Dirty entry way - Dirty elevators - dirty hallway to room. Marijuana stanch throughout the hotel. Cereal but no milk to go with it. COLD coffee. Upon arrival there was a water leak in the entrance right thru the light bulb. (it's a miracle this place didn't catch on fire). Refrigerator had two settings, WARM or FROZE all our food. Coffee maker in room was broken. NO HOT WATER Tuesday night nor Wednesday morning. Should get half of my money back. It was the last time they saw me and my money.

This hotel should be condemned. It’s disgusting, never cleaned, electric wires exposed from the AC unit, outlet covers missing, hole in the bathroom ceiling along with rust. Room smelled horribly and it was 90 degrees in the room when we checked in. Elevator was acting up, then noticed it hasn’t been inspected since 2022. It’s likely unsafe.

Hotel very dirty. Smelled like marijuana. Appears to be feces in carpet. room 104. Desk drawer broken and hanging towards floor. Ceiling light fixture covers hanging loose. Trash in parking lot. No screens on windows. Pool is very small and dirty with old broken chairs. Cleaning staff eats the breakfast with kids running around. I’m thinking this is a low income short term stay facility?? Just a guess by the look of things!

The hotel left a lot to be desired. The room was outdated. The curtains were falling off the window. The rug was torn. It was also advertised thatvthere was a fitness center and this turned out to be a storage room. There was never anyone at the front desk. We left pur room at 6am and got back at 330pm and the room still had not been touched. No clean towels or anything.

The room was dirty, dated and smelled funny, nothing like the pictures online. It felt uncomfortable to be there and I had to cancel the remaining of my stay. The pool and the gym also weren’t opened

This was the worst hotel of my 30 years of travel. Stained mattress, discussing linen, refrigerator didn’t work, door lock broken, room was beyond very dirty, smoke free room smelled of smoke and mold. And this list goes on…. Oh none of the tvs worked in the entire hotel and the Elevator was broken and need to be looked at. It was so bad we left after the first night and I deserve a refund.

Said it had a gym and it didn’t. Wasn’t fully clean.

Like most motels the shower head was horrible, the whole place needs new carpet & painted. The breakfast wasn't worth getting up early for, but again typical for the price. The only real disappointment was there's no wotkout room that was advertised.

I enjoyed the stay. However I was scared when I first got there. Garbage and a broken out car in the parking lot, and the he wall paper had glue at the seems and over time looks like water running down the walls. The elevator looked like it had not been cleaned. However I had expressed my concerns at check in and they upgraded my room and I was able to meal prep in my room and enjoy a living space and bedroom.

No light in the elevator. Only 2 towels in the room. Broken light fixtures in the room. Beds themselves were stained.

Super dirty and overall gross. Moldy smell, stained sheets, and a dirty shoe in my drawer. Left within minutes of getting there.

This place was disgusting. The floors were dirty, the walls were dirty. There were holes in the walls with toilet paper stuffed in them, stains on the sheets, mold or blood on the bathroom ceiling. There was blood on the light switch in the room. Cigarette burns and smell everywhere. The police showed up due to a fight. Do not stay here.

Diety, broken, gross. Pee stained sheet. Broken TV. Stains on the walls and ceiling. Forever running toilet. The WORST hotel I've ever stayed in

There was nothing that i liked. It smelled like smoke. The stairway amelled like piss and pot. The rooms were disgusting and stains on thd sheets, garbage that did not belong to me.

This motel is very dirty. My room had dirt on the floor, spots of blood in the bathroom, other spots on the walls and the entire floor smelled weed and cigarettes. I complained at the front desk, but they couldn't care less. It's certainly the worst place that I have ever stayed, and I will never go back to this place. Finally, it's overpriced considering the terrible conditions of the property.

Checked in and the room was mildew-y and filthy. They switched to another room that the toilet was continually running, marijuana & toenails on the floor. Dirty bedding. Desk people were nice. Still waiting for my refund 4 days later and conveniently no manager working every time I call.

Holes in the walls, mold snd exposed electrical in the bathroom, and a lot of incomplete remodeling projects. Also clearly is not being cleaned regularly, there was crusted food inside the microwave, and the vent fan in the bathroom was covered in dust/lint. Will never stay here again.

The first room was infested with bed bugs. The next room they moved me to had not be cleaned or linens changed or beds made.

