Four Points by Sheraton Huntsville Airport

What I didn't particularly like was I could see the building, but the entrance was not well defined. I had to go inside and look around before I found the entrance to the hotel.

I arrived at 10;00 pm and everything was closed no restaurant or bar.

The rooms dont have fridges or microwaves. The "cable" wasnt cable. It was a few channels. They want u to link your netflix and watch that or sling. They basically are telling u, they dont pay for cable. Its in the airport. Not next to it. You have to walk into the airport at check in. Then take elevator to 2nd floor. You can see the planes, but you also see the roof and pipelines for the building. It was ugly to look at. It was clean, staff was friendly. The parking lot is not close to the building for hotel but is for ppl riding planes. Long walks to and from car.

Parking is dangerous for women traveling alone

This hotel was not accessible for everyone. Elderly people had to walk too far to get to vehicles. Not convenient.

I think the staff was great. The receptionist at check-in was SUPER friendly, gave helpful tips on checkout and for departure. The hotel though was very poor quality in relative to hotels in the surrounding area. The elevators sounds like they could give out at any moment, the rooms have a horrible humming noise when the room above uses the shower or bathroom. Parking is not even in the coveted lot bellow the garage. The only real convenience of this hotel is the fact that it is inside of the terminal building directly in front of security.

Stayed just for one night prior to flying. Front desk receptionist informed us that there wouldn't be any restaurant or food service due to no staff.

Okay place before taking flight. Was clean, but the bathroom layout was cramped, the ice maker on our floor was broken, and only some rooms have refrigerators -- ours did not have one and we could have used one. Shower head was leaking to the shower ceiling where it was obvious they kept patching the ceiling instead of fixing the shower.

It was easy to access the hotel, and the check-in process was also straightforward. The associate who helped us was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, but the convenience of the location was especially a plus for me as it was a quick trip, and I needed to return to the airport promptly. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the water was nice and hot, which I prefer. I would definitely return.

This is a very clean, quiet, and convenient location. The staff I did encounter was very polite. Even though it is in the airport, the traffic wasn't so bad and was easy to find. Will stay here again

Hotel is very convenient, but the room was pretty gross--was clear that the shower had not been cleaned and that the carpet wasn't vacuumed. Ultimately, it's super convenient--but the cleanliness is lacking.

People were nice...there was hair everywhere I looked. Shower, toilet, in the toilet, sink, under the sink, in my towels. There were no power outlets anywhere near the bed. I always stay at a Sheraton or Marriot property but this one needs help

Only issue is the room was not completely empty. There was stuff in the fridge from previous guests. I would like to see more options for drinks at the batlr. They were out of alcohol

Excellent well maintained property. The room was very spacious and bed was really comfortable. Slept great, as the rooms were very quiet. And bathrooms were really clean with many amenities. Would definitely stay here again due to convenience of airport access and excellent well maintained property with an amazing staff.

Our bathroom was gross, there was hair on the floor, toilet and the showerhead was leaking and spraying the ceiling. The ceiling was all peeling. The vent in the ceiling had mold in it. Very disappointing.

Well the toilet seat was dirty once I arrived and the bathroom needed a redo, it seemed like it was used so nice there was dried pee on the seat. I didn’t make a fuss since I work in the same industry. The everything else was good. The bed had some black lint scattered over the pillows as well. But t besides the bathroom and pillows. I got my wake up call and good sleep before my flight.

Carpet was dirty? Mold in the first room, and a dirty shower curtain. Asked to be moved and the second room had mold and water damage

First of all they don’t tell you the hotel is inside the airport terminal… I chose this hotel based on the good reviews I read and the fact that they have a restaurant thinking I could grab something to eat when I got here. The front desk had a sign that said the restaurant closed at 6pm today… I got here at 8pm. Oh well. I get up to my room and it is gross. I go into the bathroom and there is some kind of weird spattering all over the wall under the toilet paper holder. On the floor on both sides of the toilet there is hair… some look like pubes. There is hair on the wall, and some spots that look like blood. There are debris in the carpet making it look like it wasn’t even cleaned. Every shiny surface has smears, smudges, or the remnants of dripping liquid. One picture frame looks like it has boogers on it. Dust all over the place, in the corners on top of the bed side table it’s gross. Seeing the condition of the rest of the room I checked out the mattress. Pulling the covers back there was a dark spot in the middle of the bed on one side… I lifted the sheet and the mattress topper had a blood stain about the size of a nickel… and many patches of yellow… I removed the topper. I’m sleeping with my clothes on and I’m glad I brought my own pillow. This place couldn’t be more disappointing.

Room is smaller than most hotel rooms. Only other item of note was that the carpet at the doorway was frayed and pulling up. The room was quiet, clean and the bed comfortable. However, it was perfectly adequate for our purpose which was to avoid having to get up at 2:30AM to make our 5:08AM flight. It's not really meant to be used as a long term stay hotel. Quick check in and check out.

