Overall, the stay was good and the bed was really comfortable. The downside from the stay is the toilet did not flush well and the shower head was old and would not move to get a good shower. The hotel was a bit expensive to have these issues with the bathroom. I also had an expensive coffee from the Starbucks in the lobby that was lukewarm and definitely disappointing. The hotel was close to my family so I would stay there again if needed.

Very friendly staff and check in went very smoothly. Beautiful rooms that are clean and modern. Great food and beverages at the Bistro too. Very convenient when you’re not familiar with the area. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will plan to stop again when in the area.

Very nice stay, if I had to say anything negative… the lighting in the bathrooms is horrible. The pool needs some help, cloudy and greenish, didn’t look appealing. But the room was clean and comfy, the lounge area was very nice also. We would stay again.

Located off what looked like a bypass. Easy to find. They do have dining services inside where you can order food; and there are a couple of places to eat close to the hotel. Very clean. Would stay again if ever in the area. Good stopover for our next day in Gettysburg.

The place was clean. Staff super nice. But I don’t get the room I reserved. I reserved an executive sweet but got a standard room. Pool was closed Friday and Saturday and that is the only reason I booked that hotel. Disappointed

Everyone eas friendly and cheerful despite the renovation going on. The lobby is bright and much improved. Friday night at the pool was fun but it was closed on Saturday. I will definitely stay here again!

The beds in this hotel are the best I’ve ever slept in, and I have very good mattresses at home. These are better. I understand they have their own unique mattresses made for them. Just WOW! It is also a very QUIET hotel, far away from thruways and traffic. The parking lot makes sense. A lot of hotels have very strange and confusing lots. Not this one. My only gripe about this hotel is that the food there is very inconsistent. The food is controlled by corporate and they get a lot of things wrong. There is not a REAL restaurant in the building. Their breakfast sandwich is very good, but a simple BLT at dinner was a corporate disaster. Microwaved bacon, tasteless tomatoes, and the worst decision of all—- no mayonnaise on the sandwich— instead they use garlic butter. I love garlic butter but on a BLT it is disaster! I would recommend not eating dinner here. The General Manager Jose is a wonderful man and very responsive to complaints. BUT. I WILL BE BACK!! The staff, rooms, and beds are wonderful!!

I had a nice stay, but if you are thinking about staying here, make sure you get a room in the back! I had a room in front and the noise was terrible. There’s a Sheetz gas station right there and it’s close to some on-ramps, so racing motors and Jake brakes were the theme of my stay. Oh, don’t forget all the sirens. The refrigerator was also noisy and the clock on the video information center in the TV was an hour off! Plus I couldn’t find anywhere (even the website) that told me what time breakfast started. Also, I don’t know if this is Exp’s fault or the hotel, but the room I booked said it slept five. Nothing doing. It was clean though and the peeps were friendly. Now that I know this stuff I might go back.

Good location close off the highway yet far enough so you don’t hear the traffic. Stores, restaurants, coffee and gas are all close by. Room is nice, updated and clean. We would definitely book here again!

We met up with family because Winchester is the middle of where we all live….the pool was awesome, having comfortable space in the lobby to spread out and play games together rather than cramming in a room was fab!!! My only negative comment is that the pull out couch was like a ROCK!!!

Beautiful and comfortable room, which was very quiet and very clean. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Our only issue was an electrical outlet in the bathroom that did not work. The front desk put in an immediate request for maintenance to fix it. Other than that, it was a perfect day.

The hotel was average. The service was bad. I had to check out a night early. I checked out at 6:30am and they refused to refund me for a night I did not stay. I have checked out of hotels early prior to that without issues. This courtyard is the first to deny me a refund.

I requested for a room with accessibility and specifically wrote that I have a family member who is disable in wheelchair and needs access to the bathroom. However, when we booked we were not given a room with accessibility. No handle bars in the toilet, handle bars in the bathtub were not designed for diabled. I talked to guest services but they said they only have 2 rooms for disabled guests. 1 has a king bed and another has 2 Queen beds. The bathroom didnt have an exhaust fan or its broken, so i see the wall paper in the bathroom already peeling. The coffee table wasnt cleaned and refilled with coffee pods and was not cleaned after the 1st night. I saw it wasnt cleaned bec brewed coffee spilled on the coasters. We requested the cleaning lady on our floor for clean towels the following day but we were not given. To watch Netflix and the likes, you have to sign in on your own account or sign up. I do not recommend this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel!

Was told when first arriving that since we booked through Expedia, we cannot have breakfast there. Toilet was running constantly had to jiggle the hand to stop it, toilet overflowed. I was asked when we first arrived if we wanted housekeeping and I replied yes and no one came so I had to go to the desk again and request housekeeping. Took pillowcases to front desk and said it looks like mold or mildew to me on the pillowcases. We’re returning that evening From the funeral, I was stopped by the front desk and they went and got their manager and he informed me that it was hair dye. And my comment to him was my husband does not use hair dye! Will not stay there again and will not recommend this place to anyone.

One of the reasons we stay at this Hotel us because of the Bistro. The night we checked in they were out of wings. The next morning they were out of breakfast items by 915. The air conditioner was leaking. The carpet was wet and soaked into my travel bag. Very disappointed. We’ve been staying there for years but will not be returning.
