, accommodations and charming décor. Would definitely stay there again when in the area. Steven, our host was very helpful and prompt in communicating. Downtown location was easy to get to Greenfield Lake Amphitheater (less than 10 minute drive) and great dining at the Pilot House (walkable less than 15 minutes). Kitchen was well appointed and tidy. The front porch was a superb place for the morning coffee. Beds were comfortable.

Great location in the historic neighborhood near downtown with convenient parking. Comfortable and clean place. Slight difference from listing photos (the living room has an older sectional instead of the two sofas shown) but otherwise property was just as expected. Some small things in need of repair (missing towel bars for example) which isn't unusual in an older home. Overall we loved our visit to Wilmington and staying at this property helped make it a wonderful week! Thank you!

Hire a better maintenance person.
