Reservei este hotel por ter estação de carregamento de eléctricos , nk entanto qd cheguei perguntei se podia carregar o meu carro que é 100% eléctrico. Foi-me dito para ver na garagem interior e indo lá, de facto tem dois postos de carregamento que estavam ocupados por viaturas a combustão. Inquiri na recepção sobre este acontecimento onde ne foi dito que nada podiam fazer...

Good location close to centro. Very nice rooms, good size, good amenities. Secured parking very easy to access.

El hotel muy limpio, ninguna queja. Muy amables. Excepto los puestos de carga para vehiculos electricos, me parece muy mal gestionado. Enviamos 1 mail para confirmar los puestos antes de hacer la reserva me confirmaron que no habria ningún problema, y la sorpresa? Que al llegar por culpa de 2 que tienen la inteligencia para pasar la mañana que se aparcaron en los sitios de los eléctricos y el hotel que no lo gestiona , nos quedamos sin poder cargar. De saberlo no hubieramos hecho la reserva. Veo poca profesionalidad por parte del hotel ya que los cargadores estan en su recinto. Muy mala experiencia, para no repetir Suerte que tenia batería suficiente hasta otro cargador, que si no ya os digo que a las 01h30 de la mañana buscais a quien sea para sacar su coche

Nice room intended to eat at hotel for ease told cat as function. And could recommend in town which was not great as has dog and extremely wet

Todo ha sido estupendo, la habitación, el baño, el desayuno, el personal, el wifi… muy bien ubicado para no tener que mover el coche. Aparcamos en la calle gratis. Por poner un pero, la tele es muy pequeña y el agua de la piscina estaba muy fría para nuestro gusto.

Amazing modern property within a short walk of the Burgos cathedral and the old town. Property includes an indoor pool. The attached parking garage has a lot of room; makes for easy parking.

Excellent hôtel. Tout y est parfait, l’accueil, le personnel, la restauration, les chambres… le seul point négatif est que l’eau de la piscine ne soit pas chauffée. Toutefois je vous recommande l’expérience sans hésiter.

Lækkert sted med mulighed for parkering i aflåst parkeringshus. Lidt til den dyre side, da hotellet virker lidt slidt, men ligner også at det har været rigtig flot engang.

A perfect stay! This hotel is super clean, comfortable, a five minute walk to the great cathedral, with very helpful staff. My stay could not have been better. Did I mention how clean (and nice!) the rooms are? A great place to stay in Burgos.

Ubicación inmejorable a 5 min de la Catedral y del centro histórico de la cuidad. El personal encantador. La piscina y el desayuno un verdadero lujo. Sin hay que poner un pero sería con la moqueta en las habitaciones. Ya viene siendo hora de cambiarlas.

Hotel muy bonito, limpio y céntrico. Desayunos muy buenos y el menú del restaurante una pasada. Muy recomendable

Felt large and modern and very close to town centre. Parking was good. Staff and breakfast very good. One downside was that the room carpets did not look very clean. There were dark foot print areas.

Très bon séjour, hôtel très propre, personnel accueillant. Excellent petit-déjeuner. La piscine est un plus. L’hôtel est à 2 pas du centre ville.

清潔で広々としてとても快適でした。 フロントの方も親切でした。 併設されているレストランもとても良さそうです（残念ながら行けませんでしたが）。

Camas muy muy cómodas, habitación muy grande. El hotel ya necesita reforma. La piscina no la probé.

Todo perfecto excepto que las dos noches hizo calor en Burgos y al poner el aire acondicionado vimos que no enfriaba. Al comentarlo en recepción nos dijeron que la opción de frío estaba anulada. No entiendo que tengas un servicio de aire acondicionado y no se pueda utilizar. Pasé mucho calor las dos noches

Everything was great, room was well done with plenty of space. Felix on the front desk was great. Bar staff were very good and the driver very helpful. Great stay.

O hotel fica em um edificil imponante, tem bons quartos e uma localização privilegiada a poucos minutos a pe da catedral. O café da manhã bom e farto. Mas o que realmente desagradou eo fato de desligarem o ar condicionado, quando julgam que a temperatura externa esta fria, isso teria que estar bem claro na pagina da reserva, infelizmente não tive uma boa noite de sono.

Only stayed one night. Bed comfortable but no electrical socket next to the bed which made it difficult to charge mobile. Breakfast good. Hotel looks a little tired.

Imposible descansar por la mala insonorización de ls habitaciones. A pesar de estar en la última planta se oía el ruido de la boda que se estaba celebrando en el bajo del hotel. A la 1 de la mañana bajamos a recepción a pedir unos tapones para los oídos y nos dijeron que no tenían y que lo sentían pero tampoco nos podían cambiar de habitación porque estaba todo ocupado. En otras ocasiones habíamos estado en este hotel y la experiencia había sido buena por lo que cada vez que visitamos Burgos lo elegimos. Pero en esta ocasión el ruido no nos permitió descansar y al día siguiente hubo que conducir sin haber dormido nada. Muy decepcionante y nada recomendable.

