Electric outlets didn't work. Bath tube had hair in it. TV remote sticky. Toilet slow to flush. Animals walking up on you even though they was on a leash. Elevators had pet hair in them and pet hair on carts. Had to ask for towels that should've been in them room at check in. No ice machine.

Overall 4 stars. Decent budget stay for a solo business trip for a week. Area was okay, well illuminated, right next to an Extended Stay, and across from a Walmart. The building was modern-ish with cameras, and everything works that's supposed to. It was probably renovated in the last few years, but you can also tell where they tried to save money, for example old, broken door trim in the bathroom, which a modern hotel wouldn't have that. The biggest downside are the walls/floors are thin, and you can hear everything above and next to you, and it's amplified louder because the rooms have hardwood floors instead of carpet to help muffle the noise. If you're a light sleeper, beware, I'd look elsewhere. Lastly, the smell in the hallways was bearable, but because they have both smoking and non-smoking rooms in the building, you can can easily notice walking in the hallway the smell of smoke from other rooms, and it wasn't always tobacco. Thankfully once you're inside your own room, I couldn't notice any smell. If you're sensitive to any smoke smell, beware, I'd recommend finding somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend for couples or families. Really best suited for individuals and business travelers on extended trips on a budget. Overall, it was fine, and it got the job done for my needs. If they could work on some of the things mentioned above, then it could easily be a 5/5 budget stay for extended solo or business people.

It was absolutely filthy- i saw cockroaches, the floors, walls, bathroom and common areas were filthy, and it smelled strongly of mold and mildew: I checked out after just one short night and they refused to refund for the next 2 nights.

Bed was still in disarray from the previous night’s occupants when we checked in, although the bathroom seemed to have been cleaned. We were given fresh sheets and changed the bed ourselves. Note the dangling smoke detector above the bed as well. Pay the extra $25 and stay elsewhere. Trust us!

First red flag was walking up to the door and a woman who was staying there told me to get my money back because they haven’t had hot water for a couple weeks, roaches and it was dirty. I still wanted to give the place a chance since we drive 6 hrs was pretty exhausted and it was getting late. Checking in went well until we asked if we can take a look at the room. She didn’t want to but she let us check it out anyways. We proceeded to go look at the room. We took a few steps and turn on the light and it was filthy! The fridge was so rusty! The floors sticky the lights barely wanted to stay on. It kinda reminded me of the movie hostel. We’re also traveling with our puppy and ain’t no way I was going to put our baby in that room. We didn’t stay. The clerk told us we’ll be paying for a night even though we left but Hotel.com got our money back! Thanks!

Staff was awesome. It’s a shame the company doesn’t seem to reflect that in their hotel standards. Rundown broken alliances and bathrooms. It’s a shame when you feel like you should be paying by the hour when you stay there.

They don't have cookware or wont give you, they only have those american blinds that let a lot of light into the room and the rooms are very cold even in the summer.

When I first walked into room I seen the kitchenette and the old rusted refrigerator open the door even further walking in I checked out the bed it was a cheap metal frame with a mattress on it The sheet smelled clean freshly made then further getting into the room settling in I decided to take a shower there was no hot water so for the price that you rent a room for $75 I could have added 10 more dollars to that and went to the Red roof inn and got a lot better luxury with hot water but if you're in a pinch and need a place to stay didn't see any bugs didn't smell any bad odors bed was comfortable

I will say that it was okay. Not the best but definitely not the worse. My biggest problems was the roaches. I went and got the bug spray for that and my only other problem was the fact that they don’t have an overnight person at the front lobby. I left my key by mistake one night and had to call my family so many times to wake them up to come downstairs and let me in.

The property had locked the check in area upon arrival and when someone showed up after twenty minutes I was told they were closed today which was not reflected on the site. Once I was able to check in I was greeted in my room by multiple roaches.

I booked on Expedia down in Alabama working and upon checking in I showered and my shower wasn't draining went down and told the front desk didn't do nothing second night I told them my toilet ran all night that something was wrong with it the lady tried to hand me a plunger like I was a plumber I paid for a room with working amenities you will not get that here there's cockroaches there's marijuana smoke throughout the building people selling drugs in the parking lot Expedia tried to contact to get the toilet in the shower fixed they wouldn't answer the phone for Expedia following day I went to work Upon returning to my hotel room after working all day I walk into my room my toilet is in my bathtub my bags are soaked all my stuff is room my medication my blood pressure pills everything just destroyed mind I paid for 12 days in advanced, they proceed to be upset because I want my goods replaced come up to my room I find the manager in my new room openly admitted to going into my bags I have it recorded on video I had to call the police where's your is now an ongoing open investigation on woodsprings and their managers about going into people's belongings stealing stuff I had clearance for a job site I'm on and Amanda the manager and her team felt free to just go through my belongings and doing so I had to report them to the police this place is a risk to your house a danger to your family do not book your stay at woodspring Suites location in Alabama

Overall 4 stars. Decent budget stay for a solo business trip for a week. Area was okay, well illuminated, right next to an Extended Stay, and across from a Walmart. The building was modern-ish with cameras, and everything works that's supposed to. It was probably renovated in the last few years, but you can also tell where they tried to save money, for example old, broken door trim in the bathroom, which a modern hotel wouldn't have that. The biggest downside are the walls/floors are thin, and you can hear everything above and next to you, and it's amplified louder because the rooms have hardwood floors instead of carpet to help muffle the noise. If you're a light sleeper, beware, I'd look elsewhere. Lastly, the smell in the hallways was bearable, but because they have both smoking and non-smoking rooms in the building, you can can easily notice walking in the hallway the smell of smoke from other rooms, and it wasn't always tobacco. Thankfully once you're inside your own room, I couldn't notice any smell. If you're sensitive to any smoke smell, beware, I'd recommend finding somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend for couples or families. Really best suited for individuals and business travelers on extended trips on a budget. Overall, it was fine, and it got the job done for my needs. If they could work on some of the things mentioned above, then it could easily be a 5/5 budget stay for extended solo or business people.

Caution! Many guest LIVE here. Some since 2017. 2nd floor is like a dog kennel. Only kept my room because the refund was refused. The guest and staff are GOOD people. It is just sad situation that this is real.

Don’t come here!! This place was filthy and it smelled awful… the lady with the brown wavy hair at the front desk has a horrible attitude… the whole bathroom was nasty and the sheets smelled like food.. the stairwell area was filthy as well and it smelled like dog and feet… this was a horrible experience and I would not ever recommend the staying here again.

Staff was TERRIBLE. Started knocking WAYYYYY before checkout telling us we had to hurry and get out because housekeeping needed to clean the room and woke me and my family up. Do better!
