Attendant at front counter upon check-in was not friendly and didn't provide needed information without being prompted, and overall was unhelpful. Laundry dryers in the laundry facility were out of order and were needed during our stay. The breakfast was great and the staff in the morning was much more friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable.

Enjoyed the stay. Love our suite for the family. Little disappointed that the “hot tub” was room temperature at best. But the shower/bath in the room was nice and hot! Good breakfast and service!

I liked the large room. The room was clean . The elevator was broken we had a second floor room. From their we drove to carleabed caverns it was not close. The breakfast was big .

It was really nice but the sheets were stained and looked dirty and the floors were dirty and sticky my sandals kept making sticky noises while I walking around but I did like that they provided full big bottles of all hygiene stuff like lotion body wash and shampoo and conditioner

Restaurants were located fairly nearby and the breakfast selection provided was standard fare. Breakfast area was clean and staff alert to needed replenishment. No one in my party, not even the 10 year old, wanted to shower in that bathroom. Towels were thin and threadbare, caulking in poor shape and corners full of dirt.

We had room 321, and it had some problems… The shower faucet dripped all night long and by morning was a constant stream. The shower itself sound as if we were going to go through it. It creaked and cracked and popped. I’m an average person and it sounded terrible. The phone was blinking about messages and when tying to clear them they wouldn’t go away. When we arrived there around 4pm there were bags of garbage near the elevator leaking on the floor what looked like coffee, we left and went exploring and when coming back around 8pm the bags were still there with an even larger puddle underneath them. The heater in our room also was very loud and made noise all night long. This hotel seems to have some lack of maintenance, or needs and overhaul.

The window in our room was loose it rattled. Went down to the front desk and they were kind enough to give us another room. The blind was permanently down. It was broken. No motor to raise the blind.

Staff was nice and helpful, room was clean. But our room was on the side of the building that was close to a busy street. A traffic light was next to the hotel entrance. Cars revving up when the light turned green made our stayvery noisy, all night.

The stay was amazing. I booked via hotels.com and upon check in no issues. The room was clean and the stay was a family vacation. The room had a pull out coach and staff happily provided a clean bed set upon request. The breakfast was self serve and amazing. My family got full and that’s no easy feat especially with pickey eaters. The room was cleaned when we were out and about…rooms were quiet pool was awesome and even got some PT in the am small gym on site. Overall stay was good, breakfast was good, amenities were good, parking was good, no issues very clean. I will stay again if I visit again.

Staff was nice but a bit indifferent about the issues with the breakfast. Ran out of many things over the course of our 3 night stay. Pool and hot tub were nice (pool was pleasantly warm) and the kids loved it! Close walk to the movie theater for 1 of our nights. We were in the end close to the road where a lot of wanna-be badasses loved to rev their low end muscle cars.

This place was great, I rarely give a 5 star review, but I've had some 1 star reviews on the past couple of hotels, this place was nice from the check-in process, our room was clean, and the pool and hot tub was great, the breakfast was very good and hot food was served with plenty of options. We were within walking distance of a few restaurant options, I'd stay here again. I recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. TV service didn’t work for the Disney channels and the pull out bed cut my son’s leg due to sharp wires. Juice was available for purchase in the morning so only water and coffee were free.