We got a nice room with a balcony. It worked perfectly for our 2 nights we stayed at this hotel, walking distance to the beautiful cathedral. Good breakfast.

The hotel on the whole was lovely. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, great value for money. I was just a little disappointed there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. With no room service for breakfast this was an area I felt could be better.

This is a lovely hotel with a gym and pool in a great location. However, it was let down by the unwelcoming, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. While I appreciate that we speak different languages, we have received warm welcomes at eight lovely hotels on our trip across France and Spain. Being given maps, advice about where to eat, local sites, hotel amenities, restaurants times etc. On arrival here I explained that we were 20 minutes early and asked if I could park. The gentleman said they have a garage, took my car registration number, then stared at me blankly. I had to ask where the garage was and how I gained access, neither of which I could have known. When we returned later to check in the lady on reception was efficient but robotic, she handed us our key, stared at us and asked rudely "do you want something else like parking?" We replied that we had already parked but felt thoroughly dismissed. We went out again and on returning that evening asked the same lady about using the pool, and where we got towels from. She answered from reception as if we were stupid. As we walked towards the lift we were chased by the male receptionist who had been present at check in and asked about the pool. He loudly asked infront of another guest what our room number was, as if we were entering the hotel with criminal intent. Such a shame as it would have been perfect place to stay with friendly staff. Maybe the staff mentioned were having a bad day, but we have not experienced this before

Easy check in. Covered parking for a fee. Nice room with a small patio area and a few minute walk into the old city. The bar area is a bit clinical and we waited ages to be served so gave up.

No tenía calefacción hacía frío por los pasillos e instalaciones del hotel y el personal recepcionista Félix muy mal educado y mal humorado así como las camareras del desayuno, poco amables y desagradables

I stayed one night at the hotel with my 3-year-old son and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon, and it was a special moment as we had it entirely to ourselves. The room’s terrace was clean and pleasant, especially nice to relax on at night. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and quality.

Not as good as our normal stay, no welcome drink which apparently you only get when booking directly. They’ve removed the coffee machines from the rooms which is a shame. Bed felt more uncomfortable than previous stay too. Clean and convenient, nice bathroom but a shame the experience of staying here has declined.

Very nice stay in this hotel which is just a short walk from the Cathedral and the centre of the old town of Burgos.

With the roadworks it was very hard to find the route in to the hotel. Despite walking to the hotel and asking for guidance we wasted over 30mins trying to get to the hotel. The hotel was hosting a party the evening we stayed which meant the restaurant was not open - it would have been helpful to have been informed of this before we arrived. The limited food available was from the bar which ws not very helpful for my 2.5 year old son. Because of the party the noise level was very high and went on beyond 3am, which meant a very poor nights sleep. Not impressed with the consideration given to guests over the need to host a party.

Planned to stay for 3 days and then move on, but found it so good we stayed extra days. The road works carrying on outside, meant there was no other traffic, so was actually really quiet. Great location, and nice extra touches with fresh water and dates available, as well as fizz or coffee available on the large terrace

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel is lovely located on a hill overlooking the city with a short walk to the Center. Our room was clean modern with everything we needed. Breakfast had lots of choice and plenty of it. Parking was available for a fee. The staff were extremely welcoming and informative. Overall a nice place to stay for our trip to Burgos

Fin, sentral beliggenhet. Rolig område. Fine rom.

En general todo estuvo muy bien, salvo ese detalle para llegar andando que había que subir una escalera pronunciada. Con un ascensor o una rampa, que no te desviase mucho, se solucionaría.

Close to the Old City area and excellent location.

Ein durchschnittliches 4 Sterne Hotel mit unterdurchschnittlichem Frühstück. Gutes Bett im Deluxe Zimmer. Die Weingläser im Restaurant entsprechen nicht den Erwartungen.

El hotel está muy cerca de la catedral, la ubicación es estupenda. Las habitaciones son amplias, camas muy cómodas, baños espaciosos y con repisas para dejar las cosas. La piscina es un buen punto, pero es piscina climatizada, no spa, con lo que da un poco de impresión. Pero es la temperatura que suelen tener estas piscinas. Lo que más nos ha gustado es el desayuno buffet: muchísimas opciones, dulce, salado, frutas, zumo de naranja natural, panes de varios tipos para tostadas, desayuno inglés, embutido, huevos revueltos, tortilla, bacon... Personal muy amable. Si volvemos a Burgos, repetiremos!

Het is een leuk open hotel op een onvoorstelbare mooie plek in het centrum van Burgos. Je loopt zo naar de burcht en de kathedraal. Fantastisch is ook het museum van de Evolutie. Iedere dag een fantastisch ontbijt en natuurlijk heerlijk zwemmen en fitnessen. Fijn is ook de parkeergarage op het terrein.

Fint hotel. God beliggenhet. OK innendørsbasseng. VELDIG dyr frokost, så den tok vi ikke. Om vi skal tilbake, velger vi sikkert samme.

Nice location wand easy city access but some items need attention, very noisy rooms, swimming pool dated and coffee in the breakfast area is far from good.
