Decent place for relatively cheap price. Could have been a bit cleaner and had some tissues, but otherwise ok. Good for a short and low budget trip. Only issue during check in was my own for putting in the wrong info on my credit card. Unrelated to the hotel itself, but the roads were being redone right outside the hotel and a bunch of dust settled on my truck, and it needed to be cleaned after that. The repaving will probably be done within a couple of weeks of my stay(10-Oct-2024).

Staff was awful. I do not recommend anyone to waste a dime at this place. This was definitely a hole in the way stay. I told staff “Jaya” my toilet was stopped up and he mentioned he was gonna give me a plunger to plug the toilet myself. I rate this place at a 0 stay, plus the pool is out of order

Our first room had cockroaches. Second room tv didn't work properly Coffee pot didn't work Pool was closed Black mold on ceiling and in bath room, bathroom fan sounded like a bearing was going out

It was convenient location clean rooms but the pool was closed for (maintenance) looked like it had been closed awhile. Would've been nice to know before booking with a softball team of kids looking forward to swimming !!!!!!

Was in town for a graduation. Stayed 2 nights. The room was clean and in order. Had a good size mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast was ok. Could use a few more items for breakfast. Had a drive up room for convenience. Was nice and quiet! I would definitely stay again for the price!

The room and hotel in general were outdated. They offered a pool (which was closed). Breakfast was a joke. There were signs of leaks in different areas. Broken glass in the walking area around the building. Air conditioner wasn't on in elevator with temperatures in the 90's. To say the least Stay Away.

It worked for a quick stay for the night. Perfect location to everything I needed. Elevator kept closing on people so eventually I just took the stairs. Random people came knocking at 1 am. Staff was friendly.

The room was great. Plenty of room, nice upgrades, etc. The bathroom is very small. So small the sink is next to the bathroom. Wonderful hot water, but some mold on the wall of the tub. The Wi-Fi was spotty so I ended up using my hot spot. The TV signal continually dropped. I had my laptop so I just used that. When room service came in and cleaned the room, they took the dirty towels and wash cloths, but didn't leave any (this was the same for 3 days). We had to go to the front desk to get some. Also, king sized bed, 2 pillows, lol. The pool looked amazing, but I didn't have a chance to get in. The property is very clean on the outside and there is plenty of parking. Despite all of the negatives (and those are small) I would absolutely stay here again.

Bed Bugs ! ! ! Me and my family got bit Up all over by nasty bed bugs, we took videos and pictures of the incident and showed the front desk to request our refund and they got mad about it and tried to act like we were lying ALSO they do not serve Hot breakfast this was a very TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. never again!

It wasn’t very clean. There was back mold on the bathroom door. There was 2 adults and 4 kids. There was only 2 towels. The sheets weren’t very soft at all. Burn holes on the blanket, the key wouldn’t work.

There was a bed bug found on our bed. We packed our things in the car and went to discuss the issue with the office and her response was that her boss would be in at 8 am that we would have to come back then. She did not offer any kind of sympathy or anything. Had to ask her abt switching rooms bc we had no where to go and she couldnt give a refund or anything. Then she got a attitude and said she wasnt going to move us again.

I was told twice NO SMOKING at check-in,,, not a problem, not a smoker. as soon as I opened the door, the room reeked of smoke. doesn't appear that anything was done to eliminate or mask the odor.

As soon as we entered the room, we noticed that the bedding was soiled. Management quickly changed it. The tv didn't work nor did the tv remote. The hotel was not full, but there were no extra pillows available. Not our best stay. We will avoid this hotel chain in the future.

Not a bad hotel, it was clean and beds comfortable. The TV was a constant issue, kept turning off by itself every 15 minutes. A real pain in the butt. They say they have morning breakfast but it must start about lunchtime. No coffee available at 630.

Room was relatively clean. However, there was a flimsy door separating the next room with about a 2" gap at the bottom. The guest next door was yelling on the phone and playing loud rap music late into the night. We were there for two nights and got very little sleep. There was no HBO on TV and I went to the front desk and had to repeat HBO many times and trying to explain its a movie network that is advertised as available. Apparently she did not know what HBO was. There was a cheap ($5) remote for the TV with no provisions for options like CC and you had to push a TV button numerous times to get to "Antenna".We were in the process of moving and really need our rest but got none there.

Myself, my husband, and my son were traveling home from Panama City Beach to Chicago. We reserved this room as one of our stop overs. I clearly stated that we were traveling with a child in a wheelchair and needed a ground floor room near a handicap parking space. Upon arrival, I had to stand in a pre-lobby area and speak with the clerk through a window, rather than entering the actual lobby. First, it was freezing in this room. You would think they would want their customers to be comfortable. I had to argue for over 1/2 an hour with this gentleman over the room/parking we needed, and he kept telling me he couldn't give me the room we saw with a handicap spot right in front of the door. He was unable to give a clear reason, other than he couldn't move us from one he assigned us. So, if I walked in and there was a rat on my bed, he couldn't change our room? We ended up in a room on the ground floor, but quite a distance from where we had to park. The room was fine, typical Red Roof Inn. Overall clean, but the tub was quite nasty. In morning upon checking out, someone with a clue was able to tell me that the entire side where the room we requested had no water. If the gentleman the night before had just said that, could have avoided a great deal of aggravation. This entire encounter soured our experience with this particular hotel.

Well, we wanted a lower priced room that was pet friendly. The property was not very well maintained and the area around is loud with traffic. We arrived at 445 pm and had to use the night window. That seemed odd to me and made me feel uneasy. The window is something like out of a rent by hour motel. Nonetheless, we stayed there, again it was somewhat inexpensive. I would not go back, but do recommend the Thai place across the street.

Pretty good stay. Hotel was kind of far from main attractions in Huntsville area. On the outside it doesnt look very inviting. But the room was mostly clean and good for a 1 nights stay.
