This was my second stay at this location, and it was just as wonderful as the first. Fantastic hotel easy distance from Haneda airport. Highly recommend taking the Airport Limousine Bus that drops off right in front of the hotel. Otherwise Kawasaki station is super close for all transportation needs. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Our favorite thing about staying here was the convenient and affordable set breakfast offered by the Excelsior Cafe attached to the hotel. Sotetsu Fresa also has 4 washer/dryer units that are very efficient for doing laundry. Highly recommend staying here, and we look forward to staying here again someday!

We are so happy to stay at this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. They have complimentary amenities such as face mask, hair mask, coffee, black and herbal tea, matcha tea combs, toothbrush, toothpaste and curling iron to use. The access to floors is secured by electronic access card, so nice safety feature. We will stay here again!

ホテルの立地はいいです。買い物、食事も充実してます。川崎によく宿泊する機会があり、今回こちらのホテルを選んだ理由は、友人にホテルが綺麗といわれたことや、評価が非常に高かったので選びました。が、入室して早々に、白いシーツの上に髪の毛がおちていたり、浴室にも髪の毛が落ちていて、不快でした。残念です。清潔さでは残念ですが、他は気になるところはありませんでした。

The room was clean, the staff was kind and quick, but the air conditioning made me unable to sleep. The AC has glaring lights that nullify the black out curtains, and it won’t stay on for more than 30-45 minutes, forcing you to get up every hour from the heat. Everything about this hotel was great except the sleep aspect, which is arguably the main reason you book a hotel. I’d give this property a B/B- at best.

Stayed for two weeks. Super fast and convenient walk to Kawasaki station. The shotengai area near the hotel was a little weird at night, but it was fine. Half of the stay was quiet and the other half was EXTREMELY loud. Walls are thin and lots of loud foreigners with children or just being generally very very loud. Got woken up several times by banging, voices etc and slept with earplugs (that didn't help). Love this chain, but the hotel is a little out dated and pretty loud.

The staff were always friendly and accommodating, they do their best to help you. Kawasaki station is a very short walk, multiple konbini stores in every direction. The rooms are very clean and get serviced every 3 days. I felt safe leaving my valuables in the room, I had basically left cash laying around every day and it was always untouched. The hotel is located very close to Haneda Airport so it makes arrival and check-out very seamless. For 3000 JPY, you can do a late check out at 2pm. This worked in our favor because we had a 5pm flight and the late check out was worth every penny! Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close enough to Tokyo but away from the bustling crowd.

Big disappointment!!!! I am coming to this hotel for two years with group of 10-26 people and when I ask for my room at 2 pm front desk tells me that my room and all others are not ready but will be ready at 3 pm. They don’t understand that people are tired after long 14-18 h flights and they don’t have respect even to somebody who’s bring them a business coming with large group for 4 nights stay. Time to think snd find other place where they respect people.

Great location! Short walk to both railway stations, Main Kawasaki station and Keikyu Station (direct line from Haneda airport). Easy access to Tokyo and Yokohama. Nice breakfast option available from attached café. ( Buy breakfast ticket in hotel lobby) Room was small but cozy and clean. Friendly staff. Would stay there again.

The room was large enough to open my luggage fully; clean and comfortabke. The location is within 5 min. walk from Keikyu Kamara station and quite convenient with variety of restaurants and shops. I realized it be a good choice to catch early flights fron Haneda. Will come back here definitely.

Perfect location!! (only 20-30 mins to Shibuya and 5-10 mins to Yokohama) with super affordable rate - we all know anything in Tokyo costs at least 1K (HKD) per night and this is not even half of it. You got everything you need - a 24/7 McDonald down the street, 7-11 (1 min walk), all kind of restaurants in the next block, even a Toho Cinema... My room can even see a little bit of Tokyo Tower & Sky Tree. Amazing View and nice staff ! This will be my go-to Hotel in Tokyo. Will come back for sure!

All the staff were always friendly, polite and very helpful. When we checked out at 11am we asked them to keep our luggage until we left that evening and they took this into account in a professional manner. The breakfast in the cafe next to the hotel is delicious and you have the option of choosing between 4 menus. I would definitely book the hotel again on my next stay.
