We really enjoyed out stay and the host was very accommodating and helpful. The unit was furnished with everything we needed and has a great view of the ocean and beach. The building is located close to everything and has a great Tiki Bar that is right on the sand. It also has a wonderful Italian restaurant and bar. Couldn't ask for more and will certainly be visiting again in the future. Be advised, the Tiki Bar stays open late and plays loud music that can be heard in the unit at night.

Easy to get to. Property personal were professional and friendly. Food at the Tiki was served quickly and was very good. Dinner at Casa Calabrian was excellent both service and food quality!!! The pool and beach were wonderful on the picture perfect days.

Excellent location. Our host was great and the room was clean and had everything we needed. Her description was spot on. The property itself could use some updating and renovations but the staff and management were great. We enjoyed our stay. We had the best Italian meal at Casa Calabria on the property. Amazing view and accessibility to the beach. Just the right size room. We decided to rent a car because we wanted to drive to the Keys. There is valet parking only so be prepared to pay if you plan to do the same. A vehicle is not necessary otherwise. Overall great stay!

We - again - had a great time! Beach, tiki bar open late (and quite a few other bars and great eateries in close proximity), supermarket are all there. You don’t really need a car (use Uber, Melex shuttle or Water Taxi) but if you have one, the valet parking is there and it’s crew do a great job as well. The studio is awesome, well equipped with everything you need, very clean. Patricia is the best host you can ask for and always responds very quickly to any questions or concerns you may have. Strongly recommended. We for sure will be back!

The condo and location were fantastic. Owner was super responsive to every question and helpful in making it the perfect stay. We love the location on the beach and the option to have an umbrella brought out to our complementary chairs. We spent the entire day there. There is also a Dunkin’ Donuts right across the street and a grocery store for anything you need in addition to the restaurants and Café right inside the building.

The room was bigger than expected. Very nice, clean and well stocked. It would have been nice to know about the valet parking ahead of time. The beach was great and we enjoyed the Tiki Bar.

This was by far our best experience using VRBO. The owner/host Patricia was outstanding! As a co-owner of a bed and breakfast myself, I’m super picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place SURPASSED my expectations! It was beyond clean! Patricia was very easily accessible. This place lacked nothing! We would 100% stay here again! If you choose this place you will NOT be disappointed.Everything was so easy, and Patricia was wonderful! She even gave us her grocery store discount number! Above and beyond in all aspects! 5 stars!

Grocery store, liquor, store, dining options, and entertainment all within walking distance no need to rent a car. About 2/3 of those over the condo was clean and extremely comfortable and I could see sunrise every morning. My host, Patricia was friendly and easily reached. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfectly situated for our activities. The view is gorgeous! Caught two amazing sunrises. Place is very clean. Wouldn't have known anyone ever had any pets stay there! Low-riser beach chairs and small coolers were perfect for hitting the beach for a few hours. The chairs have zipper pockets for valuables/books/phones... and they also have pouch for beach towels, sandals, etc. Very handy! Property was filled with lively crowd. Not overwhelming though. Admired, but did not use the pool. TV, network, and all appliances all seemed to work fine. Shower has great water pressure. Soooo soothing. Was a bit anxious about using valet parking, but it worked out well too. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who enjoys the beach, tiki bars, and music. Though a bit loud the quiet hours were adhered to very well. Great time!! Thank you, Patricia! [As host got us all info needed for making the stay easy!]

Great stay but to avoid during Spring Break. The host and the condo was great but we were looking for a calmer location. The location of the condo is just over the Tiki bar and the event room of the hotel. There was always loud music until the early hours.

Unit was very clean and had a beautiful view. Owner was extremely helpful and responded to all emails within just a few minutes. The unit was unbelievably well stocked (beach chairs, puppy pads, 4 coolers, condiments, laundry soap, baby wipes, beach towels, coffee and creamer, aloe gel, shave cream, pool noodles, etc. Only cons were no actual kitchen (no stove, kitchen sink or countertop) and building was kind of run down, although unit was not. Unit does have microwave, small toaster oven and apt sized fridge, as well as glasses/mugs and utensils. Only other con is that thermostat is not digital and very difficult to get temp right (too hot or too cold). All in all, it was a great unit and I would definitely stay there again.

