Room was not very clean. Found hairs in bathroom and on bed (under the covers). Bathroom looks like it had black mold. Toilet was wobbly and shower control was hard to use. There was a faint smell of body odor.

The outside needs to be cleaner. The weed is not à welcoming place. The bed was dirty so we had to change room then the other room the airconditioning had water all over the floor but nobody was at the réception for this situation. do not recommend. Poor service

I stayed for two nights with my family, including elderly family members. Shortly after our 9 PM check-in, the toilet became clogged after its first use. When I contacted the front desk, I was given a plunger and informed that the superintendent was off duty, so I ended up handling the repair myself. The shower also drained very slowly, with water rising above ankle height after only a few minutes. We additionally found hair on the bed upon arrival. While unexpected issues can happen, I did not expect to spend part of my vacation acting as both guest and maintenance staff.
