Everything was lovely except peeling wallpaper in hallways. Lack of people at front desk. Did not feel Residence by Marriott hospitality. Breakfast so so due to infrequent fills. Other than that, rooms were lovely.

The staff were so accommodating and a JOY to be around. The building common spaces, rooms and Pool were clean. The Grill was made available if we desired. My Family of for including a toddler stayed for 1 week. It was comfortable. Breakfast was prepared daily(Thanks Ms.Sue).

Room was clean, staffs were nice. But few things wasn’t working. The smart door key wasn’t working, need staff to open each time we go back to the room. Breakfast didn’t have waffle as the machine was broken. But overall, really liked the room as is clean and lots of room.

Very nice staff, excellent suite with kitchen, sitting area, large bath AND they allow pets for a price comparable to much less nice. I’ll be coming back here!

Computer system broken therefore no room keys; had to be escorted to room each time to gain entry. Receptionist and all other staff were new. She could not explain incidental charges for $40. On check out she and the hotel manager refused to give me a hard copy of the zero balance receipt until I threw a fit. I never did get a receipt that showed the actual charges to my credit card. The computer system has been down for over two weeks, the pancake machine was broken, there was a tripping hazard at the front walk that had gone unprepared. A young front desk clerk shared with me that he had been on duty 10 hours with no one to relieve him; there was no other staff in the whole facility. He said he was alone and that he stayed because there was no one else to let people into their rooms. Close this motel immediately and try to salvage the good Residence Inn name. W. Kirstein

Stayed at this property a few years ago when one of our kids graduated so we decided to stay for another graduation. Room has lose tiles, missing closet doors and cigarette burned couches. We had a party of four but a lot of the dishware was for three. Towards the end of our stay one of the two toilets clogged but because it was a full trip we didn't bother with having to wait on maintenance to come. Food was decent as they had alternative meats for persons with dietary restrictions. Cage free eggs was a plus as well. Not sure why we were able to hear people walking above us so loudly late at night. We wondered if someone was going to fall through the ceiling... Some of the staff we met in the hallways were very kind and I recall some sweet elderly ladies in the breakfast room back in 2022 that greeted us every morning. This trip was different. Being met with jeers from the breakfast room staff was unacceptable. Customer service makes and breaks any hospitality institution and the main reason for not overlooking the shortcomings of the physical plant.

Breakfast was really good and had a nice variety. Room looked nice, the bed seemed to have mites or something that kept biting us through the night leaving welts which made us wonder if the sheets had been changed. We decided to throw out our personal pillows so we didn’t take it with us.

Great location, easy to find. Very friendly front desk staff, made you feel at home. Mild wear and tear throughout facility. Close to lots of shopping and dining and highway. Was there 5 nights and housekeeping never came.

The stay was in a very convenient location to where you can walk to shopping centers to buy groceries or do general shopping. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. The thing that I disliked was that the oven was very dirty and we requested it to be clean two times by housekeeping and it never was cleaned. My recommendations would be for housekeeping to check the make sure that the over is clean for the next tenents check-in.

Three members of my family stayed in this property for around 12 hours and were charged $200. We had enough towels for 2 people only in our room. When I requested towels, I was told by staff they could let housekeeping know we needed some when they got there (despite the fact that my shower was already running). My husband went to the desk and they were told they couldn't leave the desk to get us any towels until their replacement arrived. Also one of us slept on the pull out cough and the room was not equipped with any sheets, or a pillow for this bed. There were no blankets in the room--not one thing for the pull out. The staff at the front desk was not able to locate us any. We honestly deserve a refund. We were way overcharged for our (lack of) amenities.

Very nice hotel in a quieter area. We had a 2-bedroom suite which is hard to find. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and polite. We had some minor issues, but nothing that would keep us from staying here again. Very pleasant overall.

Nice room for the most part. However, I was next to the stairwell which was very noisy as people went up and down the stairs. There was no room service which was fine except people kept putting their trash in the hallway. It would have been nice to have a reasonably decent sized trash can available.

Too noisy was room # 326. Had called a day earlier and made the request for a quiet room. Was promised no problem. It is also on my Marriott Profile. The room 326 I got was right off University Drive which is a very busy road. Called Monday night and asked to change room but they said will call but nobody called. So Monday night i had to sleep in 326. It was so noisy that I did not sleep well at all. Spoke to the GM next day. Requested changing the room and compensating for one night and provide 30,000 points. Todd the GM said he couldn't provide compensation but he will try to get 30,000 points after he gets approves by his Boss. Has he??

