The rooms are very clean. Housekeeping does a great job. Be cautious of the room you choose as they all do not have a refrigerator and microwave, however, there are two big ice machines that work great. Washer and dryer prices are very good.

Decent property for the price. Be aware that there is a refundable cash only deposit of $60.

On your website, you said it had a pool. The reason for choosing that hotel. Desk clerk said the pool hasn't been functioning for years. Couldn't find another place to stay so we had to stay no choice. Over a hundred degree weather.

Reno in August is hot-pool would be nice, but closed, coffee ends way to early, not super friendly. But close to freeway

The beds were nice. Front desk was nice. They require a cash deposit of 60 for your dogs. First time I’ve ever encountered that from a motel 6. The surrounding area was trash city. Garbage every where but technically city property according to the signs. What wasn’t city property was the dog area and it was nasty!!! The trash receptacle was over flowing with dog crap!!!

So for a motel 6 the room was nice. Just a noisy location right off the freeway (not a big deal though) The two main issues we had were 1. We had called ahead to see if they had trailer parking , the woman who answered the phone said if there is no space in their parking lot (we clarified we had a 30ft trailer) that they had an extended parking lot across the street. When we arrived a man was very polite but let us know that it was a neighboring busineses parking lot , and just as long as we didnt park in front of the business we shouldnt have any issues. So as you can imagine we are a little sketched out. We pull up to that parking lot. There is a sign saying no overnight parking "will be towed" so we had to spend the next hour finding some where that was secure that would allow us to leave our utility trailer overnight. If I had not called before and was assured there was space, we wouldnt have been as upset. 2. The room which is labeled non smoking smelled like cigarettes. I would say, "well what do you expect staying at a motel 6?" Well motel 6s arent as cheap as they used to be and for some of the conditions/inconveniences you shouldnt have to pay $150 plus a night for it

no refer, no breakfast, no shampoo/cond, no outlet near bed, little in vending machines, noisy ac, bare bones, but cheap cost. tiny soap bars(2) , rocky ground in back of parking lanes...unsafe is backed in and poor access to trunk, Just very basic amenities. long stays rooms serviced every three days.

Refrigerator didn’t work, reading light by the bed didn’t work, shower was so dirty I wouldn’t shower, ice machine broken, vending machines not working. Evening Front desk guy was very nice and helpful. Morning guy took notes for the boss. Bottom line, don’t waste your money!

Parking limitations when hotel occupancy full

All in all, the area was decently clean. The gravel areas in the pit areas lacked pet maintenance. There were no bags to pick up after your pets all the boxes were empty.

I stayed here one year ago. It was ok . But I could not make myself stay this time. The room was horrible! Every thing was worn out! The door did not lock. The toilet seat needed to be replaced. The tv remote did not work. The bed had hair all over it. The room was cold and the heat did not want to work. I stayed just enough time to book another room and left. I’ve seen better up kept motel 6. This was yucky

Beds were dirty, bathrooms were not cleam

Hotel was terrible. The location is right next to the highway. Cleanliness was bad. Stayed for 4 days (prepaid stay), otherwise would have left. Although was “non smoking” room, smelled like someone smoked in there. Maids were non existent, did not tidy the room on any day. I think the pictures of the hotel interior were poached off the internet, the rooms did not look like that at all. Horrible experience. Do not stay here or give the hotel the benefit of the doubt. Tom Bodet used to say “We’ll leave the light on for you”, I would say “don’t bother”. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at, not to mention the homeless, people hanging out all over the property. Disgusting.

I should’ve known by the guy outside, sitting on the bench, smoking cigarettes, and drinking beer as I arrived. I had to let them know that there was food on the ground and hair in the bed. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. They would not give me another room. Also they called me at 10:30 PM while we were sleeping to tell me I was in the check-in only parking spot which was not true. They had a sign in front of the spot that was for check-in. He said I’ll put another sign up tomorrow where I’m parked, but I need to move to park down around the corner, which was very unsafe. I get up in the morning and somebody is parked in that exact spot for the night wheels were disgustingly, dirty, and smelled of smoke.

Filthy and run down. Really, really disgusting.

We could hear people shouting and talking outside of our room. Room was ok. Kept finding other peoples long hair in the bed, shower, and on the clean towels. Worst part was there was mold above the top of the shower walls.

Our room was filthy. My partner even got but by some sort of bug in the bed, it smelled terrible, the bathroom was nasty. We had to wait to get checked in cause no one was actively in the lobby waiting on guests. Wont be staying here again.

My family and I had to get another hotel because the rooms were absolutely disgusting!! Hair EVERYWHERE, dirt in the shelves where the towels go, and there was even a dirty towel under one of the beds. One of us came out with bug bites, not sure if it’s bed bugs quite yet but that’s absolutely disgusting!! This hotel ruined the first half of our trip dealing with all this. 0 STARS ‼️ DONT STAY!!