Room not clean, MOLD, bugs, tub nasty, no lights,plugs hangs off, smoke alarm had no cover, metal hanging from air unit, no blankets on bed, water running in floor from sink, no back cover for remote staff put tape on the back of it, phone dont work in room. Night Staff terrible attitude. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

Check in was great, but the room smelled like a dog pound. There were poop stains on the floor. Everything smelled like pee. There were used wash rags still in the bathroom. Breakfast, I don’t even know how you call that breakfast. I would not recommend this place nor will I ever go back.

It needs work. Water in tub was dripping. And the shower head was spraying on the wall. The freezer was iced over. And the cable TV was missing the HDMI cable to the TV. They replaced it though. Lots of damage on walls with half done repairs and mismatched paint, if any paint is used.

TV didn't work and wasn't replaced till the 2nd day, window screens were ripped

I've stayed here more than once and every time up to this last trip it gets worse. This time the remote wasn't working for the TV just has it did the last time because I had the SAME ROOM...the Bath Tub had a continuous, almost like water running, leak and the AC Unit Rattled ALLLLLL NIGHT....seems that the place has went down from my first stay in June of 2022.... I like the location and the Hotel but it truly needs some work out in to it

No refrigerator in room. Bathroom counter was falling off. Window curtain not attached. Terrible patchwork on wall. Sheets were dirty! HVAC unit very loud and the vent face was falling off!

Very tired (almost unacceptable) condition in room. Broken & stripped out. Not very good. Television was in stupid location.

I've stayed here each August for the past 9 years for business. It has gone way down. On checkin, the clerk was not friendly but it went okay. The lobby is just plain tacky, the elevator floor was dirty, the temp in the hallways was way hot, the no-smoking sign on the door was broken, and the hallway garbage cans were overflowing. When I unlocked the door, I had to use my shoulder to get it open. It was stuck. The top latch was broken off. Someone had crammed a twisted paper towel in the missing peephole. I left it. There were many cosmetic issues...molding missing, holes and scrapes in the wall, stains on the ceiling and carpet, and more. Bed and bathroom appeared clean, but with peeling paint and missing chunks of sheetrock, who knows? The toilet paper holder was broken. The TV remote didn't work from the bed. A white box and many cables hung down from the back of the TV. When I tried to move the box to see if it helped the remote, the TV picture went off. Buttons on the air conditioner were missing along with labeling, but I was finally able to get it going. It was easily 90 degrees in the room when I arrived. There was a broken unplugged clock radio on the desk. I had ONE bath towel in a king room. There was no shampoo, but two small lotions. Breakfast had two cereal choices, Frosted Flakes and Fruit Loops, very watered-down orange juice, but no artificial sweeteners, just plain sugar. I didn't complain. Most couldn't be easily fixed and I was tired. I will not be back.

Clerk promptly got us a new room and reviewed first room. Second room much better, but TV never worked and hairs in bathtub and countertop. Some lights were not working. One side of the room had no electricity. Went downstairs for free breakfast, had waffles and no syrup. Didn't put out the cereal they he said they had because no milk. Told the new desk person, they needed supplies. Also told them I needed a new room or would have to go to another hotel. They did find a new room which was nicer than the one I had been in. I had to ask for towels which I did not get. The staff did try to assist me and did get the room changed. I reminded desk staff again the second night if they had syrup for the waffles and she checked, and they did not. So happily they did have it for the morning. Price was good, pool good, people were nice but hotel is showing its age. I would stay there again as it was close to where I needed to be and didn't want to pay as much. recommend getting there early to check room.

The carpet needed swept. Light fixture above bed was dusty and dirty. No door safety lock. Smoke detector was open and no battery. Wall needed painted. Ceiling light constantly flashed. The vanity was held up with a board. The heater cover fell off. The pillows were old and worn out, but other than that it was ok.

We arrived late night giving room without working lights, was given another room bed was clean checked all sheets couldn’t get any extra pillows stay here close to friends helping move in apartment

Stay always good here and staff friendly

The staff was disinterested in engaging the customer. The first room I was assigned was filthy! The toilet had urine all over it, the couch had stains all over it, the bed looked like someone had been lounging in it prior to my arrival, the room smelled, the elevator had spit cans in it and the list could go on. The second room was a bit cleaner until I checked the mattress which was stained severely and had food and other items between the headboard and mattress, the remote for the TV was missing and there was a white powder in the cabinets like the room was being treated for some sort of bug infestation. I checked out that night and will never recommend or stay at this hotel again.

Counter staff were very friendly. Not the staff that checked is in however. Hotel room was sub par, unkept and not maintained in any way. Phone in room did not work, elevator smelled, breakfast was way below standard.