There was a great view to the ocean/beach; but I wish there would have been a balcony. The condo was very well stocked; but interestingly no kitchen sink (just a bathroom sink). The location was great and many places close enough to walk.

What a fantastic place to watch the sunrise and hang out. Patricia's place is SO welcoming & homie. She thinks of everything that someone would need to make themselves comfortable. The bed is comfy and the shower is fantastic (great water pressure). The Tiki Bar is fun too. I would love to come back and stay longer than one night which was not enough, but all we had on our way home. Patricia your place could not be any better than it is!

This place was amazing! Patricia went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our weekend stay. There were even some snacks for us upon a late arrival into town. The location and the thoughtfulness makes this place a 10 out of 10! Will return for sure.

This is an amazing property .... Its so little cute but spacious and the best thing is ON THE BEACH Had a little trouble getting in but it was like 1am The owner came to the property in 15 min and let us in I was a little worried that i had been scammed....but when that lady showed up at 130 am to let us in i was so very appreciative of that There is quite a few places to eat The tiki hut has an amazing breakfast And there was so many items there that you can use I love this little condo so much We will definitely be back Thanks so much

Pat, the host was more than accommodating since we had a family emergency for our 1st booking and we rescheduled with only a small fee. The unit was well stocked with everything you can think of with attention to detail. Pat was very communicative about the property, as well as providing excellent recommendations about restaurants and things to do. Property has pool, tiki bar and beach so everything is there. People onsite were also polite and helpful. Area is very convenient for walking to retro area with lots of restaurants and shops as well as more upscale places. All in all it was a great trip. My only comment for improvement would be to improve the sound proofing in the units, which the property owner probably can't do anything about. We met a lot of returning vacationers who love the condo and the area.

Grocery store, liquor, store, dining options, and entertainment all within walking distance no need to rent a car. About 2/3 of those over the condo was clean and extremely comfortable and I could see sunrise every morning. My host, Patricia was friendly and easily reached. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights and wanted the convenience of the beach and restaurants. Our host was amazing, she had a new pillow topper on the mattress which was so comfy. The restaurants are excellent and made for a fun experience on the property! Best ribeye in the Italian restaurant. Las Olas shopping is very close. The view is PHENOMENAL! HIGHLY recommended and will stay again if we are in the area! Thank you Pat for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful week in this unit. It's lovely, with the perfect setup to capitalize on the space and the view. The unit is in good condition with good quality towels, linens, mattress and pillows. The hutch is so cute - stocked with everything you need to prepare food. Everything is there to enjoy the beach and pool but tucked neatly away. The beach is amazing, the Tiki Hut restaurant is good (had the best breakfast of the week there) and the resort is well maintained with friendly staff. Patricia is wonderful and very helpful. Hope to be back again!!

We really enjoyed out stay and the host was very accommodating and helpful. The unit was furnished with everything we needed and has a great view of the ocean and beach. The building is located close to everything and has a great Tiki Bar that is right on the sand. It also has a wonderful Italian restaurant and bar. Couldn't ask for more and will certainly be visiting again in the future. Be advised, the Tiki Bar stays open late and plays loud music that can be heard in the unit at night.

Easy to get to. Property personal were professional and friendly. Food at the Tiki was served quickly and was very good. Dinner at Casa Calabrian was excellent both service and food quality!!! The pool and beach were wonderful on the picture perfect days.

We needed a place to stay the night before a cruise and this property ended up being an absolutely perfect place to start our vacation. Pat, the owner, was very accommodating and gave us a ton of great info about the area. Very clean, great location, the beach access was awesome and the food at the tiki bar was amazing.

The condo and location were fantastic. Owner was super responsive to every question and helpful in making it the perfect stay. We love the location on the beach and the option to have an umbrella brought out to our complementary chairs. We spent the entire day there. There is also a Dunkin’ Donuts right across the street and a grocery store for anything you need in addition to the restaurants and Café right inside the building.