Loud, smelled like pot, door didn’t shut

Sits right up against one of the noisiest interstate highway on-ramps in all of Reno/Sparks. You'll have to be exhausted to sleep through the night... "extremely tired" is not going to be enough. No fridge or microwave but there's a microwave in the lobby, if you must. Nice staff. Plenty of hot water. Bring your noise canceling headphones.

It’s a motel 6, you get what you pay for. Your stay will include the following Outside- did not seem sketch at all. We arrived very late and the outside seemed fine. Small parking lot, and no overflow so that would be my only concern there. Check in- easy peasy and nice gentleman working the desk Room- it’s old, outdated, bathroom door didn’t shut right and the entire room had an overwhelming smell of pot. The bulk of the smell came from the bathroom. Even come morning it had no dissipated at all, so not sure where it was coming from, maybe the vents? I usually wouldn’t care but we had our 17month old with us. I didn’t bother to change rooms because it was 1am and we just needed sleep. I did call the front desk to let them know, mainly so that we wouldn’t be billed for smoking in the room. Bed was comfortable Water pressure in shower was 9/10. Would I stay here again, probably not, but also would feel comfortable staying again if my kid wasn’t with me.

It's a place to sleep. Don't expect too much. Parking is plenty. It's loud and noisy at night due to the highway proximity.

Wi-Fi didn’t work properly. The room wasn’t up to standard for the price you pay. Towels had other peoples dry hair on them. The room felt not safe. The room look like back when they first built it. I would never stay there again.

Front office gentleman was courteous & very efficient. If you are a light sleeper, there is all night freeway noise. Bring your earbuds. Room was clean & comfortable bed

The people above us were an absolute nightmare! The toilet made an awful sound for about 10 minutes after you flushed it! We had a dirty towel in the room that was folded like it hadn’t been used! The bathroom door didn’t shut and the front door did not seal completely! You could see light through it to the outside!

Pretty average motel, not great, but ok for the price. Thin walls, easy to hear people walking outside. Small bathroom with limited lighting.

I booked 2 queen rooms with micro and fridge. Upon checking in, the front desk gave us rooms with no micro and fridge

The person that checked us in was extremely professional and accommodating.

We extended a night because of work needs. And we're accused of smoking in the room which forfeit our deposit. Neither of us are smokers and there was no talking or reasoning with the motel staff. Very unprofessional. Very arrogant and very rude.

It’s exactly what you would expect, we had a small snafu where they had our keys work for two rooms right next to each other. So we ended up in the wrong room by accident, and were greeted by the people actually staying in that room as they opened the door. Our keys worked for BOTH our room and their room but that staff tried to blame us for going to the wrong room? Kind of strange. Customer service was mediocre but it was a motel 6.

Quick and easy checkin and friendly

I have a problem going up stairs. I asked for ground floor. I was given 2nd floor. It didn’t look like the place is fully booked.

I’ve never been to a Motel 6 before but decided to give it a try since I needed something I could book with ease and was cheap. It fit the stereotype. There was nothing wrong, just what I figured it would be like. It is not renovated, is right next to a freeway, and the way there is no toilet cover for the stained seat reminded me of my other travel experiences. I wouldn’t stay here again personally because the freeway noise nearby is hard for me to sleep comfortably through but if you’re able to sleep through noise I would say this is perfect if you’re looking to have a place to rest your head on a budget.

It's a Motel 6. When a cheap night's stay is paramount, and you have limited time at the motel anyway, they serve their purpose. If you need to get a decent night's sleep and are sensitive to noise, request a room that is not facing the freeway. There were some characters sitting in chairs outside of their room facing the freeway (an ugly view and, again, noisy) when I got there, so it felt a bit sketch. Again, though, it's a Motel 6 - not the Four Seasons. Had it not been for the freeway noise, I would have gotten a good night's sleep. The lack of shampoo is really unfortunate. While I recognize that costs need to be cut to justify the price, a component of a decent stay is a decent shower and how does one shower without shampoo? The employee who checked me in was wonderful - she was probably the best thing about this location.

We went for daughter’s volleyball. Close to convention center, for the price a nice stay.

Hotel could definitely use a good clean. Room smelled pretty badly. Beds were comfy so that was at least good. Good shower pressure. Convienient location but pretty noisy next to the freeway. Grounds could also use a good clean up. Staff was very pleasant.

Close to road lots of traffic at 5am. Bed to close to ac. Big tv and bed with a few places to walk to eat

Nice stuff, clean room. In the room refrigerator, microwave, TV. Also, soap, shampoo with condition. In the morning coffee, juice.Free WIFI. Property manager has to keep eye on outstanding desk, door to the toilet, microwave has a missing part (turntable not working). In general we got a cheaper price for this room.

The staff is friendly and very efficient, and they keep fresh hot coffee in the lobby all day. The rooms, showers, and linens/towels are all very clean, and the beds are very comfortable! Motel 6 by the Airport provided excellent no-frills accommodation, exactly what I wanted.
