Las instalaciones se ven bastante bien , los defectos : el parking muy estrecho , es un estrés para el pasajero y ese estrés cuesta 16 euros . El aire acondicionado lo apagan durante la noche , hay que abrir la ventana. Al volver del paseo matinal nos habían cerrado la pieza , motivo no había nadie , el check out es a las 12 , a esa hora estaba cerrada .con respecto al aire por lo visto la gente ha reclamado porque tienen un protocolo , abrir la venta , apagar la luz para no atraer mosquitos y cerrar la ventana al par de horas . No había cena a las 09:15 , nos ofrecieron bocadillos en el bar , comimos fuera . No recomiendo el hotel mas que nada por el aire que no funciona por la noche .

La habitación está bien; cómoda, amplia y hemos estado a gusto. El desayuno es suficiente pero podría mejorar mucho; los productos son escasos y de una calidad bastante mediocre. La recepcionista que nos atendió no es muy simpática pero cumple con su función. El parking es excesivamente estrecho en sus accesos y cuesta mucho aparcar.

A four star hotel that does not have a bar open due to private events is not a four star hotel. No notification of bar closure, when I had organized as a meeting place for 9 guests is simply not acceptable. The hotel is becoming tired and the bathrooms need renovating. Not worth the money.

Das Hotel entspricht 4-Stern-Standard. Wir hatten ein upgegradetes geräumiges Zimmer mit Terrasse. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, gut zu erreichen und in direkter Nähe zur Altstadt mit Kathedrale und vielen netten Tapa-Kneipen. Das hauseigene Parkhaus ist etwas für Geübte, größere Autos sollte man lieber in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus (hotelnah) unterbringen.

Good staff, amazing breakfast, massive comfy bed, great bathroom. Avoid the car park unless you have a small car or expert at navigating these old twisty, cramped Spanish car-parks. Exiting is hardest and we saw three drivers all taking 5-10 minutes exit, doing umpteen reverses, with wives (like me) directing stressed partners to inch their way out. The parking at the Museum of Human Evolution is supposed to be far safer and less stressful, so try that. But otherwise, while yes the room's a bit moody-dark in the evening, it's a very nice hotel.

The hotel needs a renovation. The beds are hard and furniture is uncomfortable. Did not get housekeeping service. I visited the hotel 3 years ago and is not the same. I will stay elsewhere for my next visit.

Une réservation avec un lit de bébé mais à notre arrivée, pas de lit de bébé, il n’y en avait plus apparemment donc une chambre avec un plus grand lit pour que notre enfant dorme avec nous. Soit disant je n’avais pas fait la réservation de ce lit bébé mais en fait une mauvaise gestion de l’hôtel car j’ai reçu un mail me disant qu’il n’y en avait plus..... De plus, chambre sale car mon enfant a fait du quatre pattes et au bout de quelques minutes, son short bleu marine était déjà tout sale et plein de poussière. Enfin, un parking non adapté aux grosses voitures donc obligation d’all Sur un parking payant à 500m.

Malgré une literie très confortable, la propreté générale de la chambre laisse vraiment à désirer. De plus, le lavabo fuyait conséquemment et une grande flaque d'eau se formait sur le meuble de salle de bain, quant à la baignoire, le fond était mou et on avait l'impression qu'on allait passer au travers à chaque fois que nous prenions notre douche. Pas très écolo tout ça ...

Ubicación muy buena, desayuno excelente, habitación ampila, buenas instalaciones ...Todo en general muy bien excepto la limpieza de nuestra habitación. Mucho polvo los tres días de la estancia. Algo fuera de lo entendible y menos en un hotel como éste de 4 estrellas.

Avisamos y enseguida subieron pero que te quieres duchar y te encuentras con ésto y también siendo dos personas deberían poner dos cepillos de dientes y no uno.

The location was perfect, close to everything. The room was unbearably hot and the AC did not work. We didn't like having a room facing an inner courtyard where you could see into all the other rooms. And there were some very noisy children in the room next to ours.

When you book a hotel with air conditioner, you expect to sleep with air conditioner. You spend the whole day outside and just want to have a nice rest at night. It turns out that they turn off the a/c precisely at night, when you most need it. I had to wake up at midnight to go down to the lobby to report the a/c was not working. The response was that they turn it off at night and that I should open my window (meaning have all the light enter my room early and have the noise disturb us). This is not what I paid for. Had an awful night. I noticed several rooms had their windows open and you could see the people sleeping with no privacy. I do not recommend the hotel.

Very welcoming and friendly check-in experience. Great location and lovely room. Only criticism is that the twin beds are not separated at all and we had to completely rearrange the room ourselves to make space between the beds.

Quarto extremamente quente, sem ar condicionado. Falaram para abrir a janela, porém ela dava para um pátio interno do hotel, ou seja, não refrescava nada. Também não havia nenhuma opção de comida entre 16h e 20h30. O restaurante e room service não funcionam nesse intervalo.

Tout s’est très bien passé, l’hôtel est très agréable et idéalement situé. Les chambres sont grandes, la literie très confortable. Le personnel est très gentil surtout Abdel qui parle français ! Je recommande.