There were no towels in the room. Had to go to the desk to get some. The lady there was amazing and having to run all over for everyone. There was water soaked carpet in hallway. The entire place smelled moldy

Check in was great, the lady was very nice. When she left and we actually got in our room the tv wouldn’t turn off and the volume wasn’t working. I spoke with a man and he swapped out the remote, not bothering to see if it was only the batteries. I had to go back to tell him they didn’t work either. He was very smug and seemed that I was bothering him. I asked to be given another room he gave us a room on the 3rd floor. The smoke alarm was covered in plastic, the light switch looked like they had been burnt, there was duct tape on the dryer, so couldn’t be used. The carpet was awful.. stains, sticky. Breakfast only had waffles and coffee but no sugar, seems they haven’t had any in weeks so I was told. The only reason we stayed was because there isn’t another hotel near my family, as one is being built now and in the future we will be staying a different hotel.

We were there for a week and we could always get fresh linen and towels. When visiting family in the area, we will always stay there. Also excellent access to interstate and major roadways.

The staff is very friendly and understanding and they are willing to help any way possible it's a very clean and quiet place and I will always stay here when I need a place to stay

Experienced 2 different rooms while there for 1 night. First room had stained or unclean pillow cases, mattress had stains also, no towels, no remote to the t.v. and a rusted pole holding up the sink. 2nd room better but still in need of holes being patched and painted, torn cushion that would be inexpensive to cover or replace.. A/c unit not functioning fully but was still comfortable. Postivie thing was staff extrememly accommodating and very friendly abd understanding.

I chose not to stay at this property after check-in. The exterior and location are both great. However, the property has clearly not been maintained. Upon check-in, which was pleasant and easy, I discovered deteriorated carpeting and wall coverings, the HVAC upstairs was not working properly, the linens on the bed were stained and damp, the room door was broken, and electrical wiring was exposed. The room was simply not habitable. The desk clerk was pleasant when I turned my keys back in, and didn't challenge my dissatisfaction. It does appear, however, that I will have to take a loss on the room fee as I checked in right at the cancellation cutoff time. I'm hoping that Expedia will make things right.

This is listed as a 2 star hotel. And it is a above average 2 star. Don’t except a 4 star as some of the reviews have been. It is a good hotel for the money. Appeared clean. Check in was no issues. Front desk person was not rude but was not friendly either. Breakfast was very minimal but more than some 2 star hotels. Waffles and cereal and that was about all. Rooms smelled ok. Bit halls smelled of weed but that’s ok and not really the hotels fault. Felt very safe. Ac worked great. Shower water pressure was great but a slight leak at the shower head but not a real issue. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were smaller but soft and everlasting of them so no complaints. Elevator was alerting lol. It was fine but made a noise as it stopped on the 3rd floor. Overall I would recommend this hotel and stay here myself. I have stayed in 5 star and 1 star hotels in the past. And this is an above average 2 star. Please don’t compare to a 3 star or above. But for $120 in this area it was good. Overall I picked this hotel because it was close to a place I was needing to visit.

Its good if you need something for a night or needing to be close to AAMU.

The toilet tank cover was missing, cigarette burn stains in the bathroom sink… non smoking, so that’s a clue how old that bathroom is. The two drawers for putting clothes in are completely out of commission and not usable. Rug really needs to be replaced. But it was quiet, comfortable beds and clean. Breakfast was skimpy. Two cereal choices, no OJ, the waffle maker works, but was sour tasting. Butter pats in the fridge, hard as a rock. One choice of milk, very basic bagels. They only advertise continental breakfast, so they meet that standard. It’s quiet, nice beds and clean… but needs a redo really bad.

The room was not ready in time when I got there and also was locked from the inside ! I had to wait over half hour to go to the room and when I get in there the room is just nasty with spots on the walls and ceilings! The toilet seat was old and not great appeal to look at and water was cold when started to shower! The food for breakfast was nothing but yogurt and waffles! They had no shampoo or body wash barely any towels offered! The tv remote was missing and behind tv was grossly dusty !! The shower was also not greatly clean but manageable! Only thing that was descent was the bed! Even then they gave us two small pillows and I had to ask for more!

Had issues getting new towels. No eggs or meat to eat with the waffles for breakfast.

The room that I had was in disrepair and had an odor. There was no breakfast and no coffee. From a business traveler’s perspective, this facility needs a lot of attention.

The toilet ran all the time. The breakfast was very limited and not worth the effort.
