Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the hotel and surrounding area were quiet. The breakfast was good enough, typical hotel breakfast. We didn't use any other amenities or explore the area. The pool was not open.

Newly renovated room and floor. Very clean no odors quiet. Great free hot breakfast eggs sausage waffles etc. staff awesome parking well lit. Very large flat panel TV. Shampoo body wash dispensers in tub shower. Actual door on bathroom toilet area for privacy.

The gal at check in was courteous and friendly. The hotel was having a plumbing issues and she was very informative. We unfortunately had to leave a day early and Expedia was very helpful with cancelling our last night's stay and crediting my account in a very timely manner.

The room was dirty, I cleaned the bathroom myself because I thought id just clean it real qick so i could shower but it was caked on dirt. And when i brought the wash cloths down to show them how gross it was they just gave me more wash clothes and told me that the maids got out quick because they only had 5 checkouts that day and were not surprised. The hot water was luke warm at best and the TV did not not work. I had meetings early so i just left after them not caring that my room was dirty.

We really enjoyed our stay however, I’m an inspector and cleanliness could have been better in our room. The shower had some mold and the tv was very smudgy where someone had tried to to clean it but didn’t do a good job. Also need training on bed making.

I liked the room, as was clean and appeared well maintained, including fresh towels and toiletries. The breakfast was very good, including fresh cut fruit. Staff was excellent Downside: sheets on bed bed were wrong. I barley sat on the bed before they sprung from the corners. aka sleeping sucked. Also, the air recycling kept going on and off with a ridiculously loud "click, click" all night. I swear it woke me each time. lastly, all doors are on strong hinges. NO BODY prevented the doors from slamming! Do you need to have the doors set at "SLAM" all the Fking time. Aside from the really crappy sleep I got, I would recommend this hotel

Generally clean, friendly staff. Good complimentary breakfast. Room was clean however it was very damp despite running the air conditioning. Floor, bed and chair were damp, our clothing also became damp.

Was very disappointed with this stay. The tv, phone and A/C unit didnt work. Room temp went in the 50's during the night. When we told the front desk about it, they said there was nothing they could do until the morning and they would send a maintenance man. The maintenance man never showed. Overall not a good experience.

The room had issue with the bathroom sink, water wouldnt go down, couldn’t use the bathroom sink, had to use the tub to wash and brush teeth etc Morning before check out waited to speak with customer service up front waited 15 minutes the service desk person was not around. So got tired of waiting and left

My room was not prepared. The manger had an attitude. After explaining that my room was paid for already via Expedia they charged my card again for a larger amount and I’m not in a battle to have it reversed. My sofa bed needed sheets for my kid. When we went downstairs to ask for some the young lady didn’t have any. We didn’t get sheets or extra blankets and pillows until 11 pm

The room and hallway didn’t smell great. 20 min wait for hot food in the morning. Fire alarm in our room went off 3 times in the night. Had to get the night manager at 3:30 am to come to our room and remove the device. Nice coffee though.

Front desk people were great! Breakfast was decent. Although keeping garbage empty and coffee full was a minor annoyance. Room had a couple of minor issues such as dripping shower and broken t.p. holder. Room was serviced once and for that I was surprised and grateful because I expected nothing.
