This is the best Motel 6 I’ve ever seen. It’s clean a reasonably priced. I drove 280 miles to catch a low intl’ airfare out of DFW. I’m spending the night here, and will catch my flight tomorrow using the free airport shuttle. I also paid $6/day to park at their parking lot until I return.

I really hate that the rooms aren't cleaned daily. No clean towels are brought to your room, you have to go to front desk and ask daily. Trash isn't taken out. Why aren't rooms cleaned daily? Trash piles up because the bins are so small. I set used towels and trash outside my door daily, not my job. The room itself was ok, front desk staff was ok, and parking was ridiculous. There were so many vehicles that were allowed to park there but weren't staying at the hotel. This was very inconvenient, we didn't have a parking space the first night. Just crazy!

Place was old but clean and everything works as it should be. A/C is noisy being an old unit but it’s ok. Bed is comfy and bathroom very clean. The airport shuttle is reliable and efficient. Check-in was great and price was cheap. Best of all, no bed bugs and whatever bugs so it’s 5 stars for me!

I Have never arrived because I waited for the shuttle at the airport at Gate 10A purple area 2 hrs and 30 minutes, the shuttle showed one time on te after 1 hr 30 min waiting but was full of peaoole and had no place for me, I waited another hour and the shuttle never showed, I’ve called several time to the hotel and was told every time that the shuttle would show in 10 More minutes, never came, so I wasn’t able to use my reservation, I want my Money back

Not a goood experience as I use hotels .com often. Shower did not work. I didn’t realize this till the morning after when I was in a rush to get to a meeting. There was a bug (cockroach) that came out the sink. The bathroom socket outlets did not work at all.

Needed a place to stay for a couple nights and regretted picking this place instantly. Initial check-in was fine, staff were reasonably polite, but my room had small ants and other tiny bugs all over it! I didn't see them at first but after I brought some cereal at they crawled into the bag, and after i used h the e sink they started crawling anywhere. Over the time I was there it got steadily worse even though housekeeping came. The small bugs were disgusting but bearable, but on my last day there was a huge roach crawling around my room and i was terrified. In addition, basic amenities were lacking completely - there was no microwave and the bath/shower water didn't turn on, I could only use the sink while I was there.

The room did not seem to be cleaned properly. There was a dried contact lens stuck on the head of the bed frame. It made me question if the sheets or pillows were even replaced. Because It was very obvious and could not be missed. Also there are bed bugs or dust mites.. I was itchy all night trying to sleep and next day my entire body head to hoe had countless bites

All in all the property was really good. It was just noisy. If you don’t like noise you’re not gonna like this motel. I was on the middle floor and I could hear people walking half the night and then the planes coming in and out was noisy on top of it other than that it was a good room.

We waited over an hour for the shuttle to come pick us up from the airpot. The bed spread had two large stains. The bed was not comfortable, and the pillows were flat and hard.

There were some problems with my key card not working, but the thing I really appreciated about this location was no carpeting and the cleanliness. The room did NOT have any headache inducing chemical cleaner smell, which most carpeted motels have.

The check in part was great and easy but when we got back later in the night our card stopped working and it took us almost an hour to get a new one bc it was one person working with a huge line. From there WE FOUND A WORM IN OUR BED!!! we had two beds and we were so exhausted that we just slept on one bed. But I kid you not we woke up and asked for a refund and are in the process of that.

Abdul was my Shuffle Driver to return to the airport and he was absolutely phenomenal!! This gentleman had exceptional customer service in addition to being courteous, great time management and an excellent driver!! Abdul executes his position and is a great asset to this company.

Flight was canceled so i looked for the most reasonable motel/hotel. The woman at the front desk was very efficient. She checked people in as well as answering the phone for people needing a shuttle ride. It was a very busy night, but she was so pleasant. The only gripe I have is that the door didn’t double lock. When I told the front desk the next morning they didn’t seem to care.

I actually forgot my cell phone in the shuttle to the airport, and the shuttle driver brought it up to my airport gate for me which was very kind. The staff is friendly the room was clean.

The hotel and stay are fair for the price. Rooms are clean and safe. The girl at the front desk (night shift) does a great job juggling with guests checking in front of her and dealing at the same time with a zillion of phone calls coming from people arriving last minute at the airport. Good job, girl! Although my recommendation is that the front desk needs one extra person at that shift to provide better service.

Convenient and close to the airport, if you missed or waiting for a flight overnight I would recommend you to be prepared to order food for delivery, the time I went, there was no restaurant open close by

The lodging was basic, but if all you need is a good clean place to sleep, this is the place. Admittedly, transportation to and from the DFW airport can be annoying; you have to call the motel front desk each time for free shuttle pickup. But if you're not in a rush, then it's not too much of an inconvenience. Eating options nearby are not too convenient, however. Walking to some of the restaurant options at night is not recommended as the sidewalk disappears part way.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Motel 6 and I felt safe. The shuttle bus was a plus too. After calling the hotel, I waited about 30 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to pick me up. I was less than 10 minutes away from my concert at The Pavilion Toyota Music Factory and the same from the Dallas Airport too! The hotel lobby was clean. The front desk clerks were nice and friendly and so were the shuttle drivers. My room, the bathroom, and my linens were clean. The room was modernized and the tv worked. The air conditioner blew out quiet cool air. I enjoyed my stay and I will stay there again in the future.

Room was just large enough fit a queen size bed and bathroom. no phone. no closet to hang clothes. No in room coffee pot as well as no coffee in the lobby. Vending machine was inadequate stocked, water and soda was room temperature.

Because of a 12 hour delayed American Airlines flight, I had to find overnight accomodations in Dallas at 10:40pm, and the Motel 6 staff were very accomodating! The shuttle can quickly to get me and take me to the hotel. There weren't any restaurants close, so I ate supper out of the vending machine which was adequately stocked and fairly inexpensive! Thank you for making a horrible situation very tolerable! The next morning, the shuttle took me back to the airport very early to catch my flight.

Everything you need and nothing you don't. Airport Hotel interstate neighborhood. My basic third floor room is clean and quiet. Sixty two bucks sold me- for that I'm not sleeping in the airport. Tips for the driver of the funky shuttle. The hotel next door has a restaurant, or better yet 15 minute walk to the next exit for a great food truck.
