2 night stay. Clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Conditioner in shower was empty when we showered 1st night. Remedied the next day as we checked in late that 1st night. Water pressure was a bit light for my liking in the shower. Toilet was having issues. Said something upon check out, so on me that I let it go throughout our stay. Typical Hampton breakfast (which is not a bad thing): Cold & hot options available. Fitness room was very small, but usable. Indoor pool and hot tub looked nice, but we did not use them. Overall a nice stay and would stay here again!

Everything was good. The whole hotel was clean, check-in was easy, the breakfast was delicious and the breakfast was clean. The outside was clean and well lit. I also used the exercise room and it was clean and everything worked perfectly.

The room was clean, nice, and quiet. The beds are kind of hard. The breakfast area was a mess each morning and never full stocked. Two female workers sat at a table in the buffet area ignoring the buffet needs and instead, were talking badly about other employees. The hot tub had such strong chemicals that it burned our eyes just being in the pool area...

Pool was a great size, hot tub was very warm, so relaxing! Rooms were modern and clean! Gym was updated with a peloton, breakfast was amazing and different both mornings, with a waffle maker! So good! So clean! Will definitely stay again! Stay was also very helpful, well dressed and very nice!

The whole reason I booked this hotel specifically was for the hot tub. I could’ve stayed at any other hotel with a pool but I wanted the hot tub for my husbands bad back. I even called the day before our check in to make sure it was working, which they said it was, and only once we had passed the deadline for canceling and started checking in did they inform us it was not going to be in working order our entire stay. I could’ve paid a third of the price had I been told the truth the day before. Very upsetting. Also they only do house keeping every other day and so we had to ask for fresh towels multiple times. And the pool is very small too. Honestly not worth the money I paid.

The location was great for our needs and I appreciated that parking and breakfast were included at no additional charge. The pool and hot tub were clean which was an important amenity for us. Our room was not that clean - the desk, lamp and tv stand/dresser were dusty and the shower had hairs and black & pink mold along the bottom so we did not use it.

This place seems to have gone downhill. They never cleaned my room even though when I left the room on the morning of my final full day I was mindful to remove the "do not disturb" tag AND housekeeping was cleaning the room directly across the hall (and another housekeeping cart was just down the hall). Is it cleaning by appointment only lol? Also, despite five attempts, the front desk was unable or unwilling to get my keyfob to work on the side door (you think they would have walked outside to check it themselves to make sure whether it worked or not, but I guess that would have been too much effort. Instead, they had the nerve to blame my keeping the fob near my phone/credit cards, BUT the fob worked on my room so that clearly was not the issue. Been staying there for many years, but maybe time for a change. I noticed a Fairfield Inn across the road.

Convenient, quick drive to a lot stores. Hotel located in good area. The rooms need a little bit of an upgrade, my room was less taken care of from the hair all over the bathroom and our curtains breaking. Besides that I’ll stay here again.

The hotel is nice and updated. The pool and the breakfast were both great. The room would have been so nice if properly cleaned but it was not. There was hair in the shower, a toenail on the bathroom floor, and a hoodie from a previous guest in the closet. I value cleanliness above all else, so suffice to say I would not come back.

Room was not very clean. Bathroom especially. Hair clumps on the floor when we got there. The main issue was the bathroom door. They installed barn doors but the door did not close all the way to the bathroom, it left a 3 in gap so you were essentially exposed AND the door would not actually stay closed. It just rolled open. When I told the front desk they just commented that they were all like that.....having a bathroom door that closes is an essential need when paying 200 a night for a room.

Our room was spacious; besides a king-size bed, our room had a super comfortable lounge chair, a desk, small refrigerator, and closet with full-length mirrors. The shower was large and worked great. I loved the fitness center—and the immediate assistance I received when I couldn’t figure out the controls on the treadmill. The breakfast area and the food itself was another plus. We’d definitely stay there again!

It was adjacent to an electrical facility, kind of unsightly but didn’t affect our stay negatively. The bathroom door was a barn door style slider-not installed correctly. There was a huge gap on both sides- created a privacy issue.

So I would have given it a 5, but one thing that I definitely did not like was the sensor / timer light switches in the bathroom! The problem is that the sensor does NOT pick you up in the shower, so after about 2 minutes I had to finish my shower in the dark. I get it, your trying to avoid people leaving the light on, and save on electricity, but really?

I found the staff to be friendly and the overall look and feel was clean. I was not impressed with the sound isolation in the walls, I was woken up at 6am with what sounded like a loud phone call within my room. When I tried contacting the front desk the phone didn’t work as well. Their breakfast gets a 4 out 5, I would have like whipped cream with my waffle as I would at holidays inn. Overall not a bad choice if you pack ear plugs :p

Staff was friendly and accessible when needed. All facilities (room, gym, pool, elevators, lobby, etc.) were kept clean and tidy. For the most part, the building was pretty quiet, especially during nighttime hours. Conveniently located very near to a couple of quick food options, and within a very reasonable drive to Lakewood for more trendy options, plus not far from downtown Cleveland. Very conveniently located for all of the things we wanted to do.

Even though I had booked two nights, I was unable to check in but I sent a message to hotel telling them i would check-in early next morning. When I went to check in they canceled my reservation saying it was a no show and they had no rooms available at 6am in the morning. The manager refused to refund my money. I will never stay at Hilton and never recommend to others.

We had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, the front desk staff failed to mention that they had changed our room type—without any notice—from two queen beds to a king bed and a pull-out couch. I had booked this hotel specifically for the availability of a room with 2 queen beds. It was shicking to discover only after entering the room. Coming back to the front desk, they stated that they could not rectify the situation as they no longer had any rooms with two queen beds available. The lack of transparency and communication was appalling. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund for the room, they pretended to process one, only to later reveal that it was merely a refund of the $50 incidental charge. The actual cost of the room had already been charged by Hotels.com. This experience was riddled with poor customer service, lack of accountability, and zero willingness to resolve their mistake. I strongly advise against staying here.

We requested having room cleaned after 2 days. Housekeeping took the 5$ tip but did not clean room: only one bed made, bathroom floor not cleaned, carpet not vacuumed despite the obvious need. Breakfast items tended to run out early and not be refilled. Pool and hot tub kept very clean.
