Spent 12 nights and had a very good experience The place was always very clean and tidy. It was easy to reach and even though the place is a little outside the city you have eveything you need around like grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The people were always very helpful and nice. The breakfast fitted for us best as we were travelling with our 1.5 year old daughter - the stuff from buffet provided local and little western style food. It was delicious and was easy to find something for everybody. Having a coin laundry in the hotel was a big plus as well. Going there from Haneda airport (and back) was easy as well as there was a dedicated bus - was super helpful and easy especially with heavy luggage.

It was a cramped room but I suppose that's pretty typical of Tokyo hotels. Other than that, we pretty much loved everything about it. They have lots of nice amenities, including toiletries, a laundry facility, and a really nice breakfast buffet. It's a nice location too, 7/11 right next door, and train station down the street. The staff were really nice and friendly too. Would definitely stay again.

A business hotel near two train stations. We had the Deluxe room which was spacy, comfortable, and well maintained. It also has a bed that did not have one side against the wall. Very nice for both people. Room had a fridge, hot water kettle, free bottled water, and A/C. Surrounding area is busy with connections via bus and train. Large shopping mall and food court across the street. 7-11 across another side street. Free amenities in the lobby, which is on the Fifth Floor. We felt the bed was comfortable.

This hotel is a gem. Right next to the JR station which is extremely convenient. N’EX stops here, as well 20 minutes away from Shinjuku, Shibuya & Tokyo station. Hotel is a bit dated.

部屋の方向によって電車の音が結構気になる。東向きの部屋はJRのすぐそばなので、西向きの部屋がお勧め。便利で清潔なので定宿にしているが、ベッドメイクが見た目は綺麗なのだが掛布とシーツが一緒に畳み込んであるので掛布を出そうとするとシーツも剥がれてしまうのが毎日面倒くさい。

I had an amazing stay and would give a perfect 5 stars in every aspect! The hotel had everything I needed, and the breakfast was fantastic—always filling us up before we hit 10k steps exploring Tokyo! 😂 The receptionists were incredibly polite and helpful, especially with assisting me in transferring my luggage to Osaka and my next hotel in Tokyo. The room was cozy, clean, and just right for two people. Plus, the location is unbeatable—so close to the station, groceries, and malls. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The location of this property was very convenient for getting around wherever we needed to go because of the Musashi-Kosugi train station right there. The Grandtree Mall right across the street with many shopping and dining options was also great. And of course the 7-11 across the street was also perfect for our needs. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Japan.

This property is located in a convenient location close to the train station and directly across the street from a 7/11. There is one train that leads directly to Narita airport as well. There is shopping and restaurants nearby. By train, it is about 25 minutes to Shibuya. The hotel is clean, spacious, and quiet and location is upscale. I would stay here again.

It was a cramped room but I suppose that's pretty typical of Tokyo hotels. Other than that, we pretty much loved everything about it. They have lots of nice amenities, including toiletries, a laundry facility, and a really nice breakfast buffet. It's a nice location too, 7/11 right next door, and train station down the street. The staff were really nice and friendly too. Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and towels were replaced daily. Staff was extremely helpful especially when we had to checkout and use luggage forwarding to the next hotel. They called to confirm and basically took care of everything. Away from the hustle and bustle of bigger cities and close to train stations, so it was nice to come back to at the end of the night. Definitely a must stay whenever we’re in Tokyo.

I enjoy the availability of washing/dryer machine and microwave. There are few supermarkets in the area, which means we could easily get a bento on days we are not going out. Lots of shopping mall, and restaurants in the area.
