新千歳空港出発の前泊として利用しました。このホテルの良い点は千歳駅からのタクシーサービス。今回も十時過ぎに千歳駅に着いたのですが、駅前からのタクシーが無料になります。一人でしたのでシングルルームを利用しましたが、快適に過ごせました。朝食は可もなく不可もなくの普通でしたがおいしくいただけました。空港までのシャトルバスもありスムーズに送っていただけました。今回も泊るだけの利用でしたが満足できました。

とても綺麗な部屋で快適に過ごせます。近くにコンビニも有り立地も良いと思います。朝、空港まで送ってくれる車もあって助かりました。空港で国際線や航空会社によって降りる場所が違うのですが、運転手さんが何も言わずに止めて、どこで自分たちの飛行機になる為に降りたらいいかがわからない（空港側に乗っていれば案内が見えるかもしれないけど、道路側の席では全く見えないからわかりません)ので、アナウンスしていただけると有り難いです。

新千歳空港から2駅。タクシーでも15分程度の距離で、帰りはホテルから空港までの送迎があり、利便性で選んだこちらのホテル。空港から駅まではすぐでしたが、駅からホテルは15分弱とまぁ、、、歩けなくはないけど近くもないような距離です。スタッフの方はとても丁寧で親切で、感じ良かったのですが、施設は古さを隠しきれない建物で、シングルでしたが、廊下の音やらはよく聞こえます^^; ただ古さはあるものの、水回りや部屋などはとても清潔にされていましたので、安心でした。札幌へは少し距離があるものの、ホテル自体はとてもアットホームで清潔に保たれていて、２泊しましたが、寝起きする為の宿であれば問題なく安心して過ごせました。機会があればまた、お邪魔させてもらうかもしれません。お世話になりました。

We arrived before check in and the hotel offered to hold our luggage for us so we could explore Chitose without something rolling behind us. Then when we checked in, the staff put our luggage in our room! What a surprise and such a kind thought. Breakfast offered a lot of local favorites with a variety of choices. Thank you to all the hotel staff for your helpfulness and warm smiles.

I was there to sleep before my flight and this was exactly what I wanted. I wouldn't suggest this hotel if you plan to stay long term as there is little to do in this area. However, if you want a place to stay on your last night in Hokkaido for an early flight the next day, look no further. I also want to shout out how great the breakfast was. I went to an expensive Onsen hotel and had their brwakfast. Not only was it cheaper at this Hotel, but the quality was better too. The staff were very helpful and kind during our stay.

I went to an expensive Onsen hotel and had their brwakfast. Not only was it cheaper at this Hotel, but the quality was better too. The staff were very helpful and kind during our stay.

Nice hotel close to airport. Free shuttle was advertised but description needs to specify that shuttle is only available reserved only and is for transport to the airport, not from airport to hotel. Breakfast was really good!

The breakfast was our favorite and had a good variety every morning. The room was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept on in Japan. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. We would recommend this hotel and would stay again if back in the area.

駅から徒歩15分弱。駅に降りたらまず、駅横のイオンで食料調達！そのままホテルへ。安くて綺麗でした！朝食のザンギがとても美味しかったです！スープカレーも美味しい😋

Hotel's free shuttle to New Chitose airport (after check-out) was an unexpected surprise. It left right on time, just like the country's trains. It got us there in about 15 mins. Saved a lot of travel headaches. The front desk staff's English was limited and my Japanese is even worse, but we managed to communicate ok. Hotel should consider using a language translation device as I have seen in other hotels and carcrental outlets.
