Run down room. Could hear every thing that was happening in the hallways inside the room. Only had one plug in in the room. Bathroom door was literally falling apart. Smell of chlorine in the pool was so strong it made everyone’s eyes water bad.

Customer service was Excellent. Came for the weekend w the family. Enjoyed the swimming pool even though the water was not warm or heated. It was windy outside but we still had a great time. But we were kinda close to alot of shopping centers amd restaurants.

The property was in a good location to all the food areas and shopping. Kind of difficult to find entrance. The cleaning crew needs to pay attention to the hallway carpets. The room was clean and ready when arrived. There were several exits but there were no working locks on them, so anyone could walk in. Other than that it was a good stay.

The pool area needs painting. The sink in our room is cracked and needs new caulk. Some of the lights did not work. The staff was very nice and friendly. It’s an older property but for the price it is overall pretty nice.

It was a great motel for sleep and close by eatery. It was very clean and the staff was attentive and friendly! Would stay again on my next trip back to the New Braunfels area! Parking was easy and very lit for safety.

One night stay, but wouldn’t do it again. Check in was delayed due to internet issues, but was good once it was back up. Hotels 2nd floor smelled of weed. Several holes in the walls of our room. Laundry washer and dryer were out of service which would have been a perk for us. Room wasn’t stocked with near enough towels for 4 people. Beds were uncomfortable and the AC never cooled off enough. Cheap room and dog friendly, but definitely needed some maintenance and repairs.

Our room had mold on the ceiling and we were told there is nothing they can do about it. Sheets had stains on them and the bathroom sink had the paint peeling out of it. When trying to check out we waited 45 minutes for someone to come to the counter and when calling customer service they said there was nothing they could do. This place is a health hazard and the city will be informed about our stay here. Very disappointed in our stay and will not be returning.

Staff is amazing. Bathrooms were old and dirty. There was multiple small roaches in the bathroom. They were in the sink, on the counter and the bathtub. The towels were dirty and had brown spots on one of them.

1st room we got had mold in the ceiling. The second room we got was in the newer building. Walked in and there was a roach crawling up the curtains. Would not recommend very dirty and a lot of homeless people in the area living out of there. Building did not smell right. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Smells like weed as you walk in. Place is just dingy 1st room i got has no working lights, second room door wouldn’t even open. 3 rd room door wouldn’t lock. Holes in the door and wall. Mold in restroom ceiling. Spring sticking out in bed. 1 towel. Door had a 5 inch gap from the floor. The restroom shower had screws sticking out from handel. And the kicker… at night I had roommates, Rrrrrroaches. Felt very unsafe, people just sitting around in their pjs hanging out.

The hallway smelled bad like dirty feet. There were roaches in the restroom, the mini fridge didn’t work, the microwave was rusted and dirty, the beds were broke down and two of our four lights didn’t work. The second floor was loud all night!

The bed was hard as a rock. The tv remote didn’t work. The shower had no shower curtain and the towels were so thin you could see through them. The door safety latch was broken. Our room was right next to the back door exit and slammed shut every time someone went in or out.

Shout out to Gino at the front desk! I stayed here for one night. I had an hour to kill after checkout before my flight. I asked for a towel at the front desk for the pool and Gino told me I need to leave the premises immediately because it was past check out and I was trespassing. I mentioned that other hotels usually allow you to use the grounds the day of checkout when you’re traveling Gino wasn’t haven’t it. Although I respect the right of hotel to say sorry it’s our hotel’s policy once checkout is complete you need to vacate the premises immediately, I don’t like the way I was treated. I feel like I was treated like a criminal versus a paying customer. Although the room had bugs, was dated, and had damages to the wall, bathroom door, and shower. I was willing to overlook these flaws but I don’t like being treated like a criminal when I am a paying customer. Motel 6 please feel free to contact if you would like further details.

The hotel manager was so rude. We stay at this hotel for 3 weeks at a time and the hotel manager working (a gentlemen) told us to go stay somewhere else. Never staying here again.

The front desk was helpful, but the place was ran down. The worst part of the day was at 9 o’clock in the morning service was knocking on doors and slamming doors and cleaning and waking everybody up. My advice is don’t stay here.

New Braunfels is a nice area and the hotel is conveniently located. But all the doors around slam shut and wake you up easily. Bed was so horrible I ended up with back pain trying to find a spot to sleep that didn\'t hurt. Hopefully they\'re years of "construction" finally finish because nothing has changed. Still just average.

I rented 3 rooms, one had a dirty bathroom the shower had women’s hair stuck to the walls and the toilet seat was working but broken. There was only one bar of soap, no complimentary shampoo, conditioner or lotion like one usually finds. Room 2 had plumbing issues with water flow and Room 3 the A/C didn’t work properly and the room was hot, and in Texas it was getting hot at night very uncomfortable to sleep. We voiced our complaints but they went on deaf ears. Even when we checked in the lady could barely stand up she seemed to be in so much uncomfortable pain, and it took a while to find my 3rd room even though I showed her my reservation. The hotel is under a renovation but but it was the first floor and we were on the second floor. They had not breakfast, only coffee in the morning was offered. Never again!!!
