We chose eco cleaning which was completed daily . Every third day was a full clean which was always excellent. Staff at front desk were helpful and accommodating (e.g.when we wanted to store luggage). We stayed a total of 11 nights over two periods and it was our third time at the Richmond . This shows what we think of its service, location and facilities.

The default cleaning is "eco" so the floor did not seem to be vacuumed between the first and second nights. We were not brought clean coffee cups for the second night. The front desk staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. The location is very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the room warm.
