I was pleased with the price and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in while on the road. The shower was good and so were the towels. The tv was adequate but barely! On the negative side, people made a racket above me and beside me every night into the wee hours. It was disturbing and it went on for 4 nights. It sounded like someone was working on building something or repairing something. Outside in the parking area right outside my door was a car jacked up with a tire removed and some of the suspension lying underneath it. In 50 years of travel this was a first and I must say it left a negative impression on me as I would never let someone repair their car in my parking lot if I ran a hotel. Makes the place look less hospitable in my opinion. Overall, aside from the noise, it was very adequate and I’ll probably stay there again to see if the second time is an improvement over the first visit! Also, the room could use usb outlets on the bedside table. That is very common in hotels as I travel!

Very disappointed in this property. The room spelled like urine and there was no microwave or refrigerator. They tried to give us another room but the experience was so bad that we decided to go to another hotel down the street.

I purchased for three days and pulled him out of there 2 days early. O you want a refrigerator that’s extra o you want a microwave that’s extra or by the way you need to pay in cash $20.00 check in fee. After I just paid $ 221.00. Never again will stay at a red roof inn. Garbage Keep the 20 and two day stay cost. What a joke

It was dirty holes in bathroom door mold in shower nothing like the picture is it supposed to have a separate bedroom with the main room? And the sheets were stained bugs, and the carpet was dirty where you could take a washcloth and wipe the carpet and it would be black with dirt.

This hotel is very dirty. The first room they tried to put me in had dirty linen and puddles of water on the floor. The second room they put me in had cockroaches. I didnt even sleep here, the backseat of my car at a random michigan rest stop was cleaner and more comfortable. The gentleman working reception was awesome though.

The check-in clerk was adamant that this was a "No Smoking" room, and that I would be fined for violations. The room smelled like it had been smoked in for months! Told the front desk that I was not responsible for smokey smell.

Checking in was easy get to the room and it’s someone else’s stuff in there trash beds unmade so then they give us a different room and it looked okay but there was bugs around the room the bathtub was dirty the carpet was filthy!!!! We will not be returning!!

TOILET WAS RUNNING AT TIMES, SOME CEMENT PAST OR SOMETHING IN THE BATHTUB THAT WAS HARDENED ON, NO WASTEBASKETS IN THE BEDROOM, KING SIZE BED WAS VERY THIN BUT MANAGEABLE, GUIDE CHANNEL DID NOT WORK ON TV. WAS QUIET THOUGH, HEAT, AC WORKED GOOD.

The bed and pillow were very comfortable, the hotel was nice and quiet. We stayed here because of the location, didnt consider it to be next to a cementary LOL. Everything was clean in the room, the only issue i had was in the bathroom the door didnt close completely it was just hanging and the water took a long time to drain from the bath tub. Other than taht Its a good place to stay.

This was a last minute decision to stay the night, and the motel wasn’t terrible, but not great. Cons: The bathroom doors had 5 holes in it, smelt like cigs, shower leaked on floor, and under the bed there was debris. Pros: Nice bed, came with fridge and TV close to gas station, not noisy, and close to a gym.

"Non-smoking" room smelled of cigarettes. Complained to employee at front desk and he said there was another room available -- that one smelled even worse. Door to room did not shut properly, so if we were to leave the room, anyone could walk in. Complained to same staffer who said it couldn't be fixed that day. AVOID this place at all costs.

First room that was giving was not clean asked for them to clean it and said they didn’t have a house keeper on the property. Asked for another room and it smelled like someone just smoked weed in it. Ended up not staying at this hotel. Lots of homeless people walking around and sitting on the walk ways also.

Booked a reservation for two beds. Of course they said they were out of doubles. The property had shady characters all around. I didn’t feel truly safe. About midnight someone tried to open my front door. They started trying to kick it in. I yelled that I was in the room but they were determined and kept kicking. I called the police After a few minutes the kicking stopped and I called the front desk. They said it was them kicking in the door. Stating that no one was suppose to be in that room. I stated you were the one that checked me in. He asked my name and apologized. The cops finally showed and said they had just spoken to front desk. They were apologizing for kicking the door. Never again

The hotel clerk went out of his way to make sure our room choice was to our satisfaction. The first room was very smoky smelling, so he personally escorted us to a better room. The room was great for the money..no coffee pot or hair dryer and no breakfast, but we didn’t expect much. But a decent, clean and comfortable room for a quick overnight stay was all we needed.

Staff tried breaking into my room while I was showering. Had I not had the bar locked, they'd of been in my room DURING my shower. Their reason? Too add a cable box. Like, how about calling before just showering up and breaking into my room? Horrible staff.

First of all I was given a room that was occupied. The second room that was given wasn't cleaned at all because I found eggs in the refrigerator. And I'm not even going to mention that I had to pay dollar deposit even though I prepaid. I am not coming back here ever again.

I didn’t have a good experience from the time I checked in. The room smelled, wasn’t clean, the shower had bugs and wasn’t clean. It was uncomfortable to say the least. The first night people was up late outside my door drunk, yelling, partying etc. The second night a couple was arguing outside my door for a least 3hrs. I had to pay 2 deposits for a 2 day stay. It wasn’t worth it. From now on I’ll just pay the extra money to be comfortable

I would not recommend staying here to anyone unless you’re just looking to spend the night next to a grave yard, and also look forward to eating cold food because they do not even have a microwave for you to use, EVEN in the lobby. I personally like red roof but this location is terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE, worst customer service ever, they have no manners and talk to you in a very rude tone.

I left the room at 9pm. I couldn't stay longer. criminals are around the room, weed is being smoked. there were 3 black afro guys standing in front of the room, they were smoking weed. I waited for them to move, so that I could get out and leave the room. for the first time in my life I was afraid for my life

This is a very basic hotel. No breakfast. But clean and comfortable, which is what you want. I would have liked one or two USB ports in the room, and coffee in the office available earlier than 8am. Otherwise, it was great.
