If you are looking for an extended stay place, this is it. There's a large fridge and two burner countertop cook stove so you don't have to eat out all the time. Our room did not have cookware or dishes, you probably have to bring your own. Room met our needs, we were only looking to stay one night. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, and it was quiet.

It said online a grab and go breakfast. That wasn't true. The bed was hard. Jay tried to help us. The front door had a bottom to open but it didn't work. They treated us well.

I paid twice as much for this room compared to regular rooms I could have gotten because it had a kitchenette and it said pots pans dishes and utensils included. We went to make breakfast in the morning and all the cupboards were completely empty. Not a fork or cup or anything anywhere!

Property was very dirty(grounds and parking lot). Room could use a over all cleaning. Mold in bathroom sink and bathtub. Carpet in room and hallway needs a good shampooing

Thi hotel had great pillows comfy beds, clean bathroom, under the bed was a little dirty, overall fair cleanliness of room. Little trash outside property, night staff who checked me in was very willing to help and check in process and fast and easy. No hot breakfast at this location, grab and go coffee and granola bars

Rooms were large and had recently been renovated. Good value for visiting Mayo Clinic. They had a shuttle but we had to be there at 5:46 am so could not take it. Lots of smokers outside, but hotel cannot control that.

Staff was the best redeeming quality here. He helped me make things work out with shuttles and not having to take my things out of my room before I went to the hospital at 5am since I had a second reservation but they were separate. Also it does have a kitchenette which is a huge plus. Just bring ur own pans and utensils n such. However ...the room smelled strongly of coconut, unfortunately that scent turns my stomach... Thhere was food all over the counter from the last guest and sleeping spots on the only bed. Being that he worked with me to help my shuttle work out, I stayed silently but I had to clean the food off the kitchen counter before getting comfortable and slept on top of the blankets.

The worst experience ever and do yourself a favor and keep driving. Dan the manager was okay but this place is so ran down and filthy and oh yeah it is an extended stay so keep that in mind when booking. Take a look at all of the horrible reviews of this place and believe them. It is atrocious. Bloody sheets, dead bugs, filthy appliances and the place just reeks of Filth.

The floor in the room was dirty. Walking around the room my feet were filthy with dirt and hair. No carpet so a simple swiffer mop would be so easy after each stay. Bathroom needs the same, plus more.

The place was dirty and delapidated. The bathroom shower/tub faucet would not turn off so we let the water run day and night. At time of exit I went to return the key and check out buy no one was around (11am) so I just dropped the key off. The outside was a mess. No one was cleaning the place up. It is right across the parking lot from Country Inn, which I believe is owned by the same corporation, and that was kept clean. This place needs an entire redo. It may be less expensive but it was a mess.

I booked and paid in full thru Hotels.com but when I got to the hotel they said they did not have a reservation for my two room under my name I showed the confirmation from hotels.com and my receipt for payment. They had rooms available but made me pay (again) and for a higher price.for my two rooms. Then we went to our rooms and they smelled musty and we saw SEVERAL bugs. We decided not to stay at the hotel and went downstairs to checkout. The hotel did give me a refund but told me we would see these bugs everywhere in Rochester hotels. We went a cross the parking lot to Country Inn (much better and no bugs). Now I will have to battle get my refund from Hotels.com. I would give this experience put a big thumbs down.

I was not even able to check in since there was no body at the front desk. After sitting in the lobby for some time, I went out to my car and called the hotel… three times. After that, I called corporate to see if they could get a hold of them. As I was standing in the lobby listening to the hotel phone ring for 10 minutes, I got upset and answered the phone myself. After wasting TWO HOURS, I ended up having to book a second hotel across town since I was unable to even check in to Main Stay. I am not one to write negative reviews, but this hotel is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Kicked us out for having a cat but yet we never had a cat there. Wouldn’t refund my money even though I had already paid for 3 more nights. He was rude and kept threatening my daughter and her friend!

Just stinky every morning from someone cooking. Very quiet place. Close to restaurants. Great comfy beds. Ill return for the price they charge. Expedia took $80 over their final bill. Done with Expedia!
