Location is about 1 mile from airport. Reliable shuttle service, Staff was very helpful and courteous. Only there overnight so not very observant of the outside area, but it was quiet and felt safe. Restaurant was very simple, but served good food and the woman working there was stellar. Super courteous and professional.

Nothing special except the Redwood trees close by. The room smelled musty. We could hear pounding above the ceiling and the doors slam very loudly. The worst was even after paying over $400.00, for one night,we were charged $3.00 for toast! Not even a simple complimentary breakfast? We won’t be going back.

This was the cleanest, quietest hotel I have ever stayed at. The diverse staff was friendly and helpful; the building and grounds were in excellent repair. I will stay there every time i visit Santa Rosa in the future.

The first room we were assigned had a plugged shower drain so bad the tub filled with the smelliest water with a film and black gunk. If they had ever cleaned this bathroom this would never have been missed, it was that plugged. We switched rooms after calling the front desk. When we checked out we talked to customer service to make sure it was taken care of for the next person and a quick shrug and apology was given. Kinda shocked at the level of care at this Hilton.

Charged me 50$ for no reason. Came in late, slept and then left early didn’t even use the shower. Saw large black bug come from under the bed as I was leaving my room. Breakfast was 18 dollars but at least the coffee was free. Will never be back.

One of the best. Hotel was in a quiet business park area with a nearby lake, paths and arboretum surroundings. Every person we met on staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The place was as clean and well-kept as I have ever seen. On-site food services were good and convenient. The room was comfortable. Whoever is in charge has created a wonderful culture that makes you feel welcome.

This hotel was terrific. Convenient location just off 101 but very quiet. 10 minutes to Healdsburg Plaza. Modern, clean, very helpful and courteous staff, large & comfortable rooms, small bar & cafe adjacent to the lobby, in the heart of Sonoma wine country at very reasonable prices. Will go back!

It was mediocre. Definitely not worth almost $300. When you think of Hilton, you expect better. I asked for a top floor room & was given one on the middle floor right next to elevator. Not ideal. Someone above us was making a ton a noise all night, could barely sleep. Room was outdated. Something in our room was making a tapping/buzzing noise all night.

The Hilton Garden Inn Sonoma County Airport was the half-way point on our trip. The facilities and room are good, like other Hilton Garden Inns we've stayed at, but the staff and service here were outstanding. Very attentive, polite, professional. Made our short stay that much more enjoyable.

All of the expected quality one would find at a Hilton property, with one exception: Dining. Every time I stay here the dinner was 5-star - exceptional - superb. I asked why the food was so good. They said two words: Chef Geroge. Whether you visit Santa Rosa, or live here, the food choices and quality of the cuisine is hard to match anywhere.