The staff was amazing. Kudos to The manager for getting us a room when Hotels.com canceled my room without notifying me. Every employee of the hotel was friendly, said hi, and was available for any questions. Numerous booking were canceled without notifications to the guests, and I know they had to be stressed, but you couldn’t tell it. 10/10 would stay there again

The customer service here was amazing! I called ahead to let them know we’d be coming in late and asked if they had pack and plays available. I was told yes and she said she would have someone set it up for us in our room so it was ready when we got there. Then when we got there I asked if they had any milk I could buy for my baby bc we’d run out on our trip and she went to get me some from the kitchen. I was super impressed and very happy with the room as well. Very clean and great for our 3 young kids.

Stayed at this property a few years ago when one of our kids graduated so we decided to stay for another graduation. Room has lose tiles, missing closet doors and cigarette burned couches. We had a party of four but a lot of the dishware was for three. Towards the end of our stay one of the two toilets clogged but because it was a full trip we didn't bother with having to wait on maintenance to come. Food was decent as they had alternative meats for persons with dietary restrictions. Cage free eggs was a plus as well. Not sure why we were able to hear people walking above us so loudly late at night. We wondered if someone was going to fall through the ceiling... Some of the staff we met in the hallways were very kind and I recall some sweet elderly ladies in the breakfast room back in 2022 that greeted us every morning. This trip was different. Being met with jeers from the breakfast room staff was unacceptable. Customer service makes and breaks any hospitality institution and the main reason for not overlooking the shortcomings of the physical plant.

I had a very comfortable stay, just like home. Target mall just 10 minutes away by foot. Bus stop is there too. To get to Down town, it's a 20 minute bus ride. Another mall with a large "88 Buffet" in the mall next to the Target mall. Good value for the hotel and the buffet. Free breakfast was a bonus. I could eat at the buffet everyday! Target has a grocery section if you want to cook in your room. All the dishes are there!

The stay was in a very convenient location to where you can walk to shopping centers to buy groceries or do general shopping. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. The thing that I disliked was that the oven was very dirty and we requested it to be clean two times by housekeeping and it never was cleaned. My recommendations would be for housekeeping to check the make sure that the over is clean for the next tenents check-in.

Very nice hotel in a quieter area. We had a 2-bedroom suite which is hard to find. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and polite. We had some minor issues, but nothing that would keep us from staying here again. Very pleasant overall.

Breakfast was really good and had a nice variety. Room looked nice, the bed seemed to have mites or something that kept biting us through the night leaving welts which made us wonder if the sheets had been changed. We decided to throw out our personal pillows so we didn’t take it with us.

Everything was lovely except peeling wallpaper in hallways. Lack of people at front desk. Did not feel Residence by Marriott hospitality. Breakfast so so due to infrequent fills. Other than that, rooms were lovely.

The staff were so accommodating and a JOY to be around. The building common spaces, rooms and Pool were clean. The Grill was made available if we desired. My Family of for including a toddler stayed for 1 week. It was comfortable. Breakfast was prepared daily(Thanks Ms.Sue).

We enjoyed our stay here. There was a fairly strong smell but I think new carpet had been installed at some point. Once you were there for a short time, you didnt notice it. The ladies that ran the breakfast area were very friendly.

Room was clean, staffs were nice. But few things wasn’t working. The smart door key wasn’t working, need staff to open each time we go back to the room. Breakfast didn’t have waffle as the machine was broken. But overall, really liked the room as is clean and lots of room.

Computer system broken therefore no room keys; had to be escorted to room each time to gain entry. Receptionist and all other staff were new. She could not explain incidental charges for $40. On check out she and the hotel manager refused to give me a hard copy of the zero balance receipt until I threw a fit. I never did get a receipt that showed the actual charges to my credit card. The computer system has been down for over two weeks, the pancake machine was broken, there was a tripping hazard at the front walk that had gone unprepared. A young front desk clerk shared with me that he had been on duty 10 hours with no one to relieve him; there was no other staff in the whole facility. He said he was alone and that he stayed because there was no one else to let people into their rooms. Close this motel immediately and try to salvage the good Residence Inn name. W. Kirstein
