Lobby lights were off upon entering (lobby lights were off all nights we stayed). Staff was friendly, but our room was filthy on arrival. The room smelled of dog/cat pee. There were stains and dog barf on the carpet. Trash was left behind night stand and underneath bed. Kitchen and bathroom floors were dirty. Baseboards dirty. Ceiling fan had visible dust accumulation. Several burned out lightbulbs. Moldy floor and tub. Cracked bathroom tile and grout on bathroom tile floor was missing. No room service 1st night. 2nd night room service was minimal (trash removal & replaced TP). 1st floor hallway stunk of animals and dead fish. There was a big floor fan running in the hallway probably to try to improve the smell. Several outside lights around property were also burned out, including light over their entrance sign. Wanted to sit outside and eat dinner, but tables were dusty and dirty and area hadn't been swept.

The room (1 bedroom suite) was perfect for me while traveling with 2 toddlers. Parking was a bit difficult as it's just public parking--no specified lot for the hotel so with all the restaurants near by, we had to park a bit away which was frustrating (if I were traveling without the kids, I would have loved being so close to everything). Overall, checkin and out process is easy with the Hilton app and mobile key. Room was very clean and well stocked and water pressure was great. The AC units are older and very loud, though.

The location was congested with limited parking. The receptionist, Becky, was amazing; however, the hotel did not have extra towels or pillows. We received the last pack and play and the last extra bedding set. Our family of five had to share two towels; along with four pillows. The pull out couch and room did not have bedding, thankfully we got the last set from the desk. I feel for anyone else who needed bedding. The room set up wasn’t comfortable overall. We travel a lot, due to these issues and the price being on the higher end, this hotel rates at the bottom of my list.

Checked in Friday afternoon. Friendly staff. Hallways badly stained. Went to concert shortly after check in. Showered next morning. Hair in the tub. Getting ready for the next concert Saturday night. Unrolled washcloth to wash my face - looked like fresh makeup on the cloth. Unrolled the next cloth same thing. Began to wonder what I filth had been sleeping in. Quite disgusting. One of the TVs didnt work, but I wasnt there to watch TV. Air was off in the hallway. Elevator too. Hot as a sauna. I will go back to the venue, but not that hotel.

Bugs in the room, dirty and outdated appliances and couch. housekeeping did not clean our room during our stay, the elevator was 2 months past annual inspection date, and the water smelled of sewage. Will not be staying here again

Parking was terrible and a deal breaker for us. We like the location but will not be back. It was pretty far from the neap interstate highway. The carpet were in terrible shape in hallways which were also to warm. The room was roomy and very comfortable. Mattress was very comfortable. Nice chair but was especially worn in one side. Breakfast was average except for nice chicken tacos.

This was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in and I Travel a lot. I stayed there before a couple of years ago. It was ok then. I will definitely not stay here again. The first room they gave me was out of order. The second room was dirty with water damage stains on the carpet and window coverings.

Should be much nicer than it was. Nice and helpful staff. 1st room hadn’t been cleaned…plus not what I had booked. 2nd room was better, but the hotel is more dated/needs some retouching. Dirty hallways. Mildew caulk. Not the worst but definitely not the best.

I didn’t know much about the area we visited and picked this hotel after seeing previous reviews and pictures of the rooms. I must say, we were really disappointed once we got there. The hotel seemed ok from the outside and the lobby was nice but our room felt so dirty!! The furniture was so old and looked just filthy. The light fixtures had dead bugs in them. My 5 year old woke up in the middle of the night to tell us to kill a bug on the wall (see pics)l!! The bathroom vent was covered in dirt (see pictures) The bedding was thin and terrible. The comforter looked like it was at least a decade old. The bed was incredibly lumpy. The towels were old and dingy with dirt that wouldnt wash out. Towels like that should be thrown out. Luckily we weren’t in the room much. If we were going to be in the room a lot I would’ve demanded a better room. I wont ever pick this hotel again.

Well just as in any hotel I had issues with the immediate next door neighbors.. the young kids yelled screamed and played loud games with a loud TV from 12AM- 5:30AM in the morning…was not sure of the protocol to complain at night but was moved to another great room the following morning….other than the one night of noise I had a great stay and the staff was excellent…Happy New Year! I look forward to my next stay at your hotel in the new year!

Suites are nice, but a little dated and musty. I hated that all the room doors SLAM shut and echo thru out the floor. I could not use my Hilton Rewards since I booked with Expedia. They only saved me three dollars.

Good place to stay if you want a longer term stay and still be in a great walkable location. The curtains didn’t close all the way and there’s a bright light in the parking lot so I was very glad to have an eye mask for sleeping.

Tried to call for over an hour to make sure that I had a reservation, no one ever answered. Check in process was long. Hallway dirty with nasty towels in hallway. Once in the room there was not a remote. Called down to front desk and no one answered, so had to go back down to get the remote.

Booked through Expedia months ago and there was a problem from the outset, once I got to the hotel. The hotel had cancelled my reservation, charged the third party for my two night stay, blamed then for the issue, and left it on me to resolve the problem which took two days and ruined my vacation. Investigation showed that the fault was actually with the hotel, Expedia had names and dates to prove it, and the hotel extended no apology, refund, rebate, or any compensation nor acknowledgment whatsoever. I actually discovered a housekeeper attempting to call front desk while cleaning my room because even after being made aware of the issue, front desk hadn’t conveyed the mix up and resolution to them. The morning dining staff however, was the best I’ve ever encountered and very courteous. The stay would have been nice had I not been spending my entire vacation trying to salvage $500.

Everything was fine until the 4:00 am the morning of our check out. One of the detectors (smoke?) began chirping. I am a light sleeper, so there is no way I could sleep through that. I called the front desk, and the attendant said the maintenance person doesn't come in until 7:00 am. She said she would try to find a ladder and a new battery. I asked her to please call me back when she was heading up so we could be dressed. I never got a call back or heard a word from her. The detector chirped off and on until we checked out around 9:00 am. We mentioned it when we checked out and the attendant said the overnight person made a note of it but would not have been able to leave the front desk unattended to fix the problem. A call back stating this would have been nice, or the offer to relocate to another room. Neither of these was done. This experience ruined our last night.

Good personnel. Except hispanic housekeeping didn't understand English. She was very sweet. But couldn't understand requests. Exercise room woefully inadequate. First floor hall was scuffed up. Third floor okay. Lobby nice. Breakfast passable.
