L'albergo è in zona centrale a due minuti dalla fermata della metro, comodo. La stanza molto piccola e semplice con bagno in camera piccolino ma con tutti i confort e molto pulita. L'hotel ha la reception aperta 24h con il personale molto disponibile a dare informazioni e consigli per girare la città. C'è la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio in deposito gratuitamente. Lo consiglio Lo consiglio!

I enjoyed this rental ver much, except for the shared bathroom which had a small shower which allowed water to spray all over the floor. I then had to clean it up so that the next person didn’t step in it. But the person before me didn’t do that, so I was stepping in water.

Había reservado Habitación económica con baño compartido (era la única opción que les quedaba disponible) Me encontré con un pequeño espacio, tipo trastero, sin ventana, ni ventilacion, sin armario ni donde colgar la ropa, sin mesita ni lamparita, sin aire acondicionado o ventilador, la habitación no estaba ni numerada. Estaban en obras en la planta y mi cuarto olía mucho a pintura. Además estaba al lado de la puerta de acceso a la planta así que el ruido era constante. Los 3 baños compartidos estaban limpios.

If you're travelling on a budget I would recommend this accommodation. I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, though the room was very small - just enough room for a single bed and very small bedside table ... but it did have a TV. The shared bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and good water pressure, though the shower cubicle is very small. As a lone traveller I felt safe there (5th floor and plenty of locked doors). My only gripe with the room was that it had no window to the outside - there was a 'window' which opened to the stairwell/lift and there was a lot of noise from this area until quite late at night. The location is good - a 5-10 minute walk to Gran Via, about 20 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor - with quite a few places to eat and small shops for snacks and beverages close by. Staff were friendly, though I didn't really require their services as only there for a few days.

Ubicado en zona céntrica, práctico para pasar la noche a costo moderado. En la puerta debería haber un aviso de que la recepción está en el piso 3, los leds de botones del ascensor no funcionan y tampoco el display en el interior. Hubo bulla durante la noche, como que movian maletas o cosas pesadas.

No me avisaron que si llegaba tarde no podría comunicarme por teléfono. La recepción cambia a las 20 horas

My friend and I booked our own single economy rooms. My room was a bit bigger than my friends room but didn't have a window so it got a bit hot and stuffy. There was a fan in the room that helped and I was able to sleep ok at night with the fan on. My room only had 2 outlets - one for the TV and one for the fan, so if I wanted to charge anything I would unplug the TV. My friends room was smaller than mine but had a window that opened to the stairwell and lift access. The stairwell has a large window that was usually open so this room got some fresh air however it was not as quiet at my room. Also this room only had one electrical outlet that could be accessed as the outlet for the TV was high on the wall. The shared washroom was ok. There was only one shared washroom and it was shared between 3 single rooms. Overall for the price and location I thought this was a great place to stay.

Above my expectations, it was very clean.

La chambre etait etroite avec une petite ouverture en haut en guise de fenetre Les toilettes communes n'etaient pas regulierement nettoyées du coup on est a la Merci de la personne qui passe avant😏

Me gustó la privacidad, la localización, la limpieza, el cambio de toallas diario, el personal agradable, la habitación económica era amplia sin ventana a la calle pero con postiguillo al pasillo y los baños equipados con gel. La luz del pasillo deberia activarse al movimiento por tramos no toda la planta entera porque dentro de la habitación deslumbra un poco y puede dificultar el sueño.

Todo muy limpio, cerca de todo, a 30 metros del metro, supermercados, restaurantes y sobretodo, la atención del personal

Muy buena atención, el alojamiento limpio y seguro, el personal muy atento y simpático, volveré y lo recomiendo

A sorte do lugar é que não posso dar zero. Foi a pior experiência da minha vida. Só recorram a esse lugar se for o caso de extrema necessidade. O “quarto” era literalmente uma masmorra. A janela que tinha, não abria, e tinha um 25 cm por 25 com e tinha uma luz que não apagava. Não tinha ventilação. O controle da TV na funcionava. Tinha um ventilador que parecia pior. Eu fui no frio e estava quente eu fico imaginando quando faz 40 graus em Madrid, deve só sair as cinzas dos hóspedes. Mas ainda não cheguei na pior parte: barulho… era barulho o tempo todo e não era da rua. Era do próprio local das portas e do chão. FUJAM DESSE LUGAR!!!!

C’était propre. Mais la chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre. Uniquement un lit, une table de nuit, un ventilateur et une poubelle. Rien pour accrocher des vêtements (patères, cintres ou étagères). Très très spartiate. La chambre faisait 6 m2

Hay habitaciones demasiado pequeñas, no.hay aire acondicionado por lo que ir en verano hace mas dificil la estadia

部屋番号のない部屋（窓なし）に通されたが、普通に暑い 外気温そこまででもないのに、異常にこの部屋だけ暑いのは暖房でもついてるのかってレベルの暑さでした 外で寝る方がマシなレベルでした 冷房器具のようなものもあったが、うるさすぎて眠れない 1日のみの滞在だったがホテルとしては、最低レベルにひどかったです 日本人だからそこに通されたのか不明です ホテルの立地とかには問題ないかと思います

Mucho ruido. Imposible descansar. Además la habitación era un ataúd. Entiendo que sea individual, pero eso era un trastero, no una habitación.

Estancia perfecta para grabar un programa del jefe infiltrado. Habitación sin ventana y de apenas el ancho de la cama. No hay toallas.

La camera 513 era una tripla, nella realtà sarebbe stata piccola anche per una singola. Dalla fine dal letto al muro non c'erano più di 40 cm, mancanva un telo doccia e tutti gli asciugamani per il viso.

The walls are super thin, all the noise from the neighboring room was perceived as if I had the tenant in my room, who spent the whole night listening to TikToks

Llegué tarde y nunca nadie abrió. Quiero un reembolso ya que he tenido que ir a otro hospedaje de emergencia para pasar la noche.

My reseevation through hotels.com wasnt recieved by the property, but it was solved really quickly within 15 minutes, Angle was very helpful. The room was basic, no windows, but was good choice for a quick layover. The location is amazing near plaza de espana and gran via, metro station just around the corner.

A pesar de ser miembro Silver, no me permitieron hacer early check in. No servía la televisión, ni la bombilla de iluminación de la habitación. Prometieron en dos ocasiones arreglarla y solo arreglaron la bombilla, la tele nunca. A pesar de pedir limpieza de la habitación, tampoco jamás la hicieron después de mi estancia de 4 noches. Solo me dieron un ventilador y las primeras 3 noches fueron muy calurosas.

This stay was the end of a long trip to Spain (Camino de Santiago travel earlier). I needed an inexpensive room for one person to spend the night prior to a flight the next day - it fit my requirements. The area was good with plenty of restaurants and lively night life (which did not interfere with my rest). The location is also very near a metro stop - so, walking and using public transit to the airport is convenient.
