Had issues with the heater not working properly. Staff said that they don’t know anything about that and that maintenance would be in the next day. Breakfast was not good at all and one morning, the shower was cold. Also the entire hotel smelled like a strong chemical disinfectant.

We frequent Custer, and began staying here last year since they are now open year round. Not all are in a tourist town. The staff is very nice, rooms are beautiful and clean and the breakfast is good as well. We love this hotel and can't imagine staying elsewhere when we're in town. Nice job to management and their team