Big hotel. Not much European flare, seems like a hotel we could find in the US but it was nice. We had a large room with a nice desk area. Nice size bathroom with tub shower. Big window that looked out to the river and the pedestrian bridge. Great location, easy walk to main Plaza and restaurants. Staff marked on map the best streets for restaurants and Pintxos. It was quiet while we stayed.

Located a short walk from the old city centre, opposite a pretty riverside walk, and with onsite underground parking. The hotel and bedroom have a ‘designer vibe’, however the emphasis seemed to be form over function - too much furniture and large arching lamp in the room took away from the usable space, and elements required for breakfast were tidied away in compartments under the buffet bar, making them difficult to find. However, overall I recommend this hotel.

I would have given the hotel at least 4 stars however, for the first time ever, anywhere, they could not get me a cup of coffee in the morning. I did not book breakfast and the restaurant was full. However they could not even make me a takeaway coffee and told me I would have to go to an outside cafe.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is perfectly positioned for accessing the city and all its attractions. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A slight negative for the room is the sound insulation between other rooms. We did here noise from adjacent rooms which is not a big thing but something to be aware of. The car park is a typical city centre car park - underground and tight for space - but it is satisfactory and welcome. We would stay here again and we would recommend the hotel. The staff were very helpful in every way.

We had a great experience in this hotel. Since we arrived, Coral, the receptionist was extremely helpful and able the accommodate are needs since we were traveling with our baby. She was also very helpful showing us in the map the main point of interests.

Located a short walk from the old city centre, opposite a pretty riverside walk, and with onsite underground parking. The hotel and bedroom have a ‘designer vibe’, however the emphasis seemed to be form over function - too much furniture and large arching lamp in the room took away from the usable space, and elements required for breakfast were tidied away in compartments under the buffet bar, making them difficult to find. However, overall I recommend this hotel.

Las instalaciones se ven bastante bien , los defectos : el parking muy estrecho , es un estrés para el pasajero y ese estrés cuesta 16 euros . El aire acondicionado lo apagan durante la noche , hay que abrir la ventana. Al volver del paseo matinal nos habían cerrado la pieza , motivo no había nadie , el check out es a las 12 , a esa hora estaba cerrada .con respecto al aire por lo visto la gente ha reclamado porque tienen un protocolo , abrir la venta , apagar la luz para no atraer mosquitos y cerrar la ventana al par de horas . No había cena a las 09:15 , nos ofrecieron bocadillos en el bar , comimos fuera . No recomiendo el hotel mas que nada por el aire que no funciona por la noche .

I would have given the hotel at least 4 stars however, for the first time ever, anywhere, they could not get me a cup of coffee in the morning. I did not book breakfast and the restaurant was full. However they could not even make me a takeaway coffee and told me I would have to go to an outside cafe.

La habitación está bien; cómoda, amplia y hemos estado a gusto. El desayuno es suficiente pero podría mejorar mucho; los productos son escasos y de una calidad bastante mediocre. Very good hotel in the middle of the city. The secure parking is excellent and directly below the reception. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant as thanks to the protesting farmers our 6 hour journey took 12 hours instead of 6! The late hour of arrival made it a bit of a hobsons choice but it turned out that every cloud has a silver lining! The set menu was superb as were the staff. I normally avoid hotel restaurants but if you stay here the set 3 course menu is fabulous and fantastic value for money.

Quarto extremamente quente, sem ar condicionado. Falaram para abrir a janela, porém ela dava para um pátio interno do hotel, ou seja, não refrescava nada. Também não havia nenhuma opção de comida entre 16h e 20h30. O restaurante e room service não funcionam nesse intervalo.

I requested a double/queen but was given 2 singles pushed together. after much discussion, I eventually got a room with requested bed. The hotel was basic; no coffee making facility or water available. The room was hot and AC was set at 23 degrees and could go lower. Staff completely rude when I requested 2 cups of coffee in morning. I had to have the buffet breakfast or nothing. Would not stay or recommend it. Was the worst we've stayed in over 2 weeks of touring north Spain

Good staff, amazing breakfast, massive comfy bed, great bathroom. Avoid the car park unless you have a small car or expert at navigating these old twisty, cramped Spanish car-parks. Exiting is hardest and we saw three drivers all taking 5-10 minutes exit, doing umpteen reverses, with wives (like me) directing stressed partners to inch their way out. The parking at the Museum of Human Evolution is supposed to be far safer and less stressful, so try that. But otherwise, while yes the room's a bit moody-dark in the evening, it's a very nice hotel.

This was a lovely stay in Burgos. The hotel staff were welcoming, spoke fantastic English, and made our stay smooth and comfortable. We were there for the eclipse and it was fully booked and busy, but all of our needs were met with great hospitality. The hotel is also in a convenient location: walkable to and from the bus station if you’re traveling to/from Madrid or any other big city, and walkable to the beautiful Old Town of Burgos. We loved it!

The hotel is in a very good location, our room was spacious with a pleasant outlook and staff were friendly and helpful. The downsides were ineffective air conditioning in our bedroom, useless wifi, only one chair in our bedroom when there was ample space for a second with a table and an underground car park that is scarily tight.
