Pros: host was communicative, house had decent mattresses for sleeping, backyard space was good. Cons: Overpowering scented plug-ins covering up a general funky smell to the house—We instantly removed all of these due to scent allergies. Immediately there was chirping from low batteries on the smoke alarm. Not a big deal-we removed those too. We surveyed the cookware in the house before we grocery shopped and it was a good thing bc there was no pots, only one bowl and 3 frying pans. We ate all meals out instead which was ! Soap dispenser and shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the main bathroom were empty. No hand towels or paper towels in main bathroom-had to purchase paper towels. One roll of paper towels in the master bathroom (but not the kitchen?). Sliding shower door in main bathroom does not slide. Master shower turns off randomly during your shower and you have to fiddle with it for it to restart it. Shower tile in master is in disrepair (big gaps in it). ?? if there is some mold going on below. Walls throughout the house were scuffed. Stains all over the carpets-they need a cleaning. Master bed sheets had small black hairs and debris which made us think they didn’t get cleaned. House is in general disrepair and could use some TLC! Lack of attention to house was evidenced by the Christmas tree in the living room in April! Wouldn’t stay here again-house had a group home vibe to it and was unfortunately not worth the money we paid.

My stay was very nice and quiet. Didn't have to worry about my safety and stores were very close to the property. The host was very accommodating and responsive. I would recommend staying at this property.

This was my first time using VRBO. I was a bit nervous at the beginning but as soon as speaking with Jim, the nervousness disappeared. Everything was easy and simple. From the check-in, to mid-stay, to check-out: Jim made sure I was taken care of and was happy. He was also very responsive, which is a huge positive. Home was beautiful and central to many locations and the freeway. Will be using Jim again in the future. Thank you again!
