When we arrived desk clerk informed us that the elevator wasn’t working. Our room was on the 2nd floor, I use a cane, so stairs are an issue. We were so tired and didn’t want to find somewhere else to stay. The room had no disposable cups to use, . It basically was a bed to sleep in for the night. They do need to clean their hallways, & the stairs as the floors were dusty & dirty. Would not stay here again.

When we arrive after a sporting event for check in we are met with a small sign at the desk stating that there is no hot water. It was late that night so we agree to stay for the night and check out in the morning. This issue with the hot water has been an ongoing issue for weeks. The hotel would not assist us in any refund. The manager was not on duty and would not answer. There was no information on their website to show that they did not have heat. I was met with uncertainty of how they were properly sanitizing anything without hot water. Also our toilet was not in functioning condition. We could see where they attempted to caulk it but it was unstable and had toilet water leaking at the base.

There was no hot water so we couldn’t stay there, but nobody reached out to tell us prior to arrival. The front desk girl told us when we arrived and we wanted hot showers so we cancelled the reservation. It was out of there control to not have hot water at that time, but efforts could have been made to notify us ahead of time.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and for it to be so new they have many issues. The last time there was no hot water, this time the elevators are broken and I have a bad knee. We were on the second floor and made our stay very uncomfortable. The phone in our room did not work so we realize we didn’t have much toilet paper. We couldn’t call down and get housekeeping. Also the toiletries they left in the bathroom were empty, so I’m not even sure why they bothered.

Our room had no shower curtain! Toilet was dirty, i wont go into details but it was very apparent it hadnt been cleaned. No toilet paper. I inspected sheets and they seemed ok but after the other things it made me question the cleaning of our room.

The hotel staff was wonderful. The room appeared very clean, however, when we woke up in the morning, there were ants in the fridge, the sink and in our shoes. Not tons, but enough. I notified the staff and they were very apologetic. Someone was on the way to address our room and couple others on the 3rd floor.

Guest service was good. Our clean towels were wet, I requested/ received new towels. Room was clean and in ok condition, you pay for what you get. Our room actually smelled cleaned. There was an unpleasant odor in the hallways from someone cooking in their room. Carpet in the hallway was dirty needed to be vacuumed and there were dirty towels in the hallway outside of several rooms in the evening. Elevator also had an unbearable smell that made me nauseous. The bathroom did not have a counter for your toiletries/makeup. I had to go ask for more toilet paper on our 2nd day because we only had a half a role upon arrival. I assume that this property has permanent live-in guest based off appearances. The guest above us were really loud, sounded like they were rearranging furniture or exercising. Overall it served its purpose for our trip but unfortunately I will not stay here again. I booked based off the Expedia reviews and I believe that these reviews are not accurate based off my experience.

Appeared to be brand new. Very clean and everything in good condition. I never stayed at this chain before so didn't no what to expect. The facility was fine and the staff was friendly and helpful. However......the "continental breakfast" was a joke. Snack bars and pre-packaged muffins. No coffee available except at breakfast and only cafinated (decaf was instant). You could ask for a coffee maker in your room (we brought our own coffee) but it's a drip percolator type that won't use pods. The only saving grace was a White Bison Coffee shop about a mile away.

It was clean but the hotel was built very cheaply. Our tv and phone did not work. They got the tv working but if you turned it off you had to unplug and replug the cables to get it to work again. It was very quiet at night.

The first room was uncleaned and the second room somebody open the door to the room and the third room was uncleaned and last but not least the fourth room TV didn"t work and no shower curtain. Worse stay of my life.

Informed the staff the day of check-in thay we would be arriving aftet midnight. Was told that was ok and that ot would be passed on to night person. We arrived at 0100 and there was no one there. Phone rang and rang. No answer. No help from the main number, the lady just kept sayong uou have to call the hotel and press #4, even after explaining that that was done NUMEROUS times. Aftet the police were called and they weren't able to locate the staff member we were forced to find another room because the main reservation line stated they don't nake reservations after midnight. Worst, but most comical experience with a hotel ever. Can't really say if it was clean or nice. Never got the chance to see. And a lady called me at 7am to ask if I ever got checked in. NO you had no staff member available. They still charged me even though I was only supposed to be charged at check-in. I wasn't the no show, their employee was!!

I arrived late in the evening at my scheduled time to find out they did not have a room. They did offer a substitute in a facility several miles a way. When I returned the next day they had rooms available but did not honor my booking. They require that I get a refund from Expedia and then re-book the room (that I had originally reserved). I chose to go elsewhere. This is the second time that I've had a reservation with an Extended Stay facility and have arrived to find that they did not have a room for me. Never again.

The room was okay - noise in the hall due to noisy air conditioner that the staff said could not be fixed. No soap or TP in room. Pillows are all flat and not very nice. Breakfast is a joke - really shouldn't even offer it as it is basically oatmeal in a bag. Staff is always on their phones and/or sitting in their car out front.

Liked kitchenette and being able to check out dishes. Could not call front desk from the room. Had to go to front desk with dirty towels and exchange them for clean ones. There was seldom anyone sitting at the front desk and had to wait. Left note one afternoon because no one appeared after waiting 20 min. No one responded to the note we needed towels. Had to go back later that night. Service was not good at all.

Everything was fine until I had a guy friend over and apparently they just gave up my room key to him randomly. He went to the front desk and asked to have a room key cause he lost his even though the room that he needed a key for was not in his name. They willingly gave him a key to get into my room that I paid for out of my pocket. Even though I gave them my ID to verify me . So that means that my room keys that I was given when I first checked in did not work. Luckily, I still got into the building and I still got into my room. I think I’m just lucky that nothing of mine was stolen or was misplaced. I thought hotels were more secure than that, but I guess not this one?

The property was nice, very accessible from the Interstate and provided a nice quiet, out of the way experience. Check-in was seamless, and then subsequently, checkout was great. No issues, would stay here a second time should we return to the Huntsville, AL area.

The hotel smelled of fish, there were no extra things like shampoo either for the hair or body, they only give a little soap, the bed was uncomfortable it grinded a lot, supposedly they provide breakfasts they only give coffee and muffins something that even the coffee was horrible.

Positive, the room was clean. That’s about it. No hair dryers, by the way. Breakfast bar countertops and tables were filthy. And Decaf coffee was instant packets. Some food was “out of stock.” Hallways, elevator, and common areas were almost always covered with red dirt and garbage. Probably says a lot about who stays there but housekeeping obviously can’t keep up. And speaking of housekeeping, we requested a late check out two days in advance. We were told she would tell the manager. Went to go to our meeting the last day and stopped at the desk to verify how late we could check out. We were told we didn’t have late check out and couldn’t have it because the manager never received our request. She wouldn’t budge. Said two other people were on the list and they didn’t have enough housekeeping staff to allow more than that, even though technically we should have been first on the list. One last thing, the elevator often shuddered at the first floor. I happened to notice the inspection certificate on the wall of the elevator - it expired three months prior. Poorly managed, not on top of things. Would avoid this place.

The room had the minimum of items. Felt like an office room. Breakfast is provided which turned out to be breakfast bars and hot drinks. No hot food as is normal when breakfast is listed. Service was great but again you got much more from cheaper hotels.
