The hotel itself is clean and updated and lovely. The room was great, spacious, clean, fairly quiet, and the bed was comfortable. There were late night food options within walking distance- even for my teenager, which was awesome. My only draw back was the parking garage situation was SO confusing. They seriously need to up date the signs in and around the parking garage. Getting lost in the parking garage was incredibly frustrating at 9pm after a long day. That’s my only draw back though.

The hotel is great and a fantastic location however the parking was awful because they use the city parking facility next door to their hotel. The elevator at the parking garage was out all weekend. Since hotel guests were to park above level 3...walking up to level 5 was not fun. It was not the hotel's fault but definitely an inconvenience to walk up/down many stairs when returning to/from your car.

The rooms were very sparsely equipped (e.g. no hair dryer, no extra blanket, and no luggage holder). Also, the cross-walk beeping was loud even though we were on the 4th floor. One elevator was out of service. And the pool was not available. However, the fitness room was well equipped and the staff were excellent.

It was very inconvenient to find the elevator in the garage was out on arrival. I was quick to get an email that they would charge for parking, but not that. My father was traveling with us and driving as well and he does not do stairs well. It would have been nice to know this prior to our arrival.

The elevatornis extremely slow and one works. Multiple guests complained while waiting and in the elevator. One guest shared that only one elevator has been working for over a year!! Not good!

My room was not serviced on a 2 day stay. I was hoping to have clean towels. Bathroom moisturizer was totally empty and was when I arrived. I expected that would be filled when my room was serviced however that never happened. I've stayed here many times and it appears that the standards have lowered somewhat over the years. Elevator buttons in the lobby almost falling out of the wall. Parking is terrible. There's a parking structure attached however in 5 times staying here 5 times the elevator hasn't been working. There's never parking below the 3rd floor so parking 3, 4, & 5 floor is not for everyone as it's many flights of stairs.

When we checked in and went to our room, the room had not been cleaned from the prior guest. One of the elevators was not in service and we were on the 6th floor. When we finally got into our room it was very late and there were no pillow cases on the pillows, no water, coffee or condiments.

Room was direct above Coaches grill and bar and the music started at 5:00 am every morning and it sounded like it had a speaker into the room. House keeping did not pick up dirty plastic cups or change dirty sheets. Dirty wet towels were also left on the floor.

It was very upsetting that I spent $919 a night and no one made our beds or brought us fresh towels. We left early Saturday morning and came back to the room very late Saturday night and our room was not touched. I will not be returning.

Hotel and room were very clean. Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Nice size room and comfortable bed. There is a convenient restaurant at the hotel which was decent, as well as a little sundry shop with food, snacks, drinks and other stuff. Only complaint was that you cannot cast your phone to the TV like other hotels. I am told it is coming though.

Definitely did not meet expectations for a Hilton. First of all there is no sign for where to check in or park, so if you are unfamiliar with the area, it is treacherous to figure out how to check in, especially if you arrive after dark. They disabled the constant fan mode on the A/C, which makes it hard for me to sleep. They also locked the A/C so that it can't be set lower than 66 dg, which wouldn't be terrible if it didn't shut off at 66 dg and then not come back on until it was 70 dg. That is too hot for me to sleep. The room was tiny and dated. I had to go down four floors to get ice. One elevator was out of service. Staff was indifferent, if not flippant, regarding the inconveniences.

A huge disappointment. The room I was assigned was a connected room. The door was broken and couldn’t be locked. I don’t know who was staying next door and we slept in fear. The front desk promised us that the manager would call us for explanation but I never received any calls or voicemails.

This is a great hotel for the price in Bloomington. We were moving kids into college and got back to the hotel a few minutes after the bar had closed. They were super nice and served us anyway and we sat in the lobby. Very accommodating. Hotel is in good shape, very clean and staff is very nice.

One of the elevators wasn't working while I was there. That made for long waits at times. There must be some old pictures on the internet showing a pool because I thought there would be one.
