Glad my dog could stay.

While the facility itself could use some better quality repairs and finished, the staff was outstanding! They were consistently pleasant the entire stay! Although I didn’t use the laundry facilities, I love that they were complementary because that is extremely unusual! Also, although I didn’t use the Fitness facility, it was very small and left a lot to be desired.

It was clean.

The stay was nice it was very clean and the front desk people were very nice, my only issue was the bed was definitely kind of small but overall not a bad stay.

Front desk help was amazing. I called early to see about early check in due to icy weather. Was told to come on they had a room available! Extremely clean. ONLY thing and it’s not even really a complaint.. the room was so hot. We had to turn the air on and down to 66* in January. Would stay again!

Extremely dirty

We have stayed in this hotel for last 3 years . It is close to Olathe hospital. We have always had outstanding customer service and room clean . Not new but very well kept .

Very clean room and nice front desk experience. We have been here several times and will continue to go back when we are in the area.

Night staff was really friendly and helpful. Building is older and shows it. Surprised that there was no breakfast but with full kitchen and stores nearby, we managed fine. We won't choose this hotel again although it IS convenient.

The room/hotel was great. The room was large, bed was comfortable, sheets were amazing. It had a kitchenette with a full size fridge and ice maker. It had a huge desk. The only negatives about the actual room are --the water pressure is low and it is right on the interstate so the traffic is very noisy but not bad at night and the fan covers the sound. BEWARE!! I made a reservation for 3 people and the room only had 1 bed, no couch, no rollaway, absolutely no place for the 3rd person to sleep. The lady at the desk told me that the room was rated for 4 people. I waisted a couple of hours messaging hotels.com trying to get it resolved with absolutely no resolution. They told me that the hotel would give me a refund which they did not. The front desk lady told me the manager would contact me, they did not. I had to go buy something for the 3rd person to sleep on. I will not be using hotels.com in the future. If you have any sort of issue it is impossible to get it resolved. You can not speak to anyone, only virtual messaging. They were no help. I asked numerous times for a supervisor and never got one. My last booking with hotels.com.

Too noisy! Building is too close to the highway.

Upon arrival was told by desk clerk, Expedia overbooked the property and my 2 Double Bed reservation turned in one Queen Bed and a flimsy pullout sofa bed. Disappointing night of sleep before the Oz Marathon race series next morning. Desk clerk assisted with 3 extra comforters which made it more bearable. She was very helpful and tried to make lemonade out of a sack of lemons.

We have stayed here before and always come back because it is a great hotel. Our check in staff was so friendly and it was so easy and quick.

Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to check me in.

Check-In was quick and easy. A big shout out to Dayla, the front desk evening manager. She was very professional and very easygoing. Made you feel important and acted like we had been friends for years.

Booked our room weeks in advance. Confirmed our reservation with a call to our hotel early in the week we were going. Was told we had a room with 2 queen beds. Got a call at the event we were at and was told they had overbooked the room and offered us a smaller room with one bed. They said it was Expedia pushing through reservations which I didn’t understand since I had confirmed our reservation earlier in the week and it was there. That didn’t work for us. We canceled the reservation and drove 2 1/2 hours towards home and found a better place for $70 cheaper. Terrible experience that really put a sour note in our weekend.

The manager Shawn was the best, so accommodating and customer focused. The other staff were just as good.

I made reservations for two rooms on January 3rd for a one night stay on Friday, 21st. 24 hours before checkin I received a notice from you our rooms had been cancelled due to "over booking". How is that even possible given how far in advance I made the original booking?

Due to my daughter attending university of Kansas I am always driving back-and-forth to accompany her when she calls. This is the only hotel that I stay at when I come. Excellent customer service always helpful and very clean.