The property is the best location for flying out of Huntsville. It definitely is in need of a major update though. The carpet is tired. The bathroom is cramped and a little dirty in the nooks and crannies. It is a shabby look for business travelers and visitors to Huntsville especially with Space Command locating there.

Accommodations were fine. I expected more from a Sheraton. The bathroom was TINY. The room, overall was okay and was clean. The bar closed at 10pm on a Saturday, which we found odd.

The bed was very hard.

Extremely convenient to the airport. This property was not of the typical standard of Marriott property. The rooms appeared dated and due for remodel. The air conditioning was barely cooling on the coldest setting. The staff was very welcoming.

Comfy beds and spacious room. Bath was very small and door was peeling, sink drained very slow. Not quite the standard of most Sheratons, but still good. Very good to be at airport for convenience.

I liked everything about the hotel except the bathroom was very small. We also could not find any vending machines and the ice machine on the 5th floor did not work. Staff was nice and polite. It was super convient for us being at the airport!

Clean, convenient, and friendly, helpful staff!

I appreciated that the hotel is in the airport as I arrived on a late night flight. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the hotel took exceptional care of me!!! I have difficulty walking in a walker and handling my luggage. They took care of my luggage and handled all my special needs!

Breanna at the front desk is absolutely a gem! Excellent customer service with my family in accommodating several requests.

Quick and friendly check in

There were server issues at the hotel causing staff to not be able to check guests in. They waited hours before moving to an alternative method. Other hotels would have maybe waited 30 minutes. Waited 15min in line for breakfast and still was not acknowledged by waiter...left as I was in a hurry, as most people staying at an airport are.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and so convenient for a 4:49 a.m. boarding schedule. The woman at the front desk couldn't have been kinder.

Excellent hotel to stay at if flying out on the first (very early) flight of the morning. Great front desk staff!

Supervisors managers, and overall hotel management was completely rude, accusatory, incompetent. I will never stay at this hotel nor recommend the restaurant. Should’ve got food from the vending machine.

Extremely convenient for early morning departures or late arrivals. You don’t even have to leave the terminal!

What a great option for an early flight out of HSV. You literally walk off the elevator and are at security. Parking is easy. I was worried about noise, but it's quiet. Will stay again!

It was very quiet. Security was not the greatest.

Our stay there was brief but the room and the front desk staff were excellent. The covienence of being on the concourse level of the airport was great after a late night arrival. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the whole property overall looked well maintained.

Extremely close to the airport which is very convenient

This was extremely convenient. The room was very nice, clean and quiet. I walked off the elevator and was about 200 feet from the TSA Security Line. I needed a receipt for parking for when I get back to the airport to get credit for the night I stayed there. I was told to see the receptionist at the counter the next morning. When I got there, there was a note that they had stepped away and would be right back. I waited for about 10 minutes and had to go catch my flight. Hopefully I will be able to get one when I get back to the airport. We shall see.

So convenient in the Huntsville airport - room was clean and staff at check in was very nice. Room was ready plenty of towels and easy checkin resturant was also very good.

EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR EARLY DEPARTURES!

We stay at the Sheridan Huntsville Airport for the convenience of proximity to airline check in and boarding. Our flights are usually early morning and we live over an hour away from the airport. We like the Sheraton and really have no problem with the hotel itself. One thing we did not like this visit was the meal we received in the restaurant. We were told there would be a buffet with fried chicken. Since it was more convenient to eat there than go out we gave it a try. First, it was over an hour late in opening. Secondly, the "fried chicken" was overcooked McDonalds Chicken McNuggets, along with mediocre mac and cheese and a small salad bar. The meal was no where close to the $17.95 per person we paid. We will not eat there again.

Heater not turned on yet. Restaurant food is underwhelming and always short staffed, but convenient.

Convenient location. Restaurant was limited but breakfast was good. Restaurant was closed first day due to “manager not being available”. Overall room experience lags compared to the recent hotels opening in area. They need to modernize to keep pace.

Experience with hotel overall was good but the restaurant doesn’t even get 1 star for my review. The buffet was highly recommended so we stayed rather than going to a nice restaurant in town. First it was supposed to open at 5:00pm but it was 5:50pm before it was ready. Secondly, the food was atrocious! It’s what I would expect they would serve at my grandson’s elementary school for lunch, an oversized chicken McNugget that passed off as fried chicken, pasty Mac and cheese and overcooked and unseasoned green beans…that’s a buffet??? Seriously?? And then to unashamedly charge us $17.95/plate was absolutely ridiculous! We will NEVER eat in that restaurant again, I assure you! And by the way, there were couples that left after seeing that mess without eating, as well we should have!

All good: staff great!! 2 issues: water pressure in shower poor and expensive breakfast buffet very poor selection and cold and very little on menu for vegetarians bad news
